Für eine Nacht ganz ok, bei dem Preis darf man kein Schloss erwarten. Sauberkeit war zum aushalten, allerdings hat es in unserem Nichtraucherzimmer gestunken wie in einem Aschenbecher. Und beim Duschen ist der Wasserhahn aus der Wand gebrochen... Dies hat dazu geführt dass einer geduscht hat und der andere den Hahn in die Wand drücken musste... Das Hotel ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Das Zimmer ist sauber und das Bett bequem. Der Verkehr auf der Straße vor der Tür ist ein bisschen laut. Fazit bleibt für den Preis eine unschlagbare übernachtuns Möglichkeit

I was having tests done at a hospital and needed a place to stay for 1 night. It served its purpose. Room was very basic but clean. It had a bed and a shower. I never saw the continental breakfast. The TV is old school with 5 channels. I wouldn't want to stay longer than 1 night.

It's an understatement when I say this is the most horrible place I've ever stayed in. We stayed here 2 agonizing nights. The room we stayed in was very cold and the heater did not work. Clerk checked us into a room, key didnt work, got it re keyed, still didnt work... Tred for 5 min to find out the room she booked us into was occupied... Reception staff reaked of marijuana, didnt remember us when we went bavk down the first or second time for the keys and a new room, then another 5 min later when we asked for a wifi code.... The Customer service reps are great very nice and considerate.... They will do anything to make sure you enjoy your stay.......... They have a shuttle pick up to and from the hotel from the airport..... If coming in from greyhound make sure to ride the light rail which is 4 blocks from the station.... You take that to tukwila station got to the bottom […] and catch the D line bus tell them where you are staying and they will make sure you get there safely...Close to grocery store, church, and shopping centers, and the south center mall. The hotel car parking space is overcrowded. The card to open door lock won't work and got a weird explanation from front desk person about cell phone screwing it up.

The parking was very tight and the hotel itself was not kept up very well. The sheets and bed cover had burn holes in it. The floor was dirty and made you not even want to take your shoes off. The curtains didnt close and it was very loud from the traffic all night long. Far from the airport but the shuttle driver was very nice and friendly.

The staff handled an unusual and difficult situation well, a situation that reflected more on the neighborhood than the establishment. There are trade-offs between price and neighborhood, and although the people at this motel were top-notch, I would not stay there again due to the location.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The only negative was the show head height. It was very low. Not a problem for me but my friend is 6'4. He had to bend in half to get his head under the faucet.

I will never stsay there again. The girl did not know how to check me in took about 40 min. The check in girl was going to give me free internet for waiting then forgot, called my room to ask if I would like to pay for internet service. Bad location bed was awful felt like I had a hole in it. Don`t recomend it at all.

Hotel staff was nice but the room was absolutely terrible. All non-smoking rooms smelled like bars. Tried to turn on the air to clear out the smoke smell and it only made it worse.

It was the most unconfortable motel I have ever stayed in. The mattresses were so lumpy we couldn't sleep The furniture was so out dated that it made you depressed just to stay there. It came with breakfast that consisted of packaged danish thrown on a table in their office oh yes they also had coffee. I would not recommend this moted to anyone.

We were placed in a room right next to the front desk and the night attendant would not allow us to sleep. Thier was singing and endless telephone chatter, .We had to check out of the room at 3:00AM, then drive for 13hours with very little sleep. If you are trying to get some sleep before a long road trip find a different hotel.

This hotel's expedia add is misleading. There are two Seatac Inns and we thought we were booking the one close to the airport. Very Noisy from slamming doors and it sounded like knocking on our door all day. The staff were very unhelpful, the internet didn't work. Given the hotel rate, the room was great. It is close to the airport, and convenient for going both airport and the downtown Seattle. I could even save some time to go to Mt. Rainier, as opposed to the case I stay in downtown.

I don't recommend this motel to anybody. There are some homeless people around. And when we arrived the hotel (later than 12am), we even were not able to enter the lobby. The staff talked to us from a small window, and kept the door closed. This is the first time for me to meet this situation in a motel!!! It's common for gas stations, but not for a […] hotel/motel. This made me feel that the motel is NOT SAFE. Cars came and left quite often even after 12am, which made us more "scared"...not sure if its some kinda business going on. Worried for the whole night. And then, the next morning, when I tried to take the shuttle to the airport, the staff told me that I had to pay an extra $5.75 for that! It's not complementary!!! It ended up I spent more money than living in Ramada. So, don't be cheated by the price. You don't get what you're supposed to get. It's not worth the money. The location is about an hour outside downtown by public transit, and a 7 min drive from the airport so it's not very convienent. There is a bus stop that takes you to the train station where you can get to downtown Seattle. The "free continental breakfast" is just some coffee or juice and a packaged pastry that you get at the front desk. Airport shuttle […] to hotel is free but not the other way around. The staff can be courteous at times but you're mostly on your own. All in all, very bare bones but the room is clean. Bring your own ammenities. No mini fridge. Best for ppl on a budget.
