Für Reisende mit Auto gut gelegen, kostenlose Parkplätze. Schlechte Schallisolation, zu nah an der Hauptstrasse, lärmig in der Nacht.

Wir hatten es nur für eine Nacht gebucht, doch es war perfekt für uns. Obwohl das Hotel ausserhalb von Avignon liegt (in einem Industriequartier), erreicht man das historische Zentrum in nur wenigen Minuten per Auto. A bit of a walk from the town centre but this is what we wanted. Hotel had nice, clean, spacious rooms with relatively new furnishings. The hotel has an on-site restaurant which although we did not eat at, it seemed good value for money. There was also a nice lobby area and a free car park and wifi. Would stay again.

It locates at outskirt of Avignon, very near Avignon TGV station and Carrefour super market, so it will be convenient if you have car. Other advantages include, nice service, quite clean, good value.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Perfectly positioned for those travelling by train. Excellent services. Very comfortable room and bed. We were travelling with our adult daughter and the extra bed was as comfortable as the regular bed. Restaurant was a little pricey -we had a rental car so drove to a nearby shopping area which was very close and was […] a big mall so had every shop one could want or need! Only a short walk from Avignon TGV station and is a modern and well kept hotel. A bit cramped with four people in one room but very good value. Beside major road but good insulation meant it wasn't noisy. Regular and inexpensive bus service to centre of Avignon was very convenient. Would happily stay again.

We don't usually have negative comments about Hotels.com stays, but we felt this one required us to report a negative review. Our room was sub-par from what we expected. There was an awful odor in the hall as soon as we got out of the elevator. Smelled like a toxic new carpet odor, even though the carpet in hall didn't look new. The carpet in our room […] was really stained. We didn't realize until we got ready for bed and took off our shoes that the carpet near the bathroom was soaking wet. We had to put a towel down to soak the water up. We would have requested a different room if it hadn't been late by that time. In the bathroom there was a trash can that had a lid that opened by stepping on a pedal. When we stepped on the pedal, the top went crashing to the floor because it was broken and just left that way!! In the morning we opened the curtains and found a huge spider on the curtain. While we realize that bugs are not something that can always be controlled, it was our first experience finding such a large spider in a hotel room!! When we checked out the next morning, we wanted to report some of these things to the desk clerk, and to tell her we planned to file a report with Hotels.com. She barely looked up as we spoke and offered no apology for our bad experience. We would not stay here again and hope this report may influence others who might be considering it. Mehr

A good hotel to choose if you are taking a train from Avignon. We were able to walk over to the station in 10 minutes on a wide sidewalk. There is also a shuttle service very nearby which will take you to Avignon centre for a small charge. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to be close to the TGV; otherwise, it is some distance from […] the centre (about 3.5 km). Kyriad at TGV is a very basic hotel. The room size is among the biggest out of all 4 hotels we stayed in France. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. However if you are counting on their free WiFi or their internet, DON'T. I did not have access to the internet for all the 4 days I stayed there... I had NO problems with all the other 3 hotels […] that had free WiFi. I had to book my next hotel via phone (the receptionist was nice enough to let us use theirs). However, I found out that the internet wasn't working after I had entered my credit card number...so it was touch and go there whether I can erase those sensitive info. from a public internet that broke down or not knowing whether my credit card was charged more than once. The bedsheets and blanket were not clean since I can see hair that is not mine there. The location is very close to the Avignon TGV station (5-10 minutes walk) but to go to city centre, there is a bus that takes you straight to the city centre. Mehr

Stayed for 2 nights in August. I have to say that compared to other hotels in france (Cannes / Paris), this hotel is of lower quality than the other I stayed (with similar price). It is not horrible but it is just average in everything. It make you feel like the dorm days. In my room, there is no closet or drawer but they have a open wood cabinet. We only found this hotel as Avignon hotels were fully booked (musical/theatrical festival). This Kyriad has an Avignon address but is actually in the "Courtine" section (industrial park), near the TGV station. That was fine for us as we had a rental car, plus it was *extremely* quiet at night. If you don't have a rental car, apparently there is a bus […] shuttle that takes you into town . The hotel is quite new, clean and the rooms and bathrooms are spacious for what you pay. Good soundproofing between rooms as we didn't hear any other guests, even in the hallway. They provide a fairly reasonably-priced breakfast buffet, but failed to mention to us at check-in that children eat free (you should confirm this at check-in). Minor complaints: the combination body wash/shampoo which wasn't great for the hair; to turn on lights, the room card must be inserted into a slot near the door once you enter (would hate to check-in at night and not know this!); you need to fiddle with the room card sensor to open the parking area gate; and lastly, the toliet paper wasn't on the roll holder as there was no whole in the center of the roll! If quiet, spaciousness and price beat location and fancy extras, then this hotel fits the bill. Mehr

Whilst it is possible to walk to the hotel; suggest it is best to wait and take the regular bus [ every 20 mins] from the Airport to Centre of Avignon - only about 2 stops. Cost 1.20 Euro.

Great Value hotel - 5 mins from town centre and well placed to explore Provence. Rooms clean, quiet and comfortable... enjoyed our stay

Hotellet ligger i gåafstand til TGV-stationen og der går en bus ind til byen med ca. 20 min. drift. Hotellet er relativt nyt har egen restaurant med fin morgenmadsbuffet. Værelserne er rummelige, sengene er store og madrasserne er rigtig gode. Personalet er meget hjælpsomme og taler engelsk.

Personnel très sympa mais hôtel en travaux

Si vous recherchez un hôtel proche de la gare c'est impeccable, 10 mns à peine à pied.L'hotel est au calme en retrait de la route, l'accueil est très courtois et les chambres propres.

très bien, dommage pas de terrasse pour petit déjeuner avec le beau soleil que nous avons eu durant le week end

Confort et petit déjeuner très modeste au rapport du prix
