Nice location. Front desk staff and house keeping were very friendly and accommodating. Very helpful with all requests. Nice amenities, as far as, the restaurant location and affordability, indoor pool was clean and maintained, gym was nice not huge, but adequate. Nce stay for families with kids and/or teenagers. Will be happy to stay here again.

One of the best hotel experiences I have had. Amazes service from all staff but especially the night staff! Thank you : )

Beds were awesome, Linens were fresh, Room was spotless, AC was top notch and SILENT... The best service ever at an unbeatable price.

We went to Philly to watch an Eagles game, and the hotel was close and convenient to the game. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Minor issue was we called to have our room service tray picked up after dinner one night, and it was still there in the morning

Close to the airport; hotel shuttle runs 24 hours (though its best to call them when you land); nice restaurant; hotel bar open until 1am serving food until 12am; coffee and hot apple cider in the lobby until late; free coffee available all morning; small soft pretzels upon check in. I had a wonderful time. The one thing I kept pointing out was how friendly the entire staff was. From check in to check out everyone made this the place I will always book when I come to see my Eagles!

My sheets were not clean, hairs and crumbs, and I had to call the desk and ask for clean sheets. Breakfast the next morning was $11 for two eggs, toast and coffee....way too much for a simple meal.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Attentive & friendly, staff. You need a GPS to find the place! It's not fancy, but certainly was very satisfactory in every way. FREE parking a real plus!

The hotel was clean and the room was well maintained. However, since the location is not near restaurants we ended up eating dinner there 2 of the nights and found the service to be poor and the prices to be high.

The hotel was stay was nice. We were in town for a wedding and arrived after midnight due to delayed flight. The staff was very helpful in getting us checked in.

The room was great EXCEPT for the location. I stayed in a room (500) that was off the elevator and that overlooked the meeting rooms. On Saturday night there was a wedding. I learned all of the wedding songs, because my television would not go high enough to drown out the music. On Sunday morning, there was a black (church) congregation that was very […] loud in every respect, while performing their service. From a positive point of view, I learned some new hymms, but didn't get much sleep. I also learned if you want to get your message across to the room full of people, you should turn up the speakers as loud as they can go, and scream at the top of your lungs. Oh ya, and wear your Sunday's best. I will use this location again, but certainly on the other side of the building. Maybe I was given this room, because I purchased it at a discount on Hotels.com. Hotel was beautiful as a whole to look at. Also bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately there were many things that I was unsatisfied with. When we walked into our room there was a big cobweb on the light fixture, our curtain was broken, our tub would not drain so after we were done taking a shower we had enough water to take a bath, the whirlpool was […] not hot, room service never came the whole day we were gone on Sunday,and when they gave us a sheet w/ directions to popular places in Philly 2 of the places we used the directions for were wrong and took us out of the way. I will say there was a girl at the reception desk who was fabulous and very nice. Her and our bed were the only good part about our stay. I must say I was pretty disappointed because I though we had gotten a great deal on a very nice hotel, and it just ended up being mediocre. Mehr

The hotel was great, they need to get free WIFI for everyone, instead of charging a fee. most hotel give this for free. Also don't stay in a room with a balcony, the noise from the pool area is very annoying especially when you are getting up late in the morning. The vents in the room needs to be filtered from noise, conversations etc. from other rooms. […] The bathroom sink kept getting clogged. We had to ask for another room the first day because the switch for the shower/tub was broken. Other than that the stay was fine. Mehr

We were on vacation to Delaware to see our son and his family. Hurricane Irene was coming up the coast. We purposely chose this hotel thinking we would be safe over the weekend from the storm. Hotel was great and very well appointed. Unfortunately the hotel sits in the lowlands and when the river rose with the Hurricane 1/2 the cars in the parking lot […] were half submurged in water and we couldn't leave the hotel as the road was blocked by water for 2 days. The hurricane relief sent in 2 school buses to transport people over to the Airport which I thought was great. The staff were terrific at the hotel as they were confined to the hotel for 2 days as well. If you are going to get stranded this was the hotel to pick. We had a great adventure Mehr

Wonderful hotel with great pool and fitness room. Kind size room was huge and very comfortable. Internet and phones cost. But overall amazing.

Excellent hotel, modern, well maintained, nice staff, clean rooms, free parking, big pool. We have been going there for at least 3 or 4 years. It is a 10 minute drive to center city Philadelphia. Only problem is the room service food trays are not cleaned up from outside the rooms as quickly as they should be, as other reviewer noted.

Very comfortable stay... the hotel and room was just what I needed! I will be returning and will mention it to others...I've found a get-a-way close to both the airport and the downtown sites.

The pictures online definitely embellish a little bit about the place. It was pretty and cheap serving it's purpose for me and my friends. I agree with the other stating this is not really a 4 star hotel but more like a 3 with conditions in the rooms kind of mediocre. Wifi would have been nice and bigger TV but gotta cut costs to charge what we got […] I guess. Room seemed a little shabby, especially in the bathrooms. The pool looks a lot better in pictures than it actually is. Some good things are that the room is actually clean inside and roomy. The beds are unbelievably comfy and the rooms are pretty soundproof considering I've been in hotels you can hear people's conversations above and next to you. Very neat lobby and nice exterior though. However by far the biggest complaint about this hotel is that it is absolutely no where near any kind of downtown function whatsoever. The map makes it look like it's just a hop skip and a jump away but really it is about a 20 min drive without traffic or a 25-30 dollar taxi ride if you want no DD. Also if you know the area that nearly every other downtown Philly resident should at least know about SEPTA but honestly there is no transit stop anywhere nearby and the best thing to eat at was either the WaWa up the street or Mc D's, or do the 25-30 dollar taxi/hike it downtown. If you are purely as a means of staying near the airport, especially a layover or anything like that then yes you made a wonderful choice. If anything else probably next time I do a downtown thing I will see if I can't get a nicer hotel in downtown instead though, even if they are smaller rooms. I may stay here again if money is still tight but like I said most likely gonna try to say somewhere else closer. Mehr

I was very pleased with the accommodations. The hotle is very close to the sports arenas. It's a little far from downtown Philly, but other than that - I have no complaints.

The night I checked in was obviosuly a full house due to weddings and other functions. That, combined with my late check in, resulted in being housed in a meeting room--the kind they use for hospitality suites. The bed was a pull-out sofa, and not a very comfortable one at that. We needed 2 beds, and the rollaway they provided was shockingly bad. We […] pulled the cushions off the loveseat to put on top of the rollaway's mattress, revealing the food bits under the lovseat cushions. One the second night I requested and received a room with 2 queen beds--but this time the floor had the food bits, and it wasn't clear that both beds had clean sheets. The staff were nice. Mehr

Nice clean rooms but, no clock, no frig and no microwave. Wireless internet at a cost of $12.95 per day. I can get free wireless a McDonalds???

Beautiful hotel and very convenient to get to the airport. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The room was infected with spiders. They didn't change the sheets you have to request them to be changed. The room didn't have a refrigerator or microwave so I could keep food in. The parking is limited due to alot of events going on in the Hotel. I will never never stay here again. More information about the hotel should have been provided even if […] it was a 2nd or 3rd party. This hotel is a terrible/ horrible . Mehr

This was a 4 star hotel which probably lived up to its status when it first opened but it's slowly declining. The hotel can use some updating, the bathroom sinks were very low and I'm not very tall (5 ft). We asked for a rollout bed and we didn't even use it because the springs would've made sleeping uncomfortable. My son preferred to sleep on the floor […] instead. There was a piece of plastic wrapper that the housekeeping staff seemed to have missed the 2 days that we were there. Overall, the stay was okay but we expected more. And getting to the hotel was a challenge, even with a GPS. Mehr

Excellent location about 8 miles from Center City/Penns Landing, Museum District and restaurants. Very helpful staff. A pond surrounds the Renaissance on three(3) sides. The downside is that wi-fi isn't included. Didn't try room service but I believe this wouldn't miss the mark as the staff was so pleasant and knowledgeable.

Everything about the hotel was terrific, the location, the amenities, the enviroment and the staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Bravo.

Why do I have to pay for WIFI or and other wireless connections, many hotels offer this for free. You shhould change your policy pertaining to this,i brought my laptop with me on business to this hotel for nothing, because i refuse to pay extra for a connection.

The hotel was very nice and conveniently located near the airport. The pool and hot tub was great. Make sure to specify you want a room away from kids. We had a room full of kids next to us that were screaming and jumping off the bed till after midnight, and they wouldn't have stopped if I hadn't gone down to the front desk and screamed at them to do […] something about it! The hotel was close to downtown and Franklin Fields where we have visited 7 years now. I did have a few problems which management took care of immediately. The staff was pleasant and quite accommodating. We will be sure to make reservations for next year's stay. Our party will increase from 6 to 8 people for 2012.

I thought that the hotel was very overpriced for what they offered..it was an outrage. I have never seen anyplace that didn't offer Internet free, or have a little refrigerator, or offer breakfast for that price, or a paper in the morning, or charge you to park fr an extra day in thier lot. This is a low quality hotel and I'd not recommend it to anyone. […] Sorry. i got much more at a Fairfield Inn for less than half as much, in Massachusetts, which is a more expensive area! Mehr

Downtown was booked, and I wanted a convenient place to the SEPTA. The hotel shuttle runs every 20 minutes, so it was easy to use the hotel shuttle and SEPTA to get to downtown Philly without having to worry about traffic and expensive parking charges. The shuttle that picked me up from the airport the first time had me concerned because it was horribly […] shabby, but after that I had a van each time and they were clean and in good repair. The hotel itself was fine and the staff very friendly and helpful. I had a room at the end of the hall and didn't hear a thing all night, and there were teenagers in the room next to me. The hotel lobby was beautiful and the staff was very nice. The heat didn't work in my room and the parking lot is surrounded by water which needs to be cleaned and should be surrounded with a gate or fence ( I was very nervous for my three year old that like to run from me).

Overall hotel was as good as it gets. Used park and fly service, found driver to go above and beyond his required duties in supplying me with directions upon my departure. Sounds small but most in other hotels can't be bothered with complete details.

We needed an overnight stay near Philadelphia Airport and this met all our needs. The free airport shuttle runs every 20 minutes.
