Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal.Wir fanden es aber nicht so gut, dass das Frühstück nur im Zimmer möglich war auf Vorbestellung. Es war ein Kaffeeautomat im Zimmer, aber es gab keinen Zucker oder Kaffeesahne dazu und die Bedienung war undurchsichtig. Im Hotel konnte man nachts kein Wasser bekommen, es gab keinen Automaten. Wir hatten nachts Durst und fanden nichts zu trinken. Doch davon abgesehen war alles gut.

Happy to have had the microwave & fridge, and even tho we asked for a nonsmoking room, it still smelled of old cigarettes mixed with an overabundance of PineSol. Overbearing. We rented two rooms for the week as my dad had passed away and we were there to take care of the funeral,etc. The staff was very nice and the room was great. Ken the owners son went above and beyond for us, just a super great guy! So next time we are in town we will stay there! "For the money; it's worth it."
Being a local to this area it's probably the eat hotel within 30 miles. Built within the past few years its still doing very well condition wise. Service was good, room was nice; great view. The views from the hotel are nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The people are friendly and helpful. You should eat at the Shoney's across the intersection; it is nice, clean and also very friendly. Downtown waynesville is just a couple of exits up and very easy to get to, along with a nice shopping center that is also just a couple of exits […] up. We enjoyed our time and will stay here again. The hotel is located by a highway and a Lowe's, but noise is not an issue as the hotel sits on a tall hill. The rooms have laminated floors which was much nicer than a carpeted room, and they were clean. There was a decent-sized fridge and microwave for saving on food expenses and a hairdryer and hot water for showering even in the mornings. The bed […] was firm, but I slept great on it. The coffee provided in the room is weak and be sure to bring your own shampoo since they provide one tiny ketchup-style packet of a shampoo/conditioner combo. This was a clean room I felt safe and comfortable in, important as a woman traveling alone. It's not a luxury room, but for the low price I thought it was an incredible value and had money to tip housekeeping generously each day I was there thanks to the savings on lodging. The only problem I had was the walls are thin. You could hear noise from all the other rooms around you. The people above us was making lots of noise and woke my 2 yr old at 5:30 am, he wouldn't go back to sleep. Other than that I loved it. The view was beautiful. "Loved the Balcony with Rocking Chairs"
We only stayed one night, but will definitely consider going back and staying longer. The room was clean and comfortable and felt very safe. Everything was in working order, and I especially enjoyed the private balcony with two rocking chairs for each room. It was a wonderful place to watch the sunset over the mountain. The hotel was a little ways from […] the interstate, but that just made it quieter and safer, and certainly not inconvenient in any way. i really liked that the room had hardwood floor. Rooms that are available with dogs should not have carpet. This is what I liked about the hotel. We had 2 small dogs and I hate the smelly rooms you are given. This hotel was great. No Smell, no carpet. and very clean for the use of dogs. "Air on timer???"
Check in service was excellent. Enjoyed sitting on the rockers on the balcony. Only complaint was the air shut off during the night and wouldn't come back on. Not sure if they have it programmed because we had two rooms and they both cut off.Authentische Expedia-Gästebewertung
