Gratis Shuttle zum Flughafen funktioniert gut. Frühstück in Ordnung aber Frühstücksraum viel zu klein. Sehr gute Betten, viel Platz. Die Anti-Rutschgummis in der Badewanne sind eklig. Sonst alles bestens.

Haben ein Zimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten reserviert. Als wir einchecken wollten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir nur ein Zimmer mit einem Bett erhalten. Reception war eher genervt. Für eine oder zwei Nächte ok, mehr leider nicht.

The hotel was being refurbished and we had a room that obviously had new furniture and very clean. The free shuttle service into Newark Airport was great, breakfast wasn't exciting, used to better even at 3* in London. No restaurant on hotel site so we had to order food. Staff pleasant enough

Hotel is conveniently located, close to all sights you would like to visit. Located across Newark airport, clean, well maintained and comfortable. Free-Breakfast was good and staff was very courteous. Great offering - Excellent value for money.

The rooms were very clean, the hotel corridors are off putting however you are pleasantly surprised when you get into the room. For airport hotel it could not have been better. I enjoyed my stay here.

we booked for 6 people. In the room only a king bed and pull out. asked for cot- none. Son, slept upright in a chair. Also, hotel would not allow pizza delivery to room! huh? on good note, the breakfast was pretty good.

I was very pleased with my stay. My children had a wonderful time in the pool. Our room was very nice and clean. We even had hot fresh breakfast every morning. My overall grade would have to be an A+!

Procimity to the airport is great. But if you want food or anything else, it will be an expensive cab ride out to stores and restaurants.

My family and I had a great time and we felt very special in this hotel. It is a great location from where we spent a lot of our time in the heart of New York City. The food each morning was great, just fabulous! I didn't care for the pool, it looked dirty and our children went swimming one night and were feeling sick the next day. Hotel was nice and clean, great price and located very close to the airport. Pool was nice, free breakfast was good. Hotel location was difficult to get to and get back to if you go by car, and I am a very experienced driver/navigator/traveler. The friendliness of the front desk staff was overwhelming. They were very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel itself was very neat and clean. I loved the late check out time.

Hotel was very clean and a great room to stay.

The GPS took us to a general location of where the hotel is. It's not hard to find because you see the huge sign off the highway. I just got confused because there's three hotels there under marriot and I went in the "Courtyard" haha. But people were very helpful to redirect me to the right hotel. We got a non-smoking room. But there were remnants […] of someone smoking in the room which was very disappointing. We called front desk for an aerosol spray and waited for 30-45 minutes. We got a phone call asking if someone has already come up with an aerosol spray and we said "no". After another 5 minutes, someone came in and handed us the spray bottle. But he told us that he'll wait for it because we can't keep the bottle (why??). Granted that it was New Years Eve, I know they were busy and fully booked , but they should hav e let us keep the spray because I couldn't stand the smell of smoke. But other than that, the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean. It was nice to have a kitchen part of the room (had I known that, I should have brought things to cook with). Very difficult to get to, especially at night time. Customer service was great - they were able to find us adjoining rooms for our family and another family we were staying with. In our room, we had our 2 and 3 year old kids. Rooms are a good space, but a little grimy; I was even a little afraid to open the foldout couch and put the linens on it for […] my kids. However it's fine for just one night. We just waited till the morning to give our kids a shower. The bathtub was stained so you should be prepared to shower only. The fan on the heater was very loud and the heat was very dry. The kid in our adjoining room got a bloody nose because the air was so dry. Free breakfast is nice for families, typical breakfast: make your own waffles, boiled eggs, pastries, scrambled eggs, canadian bacon, cereal, oatmeal. Mehr

Had to walk on the street to reach the courtyard to have dinner. There is no other place to safely walk to .

This is a wonderful hotel for New York vacationers. Customer service is exceptional. Our stay was very pleasant. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. I would stay there again.

The hotel itselft is excellent for the price. The staff is very helpful and genuinely kind. The big problem is its location. Very hard to find even when you use a GPS.

We had a great stay. Hotel was very accommodating. We, (6) in the family stayed in hotel for the weekend to visit NYC, Great Time, but, in coming back and trying to find hotel, THAT, was a tragedy. GPS took us all over the place but the hotel! Otherwise, nice hotel. Would recommend to family and friends.

Hotel was alright. My only complaint is that I booked a king bed suite and when I checked in all they had left were 2 queen bed suites. What good is a reservation if they aren't holding it for me!

Clean and condition are good. But the location is horrible if you drive. Circle around many times before get into the hotel area. GPS doesn't work for this hotel location at all.

its a great place and the service and cleanliness is outstanding. Getting there with a car is challanging especially at night, and there is nothing around. dont come back to hotel hungry...

we enjoy our stayin at the hotel. It is a nice location but there is nothing close walking if you Need some thing. The shuttle only carry you to p4 which is okay not bad. The fron desk are very friendly. The only problem we had was when we where waiting for the shuttle onthe way back home and he had an flat tire. The room is big and very clean. great location. within minutes of airport and Penn Station. Clean well maintain rooms, friendly and helpful staff.

we were very satisfied with the overall experience i recommend this hotel

10 minutes from the airport, there is a shuttle every 30 minutes with helpful staff. The rooms are very comfortable and large, with all the ammenities. The only problem is that we had to make the extrabed at night. The jacuzzi is very relaxing, and the gym has few but good equipment. The breakfast buffet is fantastic with everything you could want including […] self made waffles. The staff is very helpfull, 10 minutes from jersey garden outlet. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but the courtyard marriot next to it has a good cafe. Mehr

overall great hotel, nice staff, clean rooms and spacious rooms. Only issue was with breakfast. The eggs (I'm making an assumption they were in fact eggs) were rubbery and inedible. The rest of the meal was fairly good by comparison. I would still stay again, just avoid the eggs.

Nice hotel, excellent staff and location in terms of its proximity to NY City. Surrounding areas seemed unsafe. Breakfast served needs some improvements, the business office was handy. Any negatives were offset by the great customer services provided by their staff- Sweta and Ray were excellent,

Too many people during breakfast (no free tables), room is more or less OK. Found with Garmin GPS with no problem.

This hotel is very close to the airport. It is clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good. The only minus is the neighborhood, which is made up of warehouses and has no walking-distance restaurants, but it is a short drive from the port authority and the new restaurants by it. As a place to stay before an early morning flight, it was great.

The room was good. The problem I had was with what seemed like 50 to 75 kids running through the hotel, playing in the halls and holding up the elevators by pushing every floor. Hotel staff did not seem to be able to control these kids or talk to the chaperones about controlling these kids. not a gorgeous place, but very convenient for getting to Liberty State Park and Ellis Island

The location and the hotel facility and breakfast were fine. We could go every day to NYC by train without a problem.

This was our first trip to NYC, the price was great and the staff was amazing! Breakfast was great! The hotel was very clean and secure. We had such a great experience we stayed an additional night! All around great hotel.
