Bestellung war Zimmer mit 2 Betten Es gab aber nur ein Doppelbett mit durchgehender Matraze! Hotel behauptet: sie hätten ein Double Bett bestellt. Auf Ihrer Bestätigung steht aber: Standard Zweibettzimmer! Klären sie mich bitte auf, wo der Fehler lag!

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, ist aber renovationsbedürftig. 2 Sterne würden auch reichen. Auch das frühstück war in Ordnung, einzig der Kaffee passt in keiner Weise zu Italien. ein feiner Espresso oder Cappuccino wäre schön gewesen.

Sehr schönes zentrales Hotel das ich nur wärmstens empfehlen kann. Wirklich alles ganz leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Reception und Betreuung sind sehr gut. Das Hotel ist aber ziemlich einfach eingerichtet und renovierungsbedürftig. Hätte von der Infrastruktur her nur 1-2 Sterne verdient. Kein eigenes Parkhaus, Parking in der Nähe ziemlich teuer.

Sehr gute Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Dom. Chefin spricht deutsch. Kleine, einfache, aber saubere Zimmer. Frühstücksbuffet war ansprechend. Unser Zimmer Nr. 32 war gegen den Innenhof, von wo ein geruch nach Fäkalien ins Zimmer drang. Die Chefin konnte die Ursache nicht eruieren.....ob wir wohl die ersten sind, die diesen Geruch wahrgenommen haben? Dieses […] Zimmer würden wir nie mehr nehmen!! Aber ansonsten ist das Hotel für einen Kurztrip von zwei, drei Tagen sehr geeignet, insbesondere auch wegen seiner Lage (5 Min. vom Bahnhof, 2 Min. zum Dom). Mehr

nice place, nice price, nice people!

Although convenient to the train station this hotel has nothing else to offer. After climbing over 50 stairs to our room with luggage (no lift) we walk in to find torn carpeting, a large hole in the shower stall, stained bed linens and curtains. We understood this to be a 3 star hotel but really, it does not qualify as a 1 star. The hotel is situated near al the major hustorical sites. Our room was nice and big, only down side was the stairs, would have liked an elivator. At reception the greetings was friendly but gave me the impresion of prison wardens, friends of ours was staying in another hotel and wanted to see what our room looked like. This was so convenient for us! Half way between the train/bus station and the Duomo of which was only about a 5-10 minute walk from each place. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was the usual cold meats and little breads, but we weren't there for the food. The only negative was the stairs, since we had to go up about 2-3 flights, but that is typical. […] The museums, and all the attractions were all walking distance. Perfect! Mehr

The Hotel Giaconda in Florence is wonderfully convenient to all major attractions and to the station. However, older or less able bodied travellers should be aware that there are no lifts and a total of 84 stairs to the top floor (yes we counted them as we lugged our bags up!) The breakfasts are awful: the cheapest possible cereal, luke warm milk and […] stale rolls and croissants every day. The shower curtain doesn't quite reach the floor and there's no floor waste so the bathe pillows provided were thin and flat. At best this is a 2 star hotel. Approach with caution! Mehr

This hotel is within walking distance of the main train station and all the major attractions in Florence. Very friendly staff. No elevator. Very cramped bedroom but spacious bathroom. Ample breakfast included. No air conditioning and with windows open there were unpleasant outside odors.

Great location, very close to train station and Duomo. Breakfast was average and staffs were okay. The room interior is old and needs renovation and the toilet was extremely small. The air con was faulty and makes noises. On my last day of stay, the staff called and request to switch off the air con because it was leaking from the outside wall. It is […] a terrible feeling to walk up the flight of stairs to the top floor where my room was, especially after a long day from touring the city. Mehr

got absolutely massacred by mosquitoes.. the walls were FILLED with squashed ones. the reception staff not at all friendly and more interested in their phone conversations rather than serving their guests. location was great although it was close to the train station but the windowns didnt close well therefore allowing noise and mossies in.

Exceptional location, good service. The hotel is very close to a garage (this was very convenient as we drove into Florence). The decor is a bit old and worn out. Also, the hotel does not have a lift so transporting heavy luggage up the steps was a bit challenging. The breakfast selection was a bit poor for a three star hotel. I was really disappointed with how small the room was.On top of that, the bed was really uncomfortable, and my wife and I woke up with bug bites. When I asked the front desk if I could upgrade to a larger room, he was unenthusiastic and unwilling to help.

The first night the AC was not workin, and they send up a tiny fan, couldn'y open the window massive mosquitos. the smallest bathroom I've seen in any European country. The breakfast was a joke. But the location is excellent ans if you are travelling with lots of luggage avoid this hotel, there is not elevator.

Very good location right in the centre with good restaurants nearby. You cannot park or drive near the hotel and they charge 24 euros per day to take the car away and park it which is more or less what it costs to leave it in a car park over night. They wern't very helpful in explaining parking options and we spend hours trying to find somewhere to […] park and got a large fine for driving in a bus lane. The room was noisy and very old fasioned. I like rustic and authentic but this was a bit too much. We were on the 3rd floor which was very tiring to get to! The windows are not double glazed and our room looked onto the main street so I dodn't get much sleep. The windows also rattled when a bus went passed so we had to have them open ehich was quite chilly. Breakfast was disgusting...some tepid coffee from a thermos and some bread rolls with plastic cheese along with a few croissants. Not great. I wouldn't stay here again. Mehr

This hotel is in a really good location. We were able to walk to it with our luggage from the train station. It is close to everything and really easy to find. The room is very small, if your a big person there is no room around the bed or in the shower. We were on the 3rd floor and it is a hike getting up there since the hotel does not have a elevator. […] The people working the front desk are always pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is average. The hotel is in a great location, just a 5 minute walk from the main Florence SMN train station and a 3 minute walk to the Duomo. Literally every main site you’d want to see on your visit is no more than a 15 minute walk away! There is a little store next door to the hotel that is open late where you can purchase waters and snacks for cheap as well! […] There are no elevators, and the hotel does have a lot of stairs, so if this is a problem it is definitely not the hotel for you. But if you don’t mind the stairs the hotel is otherwise close to perfect for a 3 star. The carpets show how old the hotel is, a little worn and stained, but are clean. The rooms are big for Europe, and the private bathroom is large as well. The tub was huge, and so clean! There are no shower curtains, but there is a shower head, so bathing in the tub was easy enough…even for my over 6’ tall husband. We had three twin beds in our room, two of which were put together to make a “queen”. They were comfortable enough. The included breakfast was good; cereal, croissants with jelly and butter, and assorted cheeses and fruits along with coffee, tea, juice, or milk. The rooms do not include a hair dryer, but they will give you a hair dryer on request and it is the best hair dryer I’ve used at any hotel in Europe so far! Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good, cheap hotel in the center of the city! Mehr

The location of the hotel is fantastic... 2 blocks to the train station and 2 blocks to the Duomo, but there are other hotels in the same spot that are much nicer. When we first arrived, we had some trouble getting the door to our room open, so once we deposited our luggage we went back out to play with the lock and make it work. One of the maids was […] in the hall, and she stared, then declared us "estupida" and walked away. The room was big enough, but the hotel does not have central air conditioning, but a large in-room a/c unit which the maids unplugged whenever we left the room. The bathroom is also quite large for a European hotel, but the shower didn't have walls or a curtain, or even a lip on the floor to prevent the water from getting everywhere. The hotel is okay if you don't plan to stay in the room much, and the location is convenient, but I wouldn't stay here again, or recommend it to my friends. Mehr

I was fortunate to receive a discounted rate for the pre-determined length of my stay. It was well worth the money. Very reasonable. The room was cleaned every day and clean towels provided. The bathroom was fairly small and tall people may have a little bit of trouble sitting face forward on the toilet i had. This may vary for other rooms in the hotel […] though (i don't know). the hotel needs renovation, our bedroom was small, breakfast was ok, but with the savings you can get a breakfast elsewhere. the location of the hotel is close to everything, makes up for the steps.

This hotel is half way between the Duomo and the train station, which made it an ideal location for my family. The city of Florence is very walk-able and this hotel is well located to see all of the major sites. The staff was extremely helpful and gave us a wonderful restaurant recommendation. My mother was a little overwhelmed by the stairs (there […] is no elevator), but this is to be expected in European hotels. Mehr

The hotel is perfectly located. Very close to the Duomo and a 5 minute walk from the train station. The room was clean and did the job for us very well. Theres also some great restaurants around the back of the hotel too

Dette er et rigtigt fint 3-stjernet hotel, med et super venlig og hjælpsom personale, som taler godt engelsk. Ligger lige hjertet af Firenze, 3 min. fra domkirken.

위치는 피렌체역에서 오른쪽으로 쭉가면 바로잇어서 찾기쉽고 역까지 오분거리라 아침기차 타기에 좋앗다 하지만 와이파이하는데 한시간에 오유로를 내고 삼성급호텔임에도 드라이기 조차 없엇다 수압이 약하고 조식은 그럭저럭이엇다 과일이 나온건 좋앗다 와이파이가 되엇다면 아주 만족햇겟지만 와이파이가 되지않아 별로엿다

Apesar da boa localizaçao, o atendimento do hotel é pessimo! Muitas vezes fui tratada com falta de educaçao na recepçao, fora que apesar da minha pouca altura, quase nao coube no banheiro! Mas o pior de tudo sao as mil e uma escadas para chegar no 2 andar, que na verdade deveria ser 4! Se tiver viajando com malas ou pretende fazer compras, FUJA!

フィレンツェに多いタイプのホテルですがとても三ツ星クラスのホテルとは思えません。エレベーターがなく重い荷物を3階まで持って行くのは大変でした。インターネットも30分3ユーロ、1時間5ユーロ、2時間9ユーロと高く仕事をするには向いていません。シーズン時の安さと利便性で妥協するレベルです。

Es un hotel pequeño, y con una ubicacion excelente, a cuadra y media del Duomo y dos cuadras de la estacion de tren Santa Maria Novella. La habitaciónb no es muy limpia, el baño es viejisimo y la calefaccion la "programaban" de tal forma que por las noches la recepcion del hptel era mas cálida que la misma habitacion. Y lo peor.... no tienen elevador! […] El desayuno incluído es frugal y nada variable. Lo recomendaria solo por ubicación, y el servicio de la recepcion que no es del todo mal. Mehr

O hotel é muito bem localizado, mas NADA MAIS! O atendimento é péssimo, as camas são horríveis... meu quarto, que teoricamente estava no 2 andar, ficava a pelo menos uns 4 lances de escada da recepção, isso SEM ELEVADOR E SEM NINGUEM PARA TE AJUDAR A SUBIR AS MALAS! 5 etages sans ascenseur chauffage en novembre à partir de 20h et quasi inexistant au 5eme!!! petit dejeuner tres pauvre moquette des escaliers à changer d'urgence bruit++++++de la ruelle et de la cour juste une dose de gel douche par personne à l'arrivee, non renouvellé

Hotellet er koseleg, men ganske nedslitt. Hadde trengt ansiktsløftning. Men det var rolig. Folk var greie. Det var reint nok. Og det store plusset: Det ligger midt i sentrum for alt :)

OK hotel til prisen, meget central beliggenhed tæt på både station/bus og seværdigheder, venligt personale, kedelig morgenmad, ingen elevator.

2011年10月1日から9日まで宿泊。宿泊した34号室は狭く、シャワールームも狭く不便。ホテルのスタッフはまあまあフレンドリーでしたが、非常に不愉快なスタッフもいました。10月というのに昼間の気温が30度もあったので、部屋には蚊がたくさんいて、駆除するのに大変でした。夏から秋にかけて宿泊する方は、スーパーなどで殺虫剤を買う必要があります。また前の宿泊客が潰したと思われる蚊の死骸がそのまま壁に貼り付いていて不快でした。ロケーションは何処に行くのにも便利なので、上記のことが気にならない方ならお勧めです。他の部屋はわかりませんが、34号室に限って言えば、3つ星ホテルとは思えません。

Este Hotel, apesar de ter uma estrutura simples com acomodações pequenas é muito limpo e tem um café da manhã também simples mas gostoso. A sua localização é excelente, com todos os principais pontos turísticos ao redor o que lhe possibilita fazer tudo a pé, sem contar que fica a 3 quadras da estação de trem de Florença! É uma excelente opção para pessoas […] que necessitam de um hotel mais barato mas com uma excelente localização. Mehr

Situato in posizione centralissima a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Autorimessa nelle vicinanze dell'hotel. Tuttavia l'albergo non dispone dell'ascensore e la camera matrimoniale al terzo piano riservataci era estremamente piccola. Il condizionatore in dotazione non funzionava adeguatamente e aprendo la finestra entrava dall'esterno un odore  […] nauseabondo. Mehr

не самый плохой отель, однако есть несколько минусов. завтрак скудный. пониматься пешком на 4 этаж по винтовой лестнице довольно тяжко, ибо лифта нет. Из плюсов: удобно, что у отеля есть договоренность с гаражом, где можно парковаться, и машину по звонку пригоняют к дверям отеля. приветливые работники ресепшн.
