Internacional Design Hotel - Lissabon

Es ist eigentlich unmoeglich negatives zu nennen. Optimale Lage, bester Service kombiniert mit extrem freundlichem (sehr kinderfreundlich)Personal. Ganz besonders zu nennen ist das exzellente Fruehstueck, welches man sich nicht entgehen lassen sollte. Ein Hotel, dem es an nichts mangelt. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Die Zimmer sind recht klein, aber sehr stylisch, wie das ganze Hotel. Sehr negativ war das unbequeme Bett (es war recht hart und für mich bei meiner Größe von 195cm zu kurz). Positiv ist die sehr zentrale Lage des Hotels. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich.

Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet auch im Detail, aber wenig Licht. Wir hatten Concon gebucht, waren aber letztendlich mit einem Innenhofzimmer nicht zufrieden. Wir wurden ohne Mehrkosten upgegrätet. Allerdings haben nur die teuersten Zimmer einen guten Zimmerausblick. Frühstück war auch schon von der Optik sehr geschmackvoll. Frühstücks-/ und Barraum […] hat eine schöne Aussicht auf den davorliegenden Platz. Hotel liegt hervorragend für eine mehrtägige Stadbesichtigung.Wir hatten im Internet 2 Monate vorab gebucht mit ca. 40% Abschlag auf den Listenpreis. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Mehr

Das Hotel liegt super Zentral am Rossio. Einkaufsstraßen und Restaurant in Fülle direkt um die Ecke. Das Hotel verfügt über Zimmer von S bis XL. Alles sehr stylisch und trotzdem funktional eingerichtet. Grundlegende Englischkenntnisse sollte man mitbringen. Frühstück für portugiesische Verhältnisse super. Auch jeder Nordeuropäer freut sich darüber. […] Ab 9 Uhr wird es im Frühstücksraum aber voll. Für eine Städtereise würden wir das Hotel jederzeit für diesen Preis hier wieder buchen. Mehr

Sehr schönes, suberes Hotel, direkt im Stadtzentrum gelegen.

Ein herrliches Hotel, nah an allem. Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Sehr gute Betten und eine super Dusche. Vielleicht ein wenig Abstellfläche im Bad und eine Lampe beim Schreibtisch wäre nützlich, aber das stört nicht gross. Das Frühstück ist so schön angerichtet dass man sich kaum getraut was zu nehmen. Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind jedoch ein bisschen klein und auch das Bad ist nicht allzugross. Alles in Allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Das Hotel könnte nicht zentraler liegen. Alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Bus, Metro, Zug, Flughafenbus) und touristische Institutionen sind innert Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Hotel ist sehr trendy. Jeder Stock hat ein eigenes Thema. Wir waren im 2. Stock mit dem Thema Tribal. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sprechen alle Englisch. Die […] Zimmer sind zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Bad ist recht geräumig. Zur Verfügung stehen Bademäntel und Schlarpen. Durch die zentrale Lage ist es nachts eher laut. Die Glasmüllabfuhr kommt täglich. Fenster besser zu lassen. Es hat einen grossen Flatscreen TV. Die Senderauswahl ist doch eher beschränkt. Mehr

Super Lage, direkt im Zentrum. Kleine Zimmer, jedoch OK. Neu eingerichtet. Super Frühstücksbuffet und Bar für den Abend.

Zentral gelegen, sauber, zweckmässiger Luxus, gepaart mit "Style". Gutes Frühstückbuffet (nicht riesig jedoch genügend) und nochmals - die Lage und Ausstattung 1A - Prädikat EMPFEHLENSWERT FÜR LISSABON!

The room was clean and comfortable. There was surprisingly little traffic noise. There were many restaurants and other food places nearby. We parked our car in a public parking lot nearby and the hotel picked up over half of the parking fee. We did not need to use our car as public transportation was nearby and went to the places we wanted to visit […] and was reasonable in cost. Most helpful of all was the assistance we received from a very knowledgeable and engaging front desk staff. Mehr

We have just returned form a six night stay at this hotel over the Easter weekend and all I can say is that the excellent ratings given by other guests in the past are entirely justified. This is a simply delightful hotel. It is immaculate, comfortable and above all the staff are superb. The breakfasts are very good and the Hotel is perfectly located […] with most places of interest in walking distance or a short tram, tube or train ride away (all of which are incredibly easy to use). The Hotel doesn’t really do food aside from breakfast but this is not a problem as there are dozens and dozens of restaurants within a few moments walk (I would recommend eating at Sacramento which is a short walk away). The rooms are comfortable, clean and of a high standard with large flat screen TV’s with a good choice of English speaking movies and programmes/channels. I really can’t say anything negative about this hotel. If I have to be picky I would say that the cocoon rooms are a little on the small side but more than comfortable and if I was staying for more than a week I might want a pool but it is a city centre hotel and you can’t be critical about that really – and that’s about all really Lastly the staff are friendly, obliging, very approachable and eager to help. I would not hesitate to stay there again if I was to return to Lisbon. It is a short cab ride from the airport but the Hotel has its own shuttle service which is a little cheaper if you call them and book beforehand. Mehr

This hotel has excellent location, just a few steps from Bairra Alta and Fado-clubs and in the middle of the beautiful Rossio-square and it´s cafe's in Baixa. All great shops are within walking distance, also, as well as many great restaurants. Service was impeccable, rooms were very tidy and comfortable - though roomsize (size S) was a little bit too […] tiny for us northern europeans. I didn´t much appreciate the special themes, which this design hotel had chosen for different floors (urban, tribal, zen and pop) but it did not bother me too much either. I have to mention especially The Breakfast Buffet, which was one of the best I have ever enjoyed. Hotel has for instance their own pastry chef and fresh cakes and lovely treats were available every morning. Not to mention great local specialities like mature cheeses and sausages and different quiches. Plus fresh fruits like mangoes, pineapples and papayas. And freshly squeezed juices, like their own strawberry juice. Just lovely and lushious! Mehr

We stayed in this hotel 17-21 March for a short break. The staff were helpful and friendly which couldn't be said for those working in local shops/restaurants. Our room was clean, very quiet and well maintained, they certainly do pay attention to the finer details. Pros - free wifi ( worked perfectly in our room 3rd floor) - Awesome breakfast ( included in my rate) had hot food, multiple pastries and cheeses to choose from.  - very clean hotel, looks new on the inside - located in plaza Rossio which is the city center. Very close to all the major meeting points for tours, places to eat just steps away, etc.. - […] Free Nescafé (coffee pods) in room. - AC in room, works great! Cons - Our bed was a "double bed" that really was two single beds put together, not he most comfortable bed in the world, but slept well.  Mehr

We arrived at the hotel and not having been to Lisbon before were a bit nervous with regards to location. Except the drug dealers (harmless) in the square close by everything was much more than we had ever expected. Location was amazing, staff was friendly and serviceminded, hotel was great and freshly decorated and the morning breakfast was equally […] good. All in all we would definately recommend this hotel to anyone going to Lisbon wanting to stay near the city centre. Mehr

Hi This hotel is very good, both the location, service, facilities, breakfast and drinks. Can really recomment and says alot in terms of I travel like 80 days a year at least via my job and this is at the top end of hotel experiences.

Good: Location. Breakfast. Staff. Cleaness. Bad: Very small rooms. Noisy at street view rooms.

Having stayed outside of downtown Lisbon previously it was quite a treat to be able to be in the heart of the city. Everything is within walking distance and/or accessible via public transportation. Hotel is modern chic but not overdone and a good fit for all age groups. Extremely helpful staff and comfortable spaces in all areas. We had the L version […] room and it was a decent size room with an adjacent sitting room that was small but nice. Bathroom was good size and had a multi-jet shower within the Jacuzzi tub. Another member of our party and a S version room that was essentially the same minus the sitting room. Mehr

A great experience and wonderful reception staff - extrememly friendly and very willing to help with any information they can provide. First trip to Lisbon - nice location kind of "in it all" = very safe, nice. Definitely a place to stay if you are going to visit the Rossio area of Lisbon.

Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and breakfast. Pros: Excellent location right in the heart of the Rossio, walking distance to almost everywhere within the city. Easy walk to metro, trams and the train to Sintra. Excellent breakfast included, it was the highlight of the morning. Rooms are small ofcourse, but very clean and well […] maintained. Nice but a bit slow

Loved this hotel. Exceedingly stylish--significant effort went into the design with various themes throughout. Even the typography was perfect. My room was not large, although it was big enough, and I booked the basic room. If this was the most basic room available then that's saying something because it was more than sufficient for two--a beautiful […] small room. I was right on the corner overlooking the square on the second floor and I can be bothered by road noise--and I never was here. If you are sensitive to noise, however, request an interior room off of the square. Price was extremely reasonable, particularly given the level of service and quality of accommodation. Mehr

This is a fabulous to place to stay! It is right in the heart of Lisbon close to everything and is funky, modern and has everything you want and more! The breakfasts are amazing , the bar upstairs fabulous and the staff went out of their way to make my stay memorable. They were most helpful in recommending restaurants, tours and any other matter that […] concerned you. This was one of the best hotels for value for money, position I have stayed in and I can thoroughly recommend it to any one who wishes to visit Lisbon. It is a 4 star hotel with 5 star values! Mehr

The location of the hotel was perfect. It was in the heart of the tourist area near the main shopping and restaurant streets. However, as it is a relatively small hotel our taxi driver had difficulty locating it and had to stop and ask several other taxi drivers. We had a "Cocoon" room which was compact but very clean and comfortable. The main drawback […] was that the bathroom entrance was a sliding door and next to the bed, which meant that it was difficukt to use the bathroom in the night withour disturbing your partner. Paying for a larger room may be worthwhile. Though as the hotel is relatively expensive, I would consider staying a bit further away in a larger room. Mehr

Outstanding boutique hotel in the heart of Lisbon. Small but comfortable room, beautifully decorated. Spotless, modern bathroom. Highly attentive staff and excellent breakfast. Location near Rossio couldn't be better.

The location of this small boutique hotel could not be better. Situated at the corner of the plaza at Rossio, it feels as though it's at the very heart of the city and it's easy walking distance to Alfama to the east and Chiado and Barrio Alto to the west. Contemporary design and fun atmosphere. Clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. […] Rooms are small but adequate. For two people, a "medium" rather than an a "small" would be preferable. I will definitely stay here when I go to Lisbon again. Mehr

This hotel has an excellent location. The old building has been remodeled well and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Very friendly staff.
