Das Hotel liegt super zentral und ist vom Preis-Leistungsverhältniss TOP. Wir hatten ein 4 Zimmer. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut (innerhalb von 2 min erreichbar) Sehr Hilfsbereites und Freundliches Personal. Leider funktioniert das WiFi nur in der "Lobby"

Wir waren für einige Tage in diesen Appartements und es war sehr großzügig und modern eingerichtet. Großer Wohn- und Essbereich, Zwei Schlafräume und zwei Bäder und das alles für nur zwei Personen :-) Guter und sicherer Parkplatz (In der Tiefgarage, Preisniveau für MCR normal) Leider war das Appartement nicht hundert prozentig sauber und an den Wänden gab es auch bereits ein paar Abnutzungsspuren.

das hotel an sich könnte locker mal wieder generalüberholung über sich ergehen lassen! was auch den wellnessbereich betrifft! das personal ist sehr nett und richtig hilfsbereit! ein GANZ GROSSES DANKESCHÖN nochmal! was mir zu schaffen gemacht hatte war der slang der gesprochen wurde und sehr schlecht zuverstehen gewesen ist! desweiteren wollt ich vor ort meinen aufenthalt verlängern und hätte aber aufeinmal 55pfund pro nacht bezahlen sollen, also mußte ich mir internet zugang kaufen und wieder über HOTELS.com buchen! im großen und ganzen war es wirklich toll!

"Schönes Hotel mit großen Zimmern"
Hotel und Zimmer sind OK. Nichr OK: Das Frühstück ist von minderer Qualität, dafür aber sehr teuer.

Wunderbar stadtnah. Zimmer nach hinten sehr ruhig. Straßenbahn nach Old Trafford um die Ecke. Für 2/3 Nächte in Manchester( was mich positiv überrascht hat) ideal.

Das Hotel Arora ist in einer super Lage gleich Im Stadzentrum von Manchester. Wir hatten für unsere Gruppe 3 Zimmer gebucht, die alle sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet waren. Auch die Grösse der Zimmer war durchaus angebracht für ein Innerstadt-Hotel. Die Angestellten waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und gaben uns Tips für Ausflüge etc. Dazu […] wäre noch zu erwähnen dass unsere Rückflüge verschoben wurden und es überhaupt kein Problem war noch eine zusätzliche Nacht zu buchen. Dies führte zwar zu Verwechslungen bei der Ankunft, was dann aber sofort durch die Rezeptionistin gelöst wurde. Die Hotel Bar war auch sehr stylish und die Barkeeper sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. SIe machten sogar für uns Überstunden damit wir spt am abend noch etwas trinken konnten. Der einzige störende Punkt war, dass die Lobby neu gestrichen und eingerichtet wurde und viele Geschäftsleute und Piloten/ Stewardessen die dort übernachteten ein und ausgingen. So war es in der Lobby zumindest am Vormittag eher unruhig. Ich würde das Hotel Arora auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auf jeden Fall. Mehr

"Die Betten waren viel zu weich"
Das Hotel hat uns gut gefallen wobei die Betten viel zu weich sind -nachts immer wieder aufgewacht. Die Lage ist zentral. Das Hotelpersonal ist soweit freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The location was great as we took the nearby Oxford Rd train station often. The breakfast was excellent.
"Decent hotel"
Overall excellent but the wireless access is a bit cumbersome having to enter a new code every 24hrs and cannot be used on multiple devices - which is a bit of a rip-off. I was waiting for approximately 15 minutes to be served at the hotel bar on Saturday night 28th April which was also poor. Very comfortable and clean and in a great location.

The hotel was perfect for our overnight getaway, shopping and a night out with friends. The location was great. Couple of things - we'd booked an executive double room and they knew how many people were in the room (4), but this wasn't catered for. We didn't have enough glasses, cups or towels. On checkout I was presented with my bar / food bill from […] the afternoon - only to discover that I was being charged £25.50 for something that I didn't have. After a lot of waiting around my official signed receipt was found, clearly stating the amount which did not include the extra £25.50 that I was being expected to pay. Of course, they sorted this out but at no point did anyone apologise for this - even though it was crystal clear what I'd had on the original signed receipt. Beautiful Hotel, very clean and moden,the room even had a fridge, it is within walking distance to everything and only 5 min walk to Train Station was very happy with the hotel would defo stay again.

This hotel, was very nice to stay at. The room was really nice and spacious and beautifully presented. The location was good, close to the town centre and I would recommend this hotel for anyone who is going to Manchester.

Second time we have stayed here - comfortable room although the bed was very "springy/soft" felt like a water bed. Nice, popular cocktail bar - friendly staff. Hotel had everything we needed and was convenient for city centre sights and shops

Everything very satisfactory- except for the Wireless Networking. This should definitely be free of charge. I mean you can go to the nearby coffee shop and have free WIFI for the prize of a cup of coffee.

"Nice hotel if u have a plan to visit Old Trafford"
You can ride a tram directly to Old Trafford and really close to stations linked to many british locations. I was happy to stay there! if you have a paln to visit Old Trafford, it can be the best choice!

Good value, clean and functional, good bar and restaurant downstairs. Good location for the city. Parking not too much of a hassle.Wireless internet worked with a code but only for the half hour of the code they give you. Would stay there again.

This is my second time staying at the Arora. The place is very nice, and the staff are excellent. Rooms are clean, bathrooms are nice. Location is excellent - close to traiins, city center, bars, rest. etc. I will continue to stay here in Future.

I would definitley recommend this hotel to people looking to stay in Manchester. Right from the moment you walk in staff are all courteous and helpful. The rooms I've stayed in have all been exceedingly comfortable and have plenty of storage space for clothes. The beds are amazingly comfy im my opinion. Though I've not eaten in the restarant the breakfast […] meal was tasty. I'd also recommend the cocktails in the bar where the staff are very friendly and willing to experiment with drinks for you. Though the views out of the hotel aren't amazing the area is very pleasant with lots of restarants nearby and close to the Manchester Town Hall. I'd say that the hotel isn't within walking distance from Manc Piccadilly station it it easy to walk to the central shopping area where there are lots of places to eat. Overall I'd definitely go back again and recommend to anyone travelling to Manchester. Mehr

Stayed at the Arora in the process of moving from Canada to UK. Woman at the front desk was exceptionally pleasant and helpful, upgrading me immediately when she saw the amount of luggage I had. V. comfortable bed, v. clean bathroom, and easy to wander from the hotel to major sites. "Bad Nights Sleep"
Good hotel in perfect central location. Very friendly staff. Only let down by the beds and pillow!!! Bed was way too soft and the pillow was a long sausage shape that flattened as soon as your head touched it. All of us found this a problem to sleep. Good hotel but bring your own pillow! or the management please replace pillows to standard types.

Arrived by train at 12:30 am and by cab was in hotel room by 12:45 am, very convenient and very efficient hotel staff. They offered to hold our belonging as we spend the day with family and friends. Very large, spacious and contemporary design for Europe.

"An Absolute Gem"
Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The service, the cleanliness, the quietness, and the proximity to tram lines, excellent shopping, and a plethora of excellent restaurants (and regular ones too). The only downside concerned the shower I had. The shower controls were a bit difficult to figure out, and the water pressure was a little […] weak. Stayed here for 4 nights in October and was very pleased with the accommodations and pleasantly surprised at how helpful and friendly the staff was. Will definitely book this hotel again if I ever make it to Manchester again!
