Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 16. Jan. 2013Wir waren mit dem Hotel zufrieden. Die Lage ist günstig. Service und Freundlichkeit waren jedoch nicht so gut. Wollten später auschecken, da unser Flug später ging. War nichts zu machen, obwohl das Hotel maximal zu 20% belegt war.

Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 4. Jan. 2013Der Service in dem Hotel war wunderbar: Jeder Mitarbeiter konnte weiterhelfen, alle waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist normal, voellig in Ordnung fuer ein paar Tage. Das Hotel liegt mitten auf dem Gelaende der Temple University, was sicher besonders fuer junge Leute spannend ist. Das Zentrum Philadelphias ist entweder direkt per Metro oder durch einen halbstuendigen Fussmarsch zu erreichen. Wlan gibt es, allerdings nur in der Lobby mit schneller Geschwindigkeit. Das Hotel hat ein kleines Fruehstueck, allerdings sollte man hier nicht zu anspruchsvoll sein. Insgesamt ein sehr freundliches, gemuetliches kleines Hotel, in dem man gut ein paar Tage verbringen kann.

"Nice but very noisy"
The room was great with the exception of a used tissue and beer bottle top that was missed by housekeeping. Other than that, it was fine. The balcony was nice but no chairs. The only major complaint I have is the noise level. We were on the second floor right above the pool and there were screaming kids all night until it closed at 11 and then again […] first thing in the morning. We went down to the hot tub but the couple that had 8 loud kids running around had monopolized the pool. Hotel staff did nothing about the kids rough housing, jumping and screaming. I suggest that no kids are allowed in the pool area past 9pm to give adults some quiet time. Also, in the morning, you could hear house keeping all up and down the entire hallway. I do not believe any walls were soundproof. The hotel itself was nice and in a good location but the noise level is what killed it. I suggest getting a room on a higher floor. first time at the hotel,,,location was great next to the mall and wonderful resturants...upon arrival the front desk was great ..very impress w/the hotel...loved everything about it from the room to the inside pool/whirlpoor...will be staying there AGAIN!!!!!Authentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

"police in the parking lot- patk at your own risk"
Hotel was ok. Beds were hard...I prefer a plusher feel. The hotel was in a business area and cops in the lot most of the night. It was reassuring since there was a sign that indemnified the hotel for damages.Authentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

"Wonderful place to stay"
This hotel was very kid friendly. I was outstanding. I would definitely stay there again. We used the pool & jacuzzi ofter. My son & husband used the gym. We ate breakfast there every morning and it was great.Authentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

"Surprising comfort for a low price"
The king-bed room was large, with a sofa-bed available for a third person. The king mattress was the most comfortable we have slept on in some time-- apparently topped with thick memory-foam. Breakfast (for two, included for a ten-dollar increase in the room price) was a full cooked-to-order meal. "Too much noise..."
Great decor and staff -- just one problem...way too much noise through the door to the adjoining room. We could hear the TV and conversation. Not sure if all the rooms need more soundproofing or just those with a second door.Authentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

"Complete discomfort"
This hotel was very appealing to the eye but the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in and the room was so hot and I woke up so sick the next morning I could barely breath. "Love the blue..."
this hotel was decorated very cute and modern in the lobby with electric blue accented throughout. Our room was clean and cozy. A few stink bugs welcomed us but we showed them the toilet immediately. You have to walk past the front desk to use the microwave e which is kinda wierd.
