Das Hotel liegt ideal. Quincy Market, Hafen, Boston Common sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen, die U Bahn Station ist 1 Minute entfernt vom Hotel. Wir waren bereits zum Zweiten Mal dort. Die Ziommer sind nicht groß aber hübsch eingerichtet, das Bad ist schön und groß.

The hotel rooms were small but comfortable, espcially beds. Service at breakfast was very slow and not really adequate, but food was fine. From comfort I would definitely rate the hotel higher than 3stars

Saubere Zimmer, gute Klimaanlage, sehr nettes Personal und zentral gelegen. Können wir echt empfehlen!

friendly and helpful staff, very clean, but tiny room. The in-house tapas restaurant has great food. quincy market is only a short 10 min walk away.

Desk clerk very helpful. Arrived late and he helped us find a place to eat after everything in area closed. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location from which to walk to North End Boston.

I travel a lot on business and have never encountered such poor customer service. There were extensive renovations going on over at least two floors of the hotel - part of this meant several very noisy dehumidifier fans were on in the hotel corridors. When I asked for these to be turned off at night time the front desk had to get clearance from management […] and it took a lot of discussion to ensure the fans to be silenced. The fans were duly turned off at 2200 and were turned back on again at 0530 the next morning. When I complained to the front desk again that morning I was told that management were not in yet and they could not deal with my complaint. I am in Boston 5-6 times a year and will never consider the Bullfinch again. Mehr

Dirty, poor service, and since when is a treadmill and 5 hand wieights a fitness center?

This hotel was in a great location. Everything was great. Rooms were on the small side but I was aware of that before I got there. The people were very friendly and helpful.

Small room vith a small window overlooking a parking lot and more parking lots around the block. No WiFi in room and only one guest conputer in lobby. Thick walls in an old building, we could never hear any neighbours. Absoletely clean room in a clean hotel and a marvellous front desk.

We recently spent two nights in this great hotel in Boston, it is in a great location - close to restaurants, pubs, shopping, the train station and historical locations. The hotel was clean and the staff were so nice and helpful. We will be staying there again!

Mold in bathroom was visibly noticable and the odor so strong. Appeared that it had not been cleaned in a while.

Good for city trips. An over average 3star hotel. Only minus is there is no Wifi in room just cable. Stupid if you travel with handheld.

The hotel was very convenient to the TD Garden and we had a short walk to the concert. The room appeared clean however, lighting was dim. One of the 2 beds did not have clean sheets which was not noticed until the following day when we woke up and opened the curtains to let daylight in the room. My sister is a blonde and teh sheets were covered in short […] dark hairs and grey looking. We were horrified. I would stay there again but will examine the bed sheets before we hit the hay! Mehr

The hotel is a bit dated but then it is old. The rooms are clean and the staff is super friendly. Had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

The entire staff was SO nice! I can't remember when I've encountered such a friendly and helpful front desk.

Stayed 5 nights recently. Location was great and price was awesome compared to other hotels in the area. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The hotel room was book for to guests, but only had one set of soap and shampoo, and only one bathrobe. The room was very clean. Overall service was excellent and any requests for more soap, etc at the front desk were addressed quickly. The view from the top 9th floor was quite good too. It was just a short two minute walk from the subway which we took […] from the free airport shuttle drop-off. Mehr

Had a great stay - right near the TD Garden and all pubs...within walking distance. Friendly staff and comfy rooms. Nice looking building and reasonably priced. Only complaint - and this could have been a one-off - when we opened the door the heat was turned up so high that the heat hit us like a wall. It was a sauna. We turned the cool air on but it […] was unbearable. We put a chair in our door and let the room air out for about 3 hours but it was still hot. Other than that, everything was fine and we would certainly recommend the hotel - especially if you're planning on having a few drinks and want to be able to walk everywhere! Mehr

Very close to TD Garden, room was very small.

Room was clean and comfortable. The restaraunt was pricy but food was good.

Everything I wanted to do was easily within walking distance. The building itself is old, and one can sometimes see evidence of this (Shower needed to be regrouted), but everything is kept clean and tidy. Hot water was almost immediate, which surprised me in an older building on a top floor. Only complaints, were the bedding was a little thin, and […] there is no conditioner with the bathroom toiletries, and with the wind and the cold, my hair NEEDED some conditioner. Staff was very helpful, at one point, when I came down to the restaurant to order breakfast, the waitress offered to bring it up to my room for me, when it was ready. Late checkout wasn't a problem, and they always had a cab or shuttle there within minutes, if needed. I was traveling with my wheelchair-using daughter, and they made the experience as smooth as possible. Mehr

Great location and neat old building, however lacking a bit in regards to service and upkeep of the hotel. I was stuck needing a car rental during my stay and the parking is was very expensive, valet service was slow and limited in regards to early and late hour availability.

Bulfinch perfect stay near garden for concert and the Fours bar excellent. Rooms are small, but very comfortable. Parking pricey...do self park. Check in a breeze. Recommend...

Older property but in great shape. Staff is great. Very good menu. One block from TD garden and other great locations for after game food & beverage. Plan a return in Feb.

This hotel was just ok for me, room was very small and very outdated. It is the perfect hotel if visiting TD Garden, just a couple blocks away. Staff was nice. Hotel could use some TLC. Hallways smelled like dirty feet, each time in the hallway the maid was spraying carpet powder to cover smell. Could see out in hallway from room. Not worth the price savings. The staff was nice. But the room smelled of some funny cleaning solution and I did trust that the sheets were clean. The room gave me the creeps.

We would definitetly return to this hotel.

Room was OK except for a patched hole in the wall that wasn't sanded or painted, a bad uneven paint job above the bed and shower tiles in disrepair. For the money it was OK. If it was their regular rate it would not be.
