The hotel was very clean. Upon arrival, the desk clerk gave us a coupon for a free appetizer at P.F. Chang's next door. The breakfast in the morning was good. My wife and I travelled here over the hollidays, we chose this chain as we previously had great experiences with them. At this location, we were greeted with a rather smug reception and condescending attitude. After a late night we were woken by the hotel housekeeping at 8:13 AM repeatedly knocking on our door. We found it an excellent place to stay while in Madison and would stay there again. It is close to the Beltline, University Ave shopping etc.

Hotel is located near highway, easy access, also next to Costco. Room is normal size. Breakfast changes daily which is good. This time of year is not that busy for Madison area. Coffee maker leaking is the only drawback.

A very comfortable, lovely place to stay. Also a slightly better than average breakfast given, but I wonder if you could provide some healthier item(s) that are not sugar coated or high cholesterol, or just white flour prodicts (like maybe PLAIN yogurt - yours had sweetner and sweetened fruits.) Maybe some whole grain bread too. Also, I asked for decaf […] tea while in the dining room. I was told there was none (althouogh there was one bag in our room, but I already had used that), so therefore, all I got was camomile tea--that is herbal, not decaf tea. I was pleasantly surprised with my stay. It was a large and comfortable room and was surprisingly quiet in the evenings. Everyone was very accomodating and I was even able to make use of the workout facilities. I will definitely be staying with you on my next trip to Madison.

This hotel is everything you want - the staff is nice, the room is really clean and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Plus it's close to the west side of town with places to eat and things to do without being too close to the noise and chaos of campus.

For the most part it was great. One of the rooms did have a noisy frig that was reported and nothing was done, so the second night we reported it again and was told that we can switch to another room or unplug it. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good. Location was minutes to shopping malls.

Comfortable hotel. We stayed at the hotel on a busy summer weekend; between the restaurants on site and the wedding at the hotel, there was next to no parking available for other hotel guests.

We had to pay an extra $10 for a roll-away, and it and the fold-out sofa bed were VERY uncomfortable.

We stayed here for a Badger football game. The hotel was nice, and the Quaker Steak and Lube across the street had a free shuttle to/from the game. The breakfast was good, and the stay was much cheaper than staying closer to campus.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Alll the employees were very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was wonderful, there is so much to choose from. This hotel is very convenient to the UW Madison campus, only minutes away. There are lots of good restaurants and a beautiful shopping mall down the road. We will for sure be back.

Clean comfortable rooms. Conveinently located right off Hwy 12 with easy access to Madison. Nice breakfast and other helpful amenities. We'll be back.

Stayed in a 1 BR suite with pull out (perfect for my small son). we got a good rate with a discounter, otherwise I'd say it pricey for what you get and the location. Room was not exceptionally large but it was clean and everything worked. Beds were comfy, shower okay. Both my husband and I felt this was one of the best hotels we have stayed at, and we have stayed at quite a few. The service was great, very friendly staff. The room was clean and very comfortable and it was in a great location. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We came to the Madison area to visit family and have a mini vacation. We were traveling with our 2 year old and 6 month old. We had a suite with the bedroom separate from the living space and it worked out excellent for us! Our room was very clean and the perfect size for us. The breakfast was yummy and well stocked each morning. We used the pool once […] and it was very nice and clean. The temperature of the pool was a tad colder than I prefer and my 2 year old was a little chilly but we still had fun. There isn't a whole lot right near the hotel but an ok selection of restaurants and everything in Madison is so close anyway it wasn't a big deal. We loved this place! The staff were so friendly and accommodated our every need! They were also very helpful and tolerant of our very curious kids!!!!
