Everything was great and hotel was updated well. There was a stale smell of moth balls, that requried keeping the air fan flowing. Dissiapated once on room for an hour or so but was initially offputting.

I remember the Montgomery back in the day. Sheraton has made great improvements to the property. I was impressed, and stay again. Thanks.

The hotel was very nice and clean , it was very comfortable and the service at the front desk was excellent . I will definatley return on my next trip .

disappointing- got there 12 people in line to check in, went to room and no toilet paper, went to get a soda but no vending machines so I had to buy one for $3 at the front desk. Not staying here again, just not that nice.

Nice little boutique style hotel. Very clean. Great front desk service and the restaurant downstairs had great food!!

It was a very good hotel. However there is a charge for parking for each night of your stay.

This hotel was very nice. We loved the older architecture which has been very nicely updated. It feels very up-to-date. Our only issue was the street noise. Our room was on the 2nd floor looking over the main road. There is a street trolley, and weekend revelers walking by. If we stay there again, we'll ask for a room further away from the street.

Great downtown location, near the SJSU campus. Very comfortable and clean room.

This is a nice botique hotel with class and value. It's clean and well maintained, good bed and furnitures, large bathroom shower and bath tub, plasma TV, WIFI, laptop desk,portable stereo, MP3 player, coffee maker, snack and beverage fridge. I always enjoy my stay here. This is my 3rd stay. Twice when it was called Hotel Montgomery.

The location was great, was able to walk to all the restaurants and clubs, also had some great deals at the in house restaurant, bocci courts, and an outside patio area. The room was very clean and nice, I thought the junior sweet was a bit small but it was nice to have the couch and chair.

I was very happy with this hotel. Many restaurants very close, and the San Jose Repertory is less than a block away. I was pleasantly surprised with one little thing that the hotel did..they have a us a bottle of water upon checking in, and had a couple more bottles of water, complimentary, in the room. That was a nice touch. The restaurant in the Hotel, […] called Mosaic, was another pleasant surprise. Very nice wait staff, and the food and drinks were good! Mehr

Great hotel which has been beautifully restored. My only complaint was the high prices for parking. Offered free wi-fi but VERY slow. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was suppose to be a deluxe room, but it looked more like a standard room. It didn't have a microwave or a small refrigator. They had a cash deposit on hold on my debit card. After I checked out they still wanted to hold onto my money for 3 to 5 business days. I see no reason to hold on to my money for that long. When I check out , housekeeping […] is cleaning my room within 2-3 hours. They know within 24hrs if any incidentals needs to be charged. So why is the hotel holding on to my money for 3 - 5 days? The hotel had goose feather comforter and pillows. My family member was allergic to the goose feathers. Asked for non-goose pillows but the only one set they had was already given to another guest. Needless to say my family member had a very uncomfortable stay. His eyes and were swollen and had trouble breathing the next morning. I had a very nice stay for my first time staying at the Four Points. The room was clean and we had a nice view. The one disturbance we had, were the people partying in the next room. The constant opening and closing of doors, people trying to open our door, but overall it was good.

Convenient location by convention center, museums, and restaurants. Across the street from Christmas in the Park. Parking was additional charge

Very nice hotel for a three star, has the full package (bar, full breakfast, room service).

The stay was nice but I was upset that I had to pay $20 for parking each night. There weren't any problems: the room was clean, staff was friendly, and the bar was nice. I just think it was a little over priced.

Bed was sooo cozy and staff was very friendly! Free Internet and $20 overnight parking! Great hotel I would definitely stay again!

The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Staff was great. The only problem was the ice machines seemed to be out on all the floors but hey, it was New Year's eve! The location isn't the greatest only because downtown san jose isn't the greatest. However, it is perfectly close to all the food and bars! Excellent stay here. LOVED IT!!!

great location - close to the S.J Civic - where we saw Tower of Power & War, went to dinner @ mortons & had breakfest @ peggy sue's - all walkable, didn't have to look for parking.

This Sheraton Four Points appears to be one of the old San Jose hotels that has been upgraded and remodeled. So it has some of the old city style but updated with modern bathrooms and other features. Feels very comfortable. Bed was great. Restaurant has great food and service. Wifi was a bit slow. Parking is very convenient next to the building including […] option for valet, though a bit pricey. Location is right downtown SJ. So it is walking distance to many restaurants including Starbucks. Very near the airport and highway and light rail. During the Christmas season it felt very safe walking at night. Mehr

The hotel stay overall was good, but the bathroom tub and shower was pretty bad The shower had no power and the tub plug didn't seal so I couldn't take a bath.

Self parking $20 in San Jose???? Small bed!!

I enjoyed this comfortable friendly hotel. Rooms were clean and the bed and pillows comfortable. Coffee in the room and in the lobby. Close to other classy hotels.

Nice room - but we got a junior suite and it was too small for someone to reasonably sleep on the sofa, as the sofa folded out all the way to the foot of the bed. Still, a nice hotel with a nice lobby and restaurant/bar

I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel overall; except for the restaurant service. I ate at the hotel for 5 meals (3 breakfasts, 2 dinners). The restaurant was never full, however the service was pretty bad all 5 times. I would get up every time I wanted my water refilled, got coffee grounds in my coffee each of the days & when I asked for fresh […] coffee & I got a hostile response from waiter letting me know he would 'have to make new coffee now and it would take awhile' - coffee grinds in my mug are just not acceptable to me, but seemed to be to waiter; also at dinner when I asked for a bailey's coffee for dessert, I got my coffee in a drink glass which I found odd & sitting at the bottom: more coffee grinds. I ate there out of convenience but would not recommend restaurant at all. Mehr

The revie title says it all but you can add a courteous staff to that. Also, be prepared to pay $20 for overnight parking which is clearly stated in the fine hotel print. I would most definitely stay there again.

With the rate I was charged I was expecting a bit more ambiance in the lobby, perhaps a bar. It is a good choice for someone that does not plan to spend much time in the hotel anyway but I still think my stay was overpriced. Staff was kind, room was clean and bed was quite comfortable.
