Great location. Very helpful staff. Hearty breakfast. Free parking. Most rooms open to large parking lot/court yard.

Lots of good things about the Old Santa Fe Inn -- well-maintained and nicely appointed rooms; excellent staff; beautiful local artwork on the walls of our room and in the dining area; good breakfast in a lovely dining room; within walking distance of the center of Santa Fe; very quiet at night. The sliding door to our bathroom stopped working one morning […] and it was fixed and working perfectly by the time we returned to our room in the afternoon. My only complaint is that we could have used a better TV in our room. Ours was fairly small and the color was bad in one spot in the middle of the screen. Mehr

What a great place to stay and very conveniently located. Alex and Matt were great. Matt went above and beyond the call of duty with helpful tips about Santa Fe. We love this place and will definetly stay there when we are in town. Also the breakfast burritos and other items were great.

Our family stayed in a king suite. Our teens were on the comfortable TempurPedic sofa sleeper. The accomodations were spacious, clean, and attractive. No complaints. Breakfast was fairly typical of free hotel breakfasts but in a nice setting with placemats and cloth napkins.

Great hotel. Second time we've stayed here. Hotel staff very friendly, have great food recommendations, will call for you, etc. Great hot breakfasts each morning and free coffee and cookies every afternoon. Great old time place, wood burning fireplaces, terrific free breakfast, very good location, helpful staff.

A very friendly hotel clerk (who was also quite knowledgeable about Santa Fe history) told me that this is the #2 most popular hotel in town (the first being Inn of the Seven Graces, over the top expensive/luxurious). We loved staying at the Old Santa Fe Inn. It was close to the railrunner and from Old Town. The staff was very accomidating, including telling us different places to eat and things to do. They bent over backwards to make sure that we had everything we needed and that we had a wonderful time! I travel on business all the time, this is one of the better hotels I've stayed in. Great room and guest services.

Wr loved our stay. The outside doesn't prepare you for the classy feel of the hotel. Decorated simply nut tastefully. Lovely lobby and dining room with fireplace and good food. A good, reasonably priced hotel close to the main square and right across the street from the state Capitol building.

I love this hotel and would return. But on my visit in late December the heating was not working correctly and it was uncomfortably cold with no explanations from the hotel other than put on another blanket. So hopefully they will fix this issue.

Excellent location and staff. Room a bit small, but well designed - decent value for the location as everything near Santa Fe Plaza is expensive.

We spent four nights here and really enjoyed it. I would stay again. The location is close enough to the plaza that you can walk and not deal with parking. Bfst was great and coffee and tea available all day. Our room was very nice and the staff was helpful and friendly.

The Inn was a great choice. It was charming and comfortable.. The staff was friendly and very helpful. And the breakfasts were outstanding... We would definitely recommend this place..

Generally good hotel & ecellent location. Told us the Internet was down the day we checked in & never did work the 6 days we stayed there. One of the employees told us it hadn't worked for several days before we checked in. Honesty & not repairing Internet was an issue.

Very good value. Charming service. Motel style convenience, but far more comfortable, with generous breakfast. Hot beverages at reception round the clock, and teatime home-baked cookies was a nice touch. Town center just two or three minutes stroll away.

Nice hotel and the staff is quite helpful. The only knocks I can thin of is the parking lot is a bit tight for bigger vehicles and the walls a bit thin.

Wonderful hotel. Close to the Plaza and other places of interest in Old Santa Fe. Rooms were nice, the building and grounds were nice, with the feel of Old Santa Fe. Best of all were the hotel personnel. They were welcoming, helpful, friendly, and did personal favors for us gladly. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends in a heartbeat!

it is in the heart of santa fe and every place is reachable in 10-20 min by walk.

We were extremely satisfied. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great! A nice walk to the plaza.

Everything about it was perfert. The Inn is absolutely charming!!! The lobby area is so cozy and inviting - you just want to sit around, enjoy the people, the coffee and cookies and relax. I've been visiting Santa Fe for over 10 years. This is the first stay at the Old Santa Fe Inn. We'll definitely stay there again. Driving through Santa Fe, two girlfriends and I booked one night at the Old Santa Fe Inn. The price of the suite was not inexpensive. Given the cost, we expected the size of the suite to be larger. Yes, the location is great, the room was clean and attractive, complimentary breakfast was good, employees were helpful; parking was a bonus. On the negative […] side - the suite was small and crowded and the bathroom was tiny - a little too cozy for three people trying to unwind and relax after a long day on the road. The location of the Old Santa Fe Inn was very convenient to the plaza. The room (a junior suite) was small but comfortable. The main problem was the noise. We had the windows open to enjoy the crisp autumn air, but the noise was horrible. Because you face the parking lot and the room was on the first floor, we heard loud conversation day and night and […] we heard cars on the gravel of the lot. The Old Santa Fe Inn was a perfect place for my wife and I to stay for a quick overnight in our travels. The location allowed us to walk to downtown for shopping and restaurants. The inn was clean and comfortable, the staff was warm and friendly. We were very pleased to find such a nice, yet affordable hotel so close to the plaza. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was better than average. Good experience.

I loved this hotel. It is close to downtown. We could walk almost everywhere. Charming rooms with fireplaces and the grounds where well groomed. Parking was a bit challenging in a large vechicle. I will stay there again.

Loved the location, the great burrito/waffle/etc. breakfast but didn't like the wet carpet near the entrance to our room and the Air Conditioner was on the blink and didn't cool the room very well contributing to not a very restful nite's sleep.

All the creature comforts, close to the historical district and a great value.

I've traveled to Santa Fe many times, but have yet to experience ia more delightful place! It was within walking distance to the historic square, the Canyon Road gallery district and lots of other places that are not to be missed in Santa Fe. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. It's a few blocks to the square, but still quite walkable. Overall, a great place to stay.

We had a great experience at the hotel, the people where nice and the location is amazing. We were disappointed that my husband's wedding ring was lost/stolen while there. He left it on the sink counter and when we returned it was missing. I could not have fallen down the drain as it wouldn't fit. The staff was very nice but we did notice that the […] cleaning staff kept starring at us as we complained and left the next day. We hope it turns up...but we will see. Mehr

My boyfriend was a little disapointed b/c this is an older hotel (HELLO - see hotel name!!!) but I just loved it. Convenient location, comfortable room, free Starbucks, and say it with me everyone... BURRITO BAR!!!!!

What a pleasant surprise in the heart of Santa Fe. We walked to everything we wanted to do & see. The Staff were friendly and very helpful & the free breakfast was a real plus. We highly recommend this place and plan on a return trip soon.

Loved it, very Santa Fe, close to old town historic district. Beautifully remodeled and upgraded, great lobby, library and dining room. Good free breakfast, fresh coffee available all day.

Free breakfast at their Burrito Bar, wifi (if you want it), and free parking within 2-3 blocks of all the major Santa Fe attractions (e.g., The Plaza). Super deal and much cheaper than all the downtown spots that charge for parking, etc. Highly recommended. Oh, and don't miss the Starbucks on tap all day.

Loved the hotel. Very convenient to walk to the Plaza and local restaurants. Breakfast was excellent, good variety, convenient time, lovely dining room. Hotel staff polite and responsive. Rooms are small but charming, nicely decorated. Great to have parking in downtown and many hotels charge for parking but the Inn does not.

We were delighted with the Old Santa Fe Inn. The employees were friendly and helpful. It's a charming place & conveniently located. And it was a good value -- with a nice complimentary breakfast and free parking.

I have visited Sante Fe many times, but stayed at the higher profile hotels such as the La Fonda. I booked a room at the Inn only because my usual choice was full. Serendipity strikes again: I was wonderfully surprised (!) by the location, quality, ambience, cleanliness etc of the Inn. A perfect place. It has now risen to my "top choice" in Sante Fe […] - it is definitely a "best buy" in my book. Mehr

The Old Santa Fe Inn was delightful in every way.All the public areas were tidy and cared for. The location was good - just a ten minute walk to the Plaza past shops etc.,the Loretto chapel and the trolley tours.The breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice.We payed a little extra for a better room and had a large balcony with table and chairs.The […] room itself was large and comfortable and the bathroom had everything you could need.As well as the coffee maker in the room, there were coffee and home made cookies available in the library from 4pm.One day there was none left later in the evening, and a member of staff saw us looking and said he was just making some more. When we went down later he had put some aside for us. All the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.If we are ever lucky enough to return to Santa Fe, we will certainly stay there again. Mehr
