Hampton Inn Corpus Christi Northwest Interstate 37 - Corpus Christi

Stayed here in Nov of 2010 on the way to South Padre Island thought it was a 5 star. This year our bathtub had hairs in it when I filled it to soak. The grout had mold and the tile around toilet was all broken and missing grout. Kingsville Hampton gets us in June.

I really loved my stay here!!

After a long time I have received an exceptional service. The staff was polite and very friendly. The hotel was very clean and loved the breakfast! Great for families.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this location for 4-7 days each visit. We were pleased w/ the room and space it allowed for 2 adults/2 young children. It easily accommodated our personal port-a-crib for our infant. The hotel includes a free breakfast, which we all enjoy--plenty of options. The staff is friendly! We especially liked the fact that […] we couldn't tell if we had 'neighbors' in the next room or across the hall...room seemed almost soundproof:). We stay at hotels very seldom but when we do, we want a clean, comfortable room with no surprises. This hotel room was very comfortable and clean. Although we didn't use it, it has a very nice pool and hot tub. Rooms were a little small but that didn't matter to us. We would stay here again and would recommend to our friends.

My fiance and I had a great time. We liked the fact that the room had a frig and microwave, that way we could go grocery shoping rather eating out. We did have to drive 20 minutes to downtown but its not bad at all. We will deffinately be back this summer.

the room with the sofa bed was amazing. i would love to stay in THAT room again. the next day i had to stay in a different room n wasnt to pleased with it. i found a receipt in the second room which lead me to believe the rooms are not cleaned properly. was to tired to complain after the long day i had so just stayed there anyway.

well to begin, the staff here were awsome. Check inn was the fastest ever. Room was clean, had everything, and comfortable. Did use the pool, which my kid loved, the hot tub and yes... a sauna, all great. The lobby had a hudge fish tank where my daughter thought she found Nemo..... Great breakfest, all food groups were served. I have to give much respect […] to the Staff. On the early morning of the 2nd night there a tornado came withn 2 blocks of the hotel with very high winds and hail. A storage building was thrown onto the power line to the hotel. There was no power for 13 hours. The saff was very receptive to all our needs with candles and anything we needed to get by till the power was restored. It was a scary time but they worked hard to make everyone fell safe and comfortable. When I go back there to Corous I will stay there everytime and tell others to do the same. This hotel was great for the price. I stayed overnight, and everything was great. The staff was friendly. The morning breakfast was good, and the location for where I was traveling was perfect. I will definitely stay there again!

Great hotel. My complaints are that the internet wasn't working properly & I had to call support 2 times in order to access internet. Secondly, the heater did not work when set on automatic....only to the "on" position. But it is South Texas so really didn't need the heater anyway. The a/c worked fine.

I have stayed at both hotels and preffer the Hampton over laquinta though both had friendly staff and clean rooms the hampton was quieter and I enjoyed the indoor pool/hot tub and breakfast more at the Hampton.

We enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in many much more expensive hotels that didn't match this one. It is a very good hotel for its type. I particularly liked the fact that they had a dry sauna and the breakfast saved us time and money.

good location great breakfast only 45min. to port aransas 10min to lex-aquariam

First night the A/C didn`t blow cold air. Changed room . Great breakfast.

When I booked tis hotel I did so be accident, I meant to book the Hampton Inn closer to town. So I went there already in a crabby mood, but as soon as I checked in I was impressed at the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. The ameneties were great too, an indoor pool and sauna and a jacuzzi! They actually had towels in the pool area, they had patio […] furniture in there too which made it pleasent for me to watch my daughter play in the pool without having to leave so soon. There was four of us staying in one room myself my partner and our two children, and I was surprised that there was actually enough towels in the room for us to bathe! Breakfast was great and the staff was super friendly! Mehr

This hotel was great. The staff was wonderful, the location was great, and the rooms were beautiful. Everyone was very helpfull. The pool was so beautiful. I enjoyed my stay!!

We had a pretty good experience. The rooms were clean but not all that spacious. The staff was pleasant. We felt comfortable during our stay. I do recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Corpus Christi, Tx.
