This hotel is wonderful. Everything is kept up well and they have food available in the evening as well as breakfast. Also, the internet speed in the rooms is excellent!

This is a great value with an evening buffet and complete breakfast offered gratis. A good location in the better part of the area.

the service was outstanding from the management to the people cleaning the halls everyone was friendly and very helpful.

A very nice place to stay. The staff were excellent and very attentive to the guests.

Standard room was clean, but a little small for 4 people. Hot tub heater was not working for 2 out of our 3 night stay - disappointing since that was the main reason we chose hotel. Workout room just ok- treadmill fine but elliptical not working too well. Breakfast is very nice. The happy hour food ws pretty much the same all 3 nights. We paid a lot […] more for this visit (our second). We chose another hotel for our next visit - this one seemed overpriced. Mehr

We stayed in Birmingham with our 2 small dogs and had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful to us. The room was comfortable and the food was great. We really enjoyed the complimentary happy hour. We travel with our dogs a lot and this was the best hotel we have ever stayed in with them. (we usually rent a dog friendly condo, […] but we were in transit.) We will recommend this one! Mehr

I have recommended this hotel to several people.It is convient if you need to go to U.A.B. hospital or even to downtown.

great experience. very nice staff, very nice and clean rooms. My wife, our dog and myself enjoyed our short stay at the Drury Southwest. Highly recomend this hotel to everyone.

This is where I always stay, it ,may cost a little more but for feeling safer in the area and free breakfast and night snacks it is worth the price. We will always stay here. Staff is very friendly and really listen to you when you talk to them.

Great stay!

The night manager was superb, courteous, and seemed to be everywhere. The "snacks" at 5:30 were substantial, and the included coctails a pleasant surprise. Tremendous value. We've be in other Drury Inns, and look for them wherever we go.

We just stayed one night on our way down to Florida. The evening foods were good and satisfying and so was the BF. The room was decorated so nice. We slept great. Plan to stay there on our way home to MO.

This hotel was very nice. I would stay at a Drury Inn over most other hotels after teh experience with this one.

Clean room, comfortable bed, excellent shower pressure, and attentive service .... It is not a luxury hotel, but everything was comfortable, fast, and convenient. I will definitely stay here on my next trip.

This hotel is a great choice! It is close to everything you might need from Walmarts to cute shopping areas. The room was nice and clean, there was a nice jacuzzi in the pool area and the breakfast had several delicious options. Overall a nice place to stay the night!

Our stay at the Drury Inn was excellent . Everything was great the room was clean ,the beds were comfortable and the food was just what we were expecting to find, a nice hot breakfast.

My family and I were very pleased with our stay at Drury Inn & Suites. This was our first stay with Drury and we would highly recommend this chain to everyone. The staff at the Birmingham, AL location were very friendly and accomodating.

The staff was very friendly and professional. Early evening they offer free drinks and snacks in the lobby. In the middle of the night other guests were very loud - we called front desk and they took care of it immediately - even called back to make sure we were satisfied and ask if we needed anything else. The mattress was very soft; breakfast was ok, nothing spectacular..But for the value, it was ok

4 kids and 4 adults in town for a football game in Tuscaloosa. The kids were able to play in the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, we had dinner in the hotel that was included with our stay, and the hotel staff was very friendly. We were all very pleased with our entire stay.

The staff was outstanding! Room was clean no street noise. Good excersize equipment. Nice pool area. We enjoyed the "Kickback" meal in the evening and the breakfast was good too. We have recommended the Drury Inn & Suites to some friends.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was VERY friendly. The breakfast was good but the evening happy hour foods was just ok. My family and i enjoyed our stay here. And this will be our hotel of choice when we travel.

great perks at hotel, free drink, free food! Hotel is animal friendly, but I am not a fan of that. My room smelled a little like cat urine until I turned the air on, other than that, Nice hotel. May hear dogs barking here and there.

We had a great stay and the free dinner and breakfast was awesome. We will be staying there each time we come into the area.

Room was clean and convenient. I left my cell charger on the nightstand and it was "never found," which disappointing, but it was my own fault for leaving it in the first place... I will stay there again. Affordable and the staff was very friendly.

We were in Alabama for a softball tournament and needed a hotel room for our last night before an early flight out of Birmingham airport. We found this hotel to be very reasonable with the last minute extra 15% off deal. The rooms were beautiful, very clean and the staff was very pleasant. We read the reviews left by customers and we must agree, the […] beds were super comfy! The room was spacious and the temperature was perfect. The free 5:30-7:00pm snacks were more than enough for dinner and that saved us $$! Only wish we had stayed at a Drury Inn the whole time we were in Alabama! It is a little bit further to the airport than the site states, but allowing ample time for travel we got there in plenty of time to make our flight. Mehr

They have dinner snacks and drinks free from 5:30-7pm which was pretty snazzy. The rooms are really nice, tile flooring, granite counter tops, beautiful. And from what hear the breakfast is good too. :)

Everything about the hotel was excellent, Location, price, service all perfect...The only fault I could find was with the pillows.....they were entirely too soft....a minor complain I realize, but just thought you should know..

Later check-in, leave early kind of place. Okay stay... Friendly staff. An all you can eat happy-hour snack that attrachs all kinds. Several stores and not-memorable restaurants near.

This is the best hotel i have stayed at in quite sometime. We were just passing through on the way on a family vacation. This hotel was so nice we wanted to stay there longer. dinner and breakfast was included and it was very good. Stay was much better than we could have imagined.

The people at the front desk were extremely friendly and welcoming. The kids and I enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool. However we did have a few problems. I think the air conditioning was about to go south. The air never would get regulated. During the night it was extremely loud to the point of no one in the room could get to sleep. We would ge cold so […] I would turn it up however, it would not regulate so we would turn it off. Then we all got hot......we didn't report the problem because it was too late in the evening. The breakfast and dinner were good but each time we would climb the stairs in the lobby, they were very dirty with food and crumbs. I noticed this when we checked in as well as checking out the next day. They were never clean which lead me to wonder about everything else. Overall, ok stay but have had much much better. Mehr

nice room. comfy beds and nice breakfast, there was free popcorn in the evening, but never enough popped as the hotel was quite full and noisy - also free soft drinks. we arrived late so we missed the evening meal but lots of good restaurants near-by. we ate at o'charleys and kids ate free - a bonus for us.

we chose this hotel because it was about 10 minutes away from childrens hospital. LOVED the free dinner and adult drinks! my toddler loved the indoor pool and hottub. free soads in the lobby and free breakfast. we were super happy with our stay.

This hotel was very clean and extremely nice and plenty fancy enough. Our beds in the rooms were the most comfortable beds we had ever slept on. The rooms were very clean and beautiful. The free meals were surprisingly good. The location of this hotel is great. The workers were so helpful and cordial. Needless to say I will be back to this hotel again […] ! Mehr

The young lady who checked me in was sheer delight, friendly, cheerful and most helpful. My first stay at Drury Inn was in Montgomery AL and I was very pleased so Birmingham Southwest site had standards to meet. Once again, I was very pleased, from the cleanliness of the room and facility itself to the friendly and helpful staff.
