Each time we stay here, we always feel comfortable and welcomed. The atmosphere is elegant, yet laid back. The surrounding area is nice and there is a lot to choose from, in regards to shopping and dining. Highly recommended and will be staying again for sure.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Very nice, rooms felt more like a small apartment, great hot breakfast buffet including made to order omelets. I would recommend paying extra for room to get breakfast included. Short walk to subway that takes about a 30min ride to downtown. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to chicago.

The hotel was perfect. Close enough to Chicago to access everything. Parking was expensive for the hotel but other than that it was great.

Plenty of rooms and very quite too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The suite was absolutey lovely. We were on the 11th floor with a beautiful view of the city. Our only gripe is the current rate for parking in the hotel car park, although we do understand that Chicago is an expensive city, and we are sure the other hotels in the area charge similar rates for parking,

I decided to take a quick weekend getaway to Chicago (on 4th of July weekend) and chose the Marriott Suites O'Hare because the price seemed very good. I was VERY happy I did! The hotel was very clean and service was great. I was especially impressed with housekeeping, as they tend to be the least service-oriented employees in a hotel. They were so nice […] and willing to accomodate my needs (including extra Bath and Body Works shampoo and lotions!) Parking is kind of expensive, but comparable to other area hotels and a LOT cheaper than downtown hotels. The blue line train is only a few blocks away, and there are always people walking in both directions to and from the station, so it felt safe. Just know that you can't buy a 1-day fun pass at the station, so visit a CVS or Walgreen's first if that's what you're looking for. (The front desk told me they were for sale at the next stop - Cumberland - and even gave me a ride there on the shuttle, but that was old information, as they no longer sell 1-day passes at ANY station.) It's about a 30-45 minute ride downtown, but I didn't mind since I wasn't driving! If you're planning on going to Navy Pier, it isn't really an easy ride as you have to transfer to a bus -- but that would be true from any location in Chicago. Back to the hotel... I didn't use the pool or hot tub, but there were several people in the pool, so it must have been nice. I did feel the hot tub, and it didn't feel very hot. If you are on a budget, don't plan on eating at the hotel; the prices were typical for a nice hotel restaurant/room service. There is a McDonald's across the street, though. There are 3 local pizza places that deliver as late as 3 am during the week and 4 am on the weekends. The front desk will give you menus and brochures for them. Wi-Fi in your room costs, but it is free in the lobby. Check-in time is 4pm, which seemed pretty late, so ask if you can check in early. They let me check in at 2:00. I stayed here during my boards, which were held at the neighboring Westin. My room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating. I stayed there for 3 nights and therefore ate quite a few meals at the restaurant in the lobby or through room service, and they were all pretty good, with some relatively healthy […] options. The only drawback was that this location has no surrounding amenities. There is a McDonalds across the street and a small gas station, but no other restaurants, pharmacies, etc. Mehr

Stayed for a weekend; great rooms, good price, very clean, great bathroom. Nice separate living area from bedroom. Nice bar with good appetizers, drinks. Only downside, breakfast buffet was toooo expensive although it was very good.

My family and I stayed at the Marriott Suites during the Chicago Marathon. The hotel was great, our suite was wonderful, the food was delicious and the staff was efficient,kind and courteous.I look forward to staying here again.

I booked through hotels.com, which had already received payment. The hotel had charged me for the room as well, leaving me to pay twice for one night's stay. I'm still waiting for the refund, 2 weeks later. The parking for guests is ridiculously expensive, I might as well have stayed downtown for the amount I paid. Nice, large, clean room, with ample space for a family. Parking fees were a bit excessive but the workout facility is very nice and the pool has no frills but my kids did not seem to mind. Close to the CTA Train Station and would not think twice about staying there again.
