Das Hotel befindet sich in absoluter Top-Lage. Fußläufig sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten über die Carnaby-Street zu erreichen, z.B. Picadilly-Circus, Oxford-Street, Leicester Square, Chinatown; auch Trafalger Square u. Buckingham Palace in 15 min zu Fuß, zu Covent Garden 20 min... Sehr freundliches Personal, ordentliche Zimmer. Allein der Preis für sep. […] Frühstück war deutlich zu teuer, es gibt aber sehr viele, deutlich günstigere Alternativen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mehr

problem war nur die heizung in unserem zimmer. nach unserer ankunft, anfang jänner, sehr sehr kalt im raum, anscheinend länger nicht geheizt....die heizung selbst regulierbar, allerdings waren die geräusche derart laut, sodass wir mit eingeschalteter heizung nicht schlafen konnten.....

The staff was excellent. The location is in an area with lots to do and near the tube. For the money, this was one of the best buys.

Perfectly situated close to everything as restaurants, shopping and theathres. Great english breakfast!

I thouhgt the hotel was lovely - clean and comfortable and right off carnaby street - my favourite! A short walk to piccadilly circus and not far from Covent Garden. Loved the warm chocolate cookie on arrival. No complaints apart from wish I could have stayed there longer!

We regularly stay in hotels throughout the UK and my 6 year old daughter declared that this is her favourite of them all. The bed could not have been more comfortable and the room including bathroom was spotless. The location was excellent and meant that we could easily drop bags of shopping back to our room and head back out without walking for miles […] or having to get on the tube. Right at the top of Carnaby Street, the location of this hotel is hard to beat, yet despite being in the heart of London it has an intimate feel and gives a friendly welcome.

We just stayed at the Courthouse Doubletree by Hilton December 30-January 1 . It was a great location right in the heart of theater district in London and right off Regent Street so GREAT shopping and lots of great restaurants right nearby. The room/bathroom were small but you expect this in Europe; the bed was very comfortable. Our room had a view […] of an alley but it was quiet on New Years Eve in the theater district so that was good. I wouldn't consider this a five star hotel by US standards, probably more like a four star. Would recommend if you're not expecting luxury but still a nice hotel. Mehr

Best location in London ,but still quiet and cosy.

A very chic boutique Hotel in the very heart of the West End behind Regent Street and opposite Liberty's . Carnaby Street is a 25 metre walk across the road. ( To really savour the best in a British pub try White Horse in Newburgh St - 50 metres along then turn up left ) The level of service in this hotel is very high. When the Sunday papers were late […] being delivered the concierge went out to buy us complementary ones. There is an interesting plaque at the front entrance that says " Great Marlborough Street Magistrates Court ". This used to be next door - Court No 1 is now the Hotel Restaurant ! The only possible criticisms we could have is that the lighting in the Bar makes it impossible to read - and the sofas in the Reception area are so soft it is difficult to get back on to your feet . All in all a 5 star experience worth the money and then some. Mehr

This hotel is very conveniently located ..nice large rooms ... Friendly staff ... Great shopping ... Easy access to metro ... Fabulous restaurants and theatre ..

excellent location and decent value for good room

This hotel is what you would expect from a hotel of it's calibre. We loved our stay there.

Great location and very helpful staff. Included breakfast was more than sufficient. Towels and robes were rather worn but overall the room was quite nice and comfortable. Quiet in room even though lots of bars and theatres in close proximity. Easy walk to metro, bus lines, shops, grocery store, theatres, sights, museums and parks. Great energy in neighborhood […] as soon as you step out the front door. Mehr

My husband and I found the hotel and location to be brilliant and found the hotel to be clean, staff were friendly, we were in room 315, although the room was slightly on the small size, it was clean. I had booked a room with a Queen size bed, but found it was a double, when I spoke with reception, they advised all the Queen size beds were that size. […] The bathroom looked brand new, however the toilet seat was in desperate need of a change, it didn't flush every time either!! Didn't bother reporting to reception as we had already unpacked and had just returned from our night out. We didn't book breakfast, as thought it was very expensive, there are a lot of coffee shops around the area where you can have a full breakfast for a very reasonable amount. We would stay here again, and do recommend the hotel. For our evening meal - we were in Soho and walking past an Indian restaurant called The Delhi Brasserie, where we ate, the decor/music is not modern. However the food was absolutely delicious, and we didn't even get a 'Delhi Belly' the following morning!! Mehr

the hotel is in a great location only 5 min walk from oxford circus underground. the hotel is lovely and clean and modern decor. we had our breakfast included in the price of the room but the prices shown if not included were very pricey. the breakfast was a good selection but the hot food could do with being warmer. the room we had was a queen size […] and was a bit small but maybe thats normal for london .it was nice and clean and comfy. i would stay here again but it is a little dear but thats what you pay for the great location Mehr

Hotel location and staff were fantastic! The room was large and well planned. Plenty of closet space, and a full sized desk were a bonus. It was very comfortable and very quite. This would be my first choice of hotels on a return visit. Can't beat the location!

In the heart of SoHo, this hotel is a short walk to some of London's hip new restaurants and bars. However, a plumbing issue, backed up drains and a broken telephone were not addressed after being raised with both the front desk and the concierge, which was disappointing.

Perfect Location, friendly staff, quick check in and a warm cookie. Would highly recommend. In fact I can not say who, but I checked in next to a very famous Australian Cricket player, which further endorses the Hotel's appeal.

Poor value for money. Room either hot or noisy a/c. Bed was uncomfortable and certainly not 5* quality. Breakfast service was also not great. Location is excellent if you want buzzy nightlife or Regent Street shops.

Oxford and Regent streets are just outside the hotel. There are lots of nice places to eat. The hotel staff was very helpful. The hotel is clean but old. The rooms are small. The towels in the room were so worn out that they had holes.

This hotel is very nice hotel but it is not 5 star. There were just too many little things that were a little below par in what I would have expected of a 5 star hotel. I have stayed in better 4 star hotels in London.

All was OK but in room 301 thermostat for shower did not work properly so I could not have shower at normal temperature for 4 days.I did not complain to hotel

J'avais dejà séjourner dans cet hotel il y a un peu plus d'un an. L'experience avait été formidable, chambre plus que spacieuse, calme et service impeccable. Cette fois-ci, c'était tout le contraire, la chambre était très mal conçue et exigüe, le bruit était insupportable (la chambre donnait sur une rue à l'arrière de magasins, je vous laisse imaginer […] les livraisons ruyantes à 5h du matin). Les plombs de la chambre ont sauté plusieurs fois et nécessitait à chaque fois 10 minutes avant d'être remis... Mehr

Vi hade inte några förväntningar på hotellet. Läget var avgörande när vi bokade. Men det var verkligen ett bra hotell för att vara London. Rent, fint, bra service, en väldigt mysig hotellbar och ett rum som verkligen förtjänade 5 stjärnor. Hit åker vi igen, ny resa bokad om ett halvår:)

L'hôtel ne mérite pas 5 étoile mais je le recommande pour son emplacement et son Spa,super agréable pour se détendre après une journée de visite!

Hotellet har en riktig bra beliggenhet og en god atmosfære. Personalet er hygelige, høflige og imøtekommende. Frokosten var ikke optimal med tørt bacon og pålegg som hadde lagt for lenge men parsonalet i frokostsalen var imøtekommende og oppmerksomme.

Fantastisk beliggenhet med gangavstand til alt av butikker både på Oxford street, new bond street og soho.

Vi har været meget tilfredse med kvaliteten af Hotellet. Regent Street, Oxford Circus er lige uden for døren. Luksus Hotel, ikke billigt, men høj standard, hvilket vel også retfærdiggør prisniveau.

Joli hôtel mais cher pour la qualité de services. Problèmes électriques dans la chambre (ampoules qui fonctionnent en clignotant), pas de chauffage dans les couloirs, un centre spa très décevant. Il n'y faisait pas très chaud, la piscine était toujours ouverte malgré l'arrêt de la pompe qui permet de renouveler l'eau: hygiène = 0. Tout cela avait été […] arrêté car une lumière ne fonctionnait plus et son fil électrique rouillé sortait dans l'eau. On a évité de se baigner là-dedans, les installations sur place n'étaient pas pratiques à utilisées et dans un temps limité (fermeture à 19h) donc soit vous passez votre journée à l'hôtel soit vous visitez mais payez ces services pour rien ! Ligger midt i smørøyet ved Oxford- og Regent Street. Men ikke støy. Vi bestilte vanlig dbl rom og rommet og badet var romslig. Ganske nytt og fresht. God service. Deilig med gåavstand så man kan slenge fra seg shoppingposer.

Beliggenheten er ypperlig. Og hotellet er helt OK på alle måter. Greie og rene rom som er bra vedlikeholdt. OK service selv om de ikke i løpet av 4 dager greide å fikse så vi fikk låst vinduet. Frokostbuffeten er bra. Kan godt tenke oss å bo der ved neste anledning.

dit prachtige hotel is gelegen in hartje Londen, je loopt de deur uit en je staat in de mooiste winkelstraat van Londen. dicht bij west end, dus een zeer nette buurt en prettig om te verblijven. verder is het ook zeer dicht gelegen aan een metro halte en bus haltes. wij zijn hier 3 nachten verbleven en heb geen negatief punt kunnen ontdekken. wij waren […] met 2 vriendinnen van allebei 21 jaar. situation idéale, en plein centre, on peut tout faire à pied hôtel magnifique, chambres nickel, petit déjeuner excellent et copieux, et la cerise sur le gâteau.... la piscine et sauna ! un délice après les kms de marche à pied ! à recommander ++++++++++++
