Für den Preis auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Freundlicher Empfang, sauberes Zimmer, was will man mehr. Die Lage ist ganz gut, kurzer Weg zum Strand. Man sollte Corpus Christi nur nicht außerhalb der Saison besuchen.

Unser Aufenthalt im Microtel war entspannt und geprägt durch den sehr positiven Eindruck den das Hotel bei uns hinterließ. Die Zimmer waren sauber, der Aussenpoolbereich war sehr gut und in der Lobby gab es zwei Internet PC´s für die Gäste. Das Frühstück war okay und so können wir die Location jedem empfehlen.
Lage
Regency Inn Motel by the Beach liegt in Corpus Christi in der Nähe von USS Lexington Museum on the Bay, Texas State Aquarium und Art Museum of South Texas. Nicht weit entfernt befinden sich: Corpus Christi Museum of Science and History und American Bank Center.

this is not a hotel with a pool but beach is a block away we stay here as a getaway close to home the matresses are very firm which we like
"Regency Inn Corpus Christi"
The best part about this hotel is the location to the USS Lexington and to the Aquarium. Other then that, i would stay elsewhere. We were there for the Vettes and Jets on the Lex '11 and i was worried about leaving my car there, however i was able to park it at the Radisson which is just across the street as they had security patroling the parking lot. […] When we left and returned later on saturday, only one bed was made and the trash was not picked up at all and the rooms were left dirty. If you are only going to be there to sleep and not spend much time in the room, the room was ok. Check out was at 11a.m and management was already calling me and rushing me at 10:30a.m that i had to leave because it was getting close to check out. The place is run down but if its just to sleep i am sure you can deal with it. Mehr

The Hote'ls only advantage is that it is walking distance to the beach, other than that, it was overpriced considering that they advertise that free Continental Breakfast is provided (all they have is coffee and pastries) this is a deal breaker for me when I travel with family, so, my review reflects that. "Regency Hotel"
This hotel was dirty, we got there thinking it would look ok cause on the pics it has a picture of the radisson hotel. We got there and the outside of the hotel was rundown,we figured maybe the rooms might be in better shape. Man was i wrong they were horrible. The so called lobby wasnt even a lobby and the door was always locked. The door to our hotel […] room was so hard to open and even harder to close. The lampshades were filthy u can even see the dust that had accumulated on it. It was gross the stairs going up to the second floor of the hotel were gross it the carpets smelled the ac unit in our room wasnt even plugged in so when we entered in smelled musky. We werent even in there for 5 minutes of checking in that we checked out. I would have rather slept in my car than the hotel.We checked out and went and got a room at the radisson which was much better in all aspects. I would not recommend this hotel to anymore it was GROSS!!!!!!!!!!! Mehr

Tub had some hair in it. No cups, no ice container liner, no large towels. Price way too high for quality.
You get what you pay for. Rooms are run down. If you want to go without sleep this is the place to go, managers don't seem to care about your comfort by allowing others to yell and scream at all hours of the night.

Hotel was in a great location, bay view, real close to the Lexington battle ship, restaurants, bars, gift shops located right next door. Hotel was a little run down could use a paint job etc....
"Ok but not worth the price"
The hotel was not worth the price I paid. It was not as bad as the reviews stated but all in all I over paid. I would stay again but at a much lower rate. Plus side is that it is close to the beach, food, entertainment. We were walking distance of the USS lexington which was great.

Hotel is close to The Lexington ship, shopping for souvenirs, a beach, and some restaurants and bars....you can just park your car and walk to everything..... hotel staff friendly, but hotel needs some TLC, but about 40% less than hotel across the street
