We stayed a couple nights and had nothing to complain. We were out and about a lot and therefore cannot say anything about the bar, pool, gym etc., but the room and service were great!

"excellent"
Excellent room. Loved the tub. Very comfy bed and big Tv. Had everything I needed.
"Good and bad..."
This was my second stay at this hotel. The location is excellent. the staff is friendly, and the free breakfast is outstanding. However, during this stay we had some issues. The plumbing in the hotel is very loud. We either had people in the room beside ours or above ours, and every time they flushed the toilet or got in the shower, it was VERY loud. […] I'm assuming the plumbing is in need of an upgrade. We frequently travel and stay in hotels and have never had this issue. Also, we had ants in our room. LOTS of ANTS, not 1 or 2, but piles of ants running along the wall in the carpet. We asked to be moved and the staff was very accomodating. I would stay at this hotel again even though we had a few issues this time. If you are looking for a budget friendly hotel with free breakfast and an indoor pool, this is the hotel for you. "Country Inn is a step above"
Good location, although access to the parking lot is not intuitive. Friendly staff. Nice room. Our first "non smoking" room obviously had had a smoker so we were quickly given a different room. Breakfast was very nice. We would stay there again.

"Great Stay"
The pool was warm. Breakfast was really good. The rooms were clean and the staff was polite. This is a great place to stay, it is close to great places to shop and eat.

We enjoyed our stay there.Everything was very clean and plenty of towels and wash clothes and clean sheets every day.This was also very inportant.We will stay there again.The only problem was the bed was very hard to us, but we can toilert it. Clean, quiet, place with nice breakfast. Caution: Entrance and exit to hotel through gas station/convenience store parking lot. Tricky at first and lots of traffic to watch for.

Love the hotel and expecially the location. Great mall area. Lots of places to eat. Highly recommend. We went for the UT Knoxville game and it was a little away from all of the traffic which was what we were looking for. "Best in ten day trip"
This was the best hotel we stayed in during a ten day trip (6 hotels in all). Super clean, excellent employees, great location near, but not by Interstate, super breakfast. We started our trip in a four star, but this one was much better. Great WI-FI.

I was skeptical about staying here after seeing two and a half stars, but this hotel is far and away the best hotel in which I have ever stayed. I am an OCD germaphobe and am incredibly particular about cleanliness etc. Cambell Station Country Inn and Suites knocked my socks off. The bed and pillows were more comfortable than my own at home. I also […] stayed on the first floor right beside the pool and did not hear a thing throughout the night. I was super impressed. Our stay was very good. The only complaint we had was we were initially placed in a suite that was obviously on a "smoking" floor. The room itself did not smell of cigarette smoke but the hallway smelled like an ashtray. To their credit, management quickly moved us to a suite on a different floor as soon as we complained.

"Giving Embassy Suites a Run For It's Money"
For what you pay for - Country Inns are starting to compete with Embassy Suites - You may not get the manager 's reception and big atrium - but in today's economy - I like what I got for the price.
"Mostly Good Stay"
We didn't have any real issues with the hotel except for a couple things. We booked 5 people into a double queen room, and there were no cots that we could use for our 5th person. It made for rather cramped quarters. The swimming pool, wading pool, and jacuzzi were the best parts of the stay. However, we did notice the pool man, while we were swimming, […] come scurrying out and quickly testing the water. Not sure what was going on there, but both my wife and eldest daughter caught sick the rest of the week with severe colds. I can't say this is related to the swimming, but it is very coincidental. "Comfort suites - Knoxville"
Overall a decent hotel, the pool was my only real complaint - not heated and very cloudy - I was not excited about letting my 2 year swim in there- I made sure a bath immediately followed. Breakfast was included & included the usual free breakfast things. Cookies were good, staff was friendly. Wish they had connecting rooms...

The breakfast staff were very cordial and helpful. The maintenance staff responded quickly and fixed both problems (toilet stopped up, blowdryer broken). Beds were not comfortable; too hard.
Loved the sweet lady who took care of the breakfast station. Kept it cleaned, well stocked and always smiled politely!

We were very pleased with the quality of service we received here. Very clean, wonderful staff, good breakfast and the pool area was very good. We are looking forward to staying with County Inn again on a future visit.
"great, If a little pricey"
Definitely worth it if you can afford it. Room was clean, pool and work out room were available at any time, staff were courteous and helpful. My only issue was that shower, the hot water came in bursts, in between which could be anything from warm to very cold, it didn't matter when I was taking a shower, it was always the same problem.

Friendly staff in general. Indoor pool and jacuzzi were very small, but adequate. Good hot breakfast. Fresh cookies available during the evening. Wide variety of places to eat nearby. Very convenient to interstate. Gas station across street. Seemed quiet even though the room faced the highway. Would stay there again.

Room was clean, desk and maid service very friendly. GREAT water pressure in the shower and the hot tub - very nice jacuzzi and indoor pool. Construction made getting into the parking lot difficult and good parking was limited. One of the worst continental breakfasts I've ever had - eggs were terribly overcooked, no nonfat or sugar free options, server […] in the dining room was rude. Overall, though, a nice stay. Mehr
"It was a good place to stay"
I would recommend this hotel. The staff was good no problems. I did have an issue with the lock on the door but by check-in maintenance had already left. They replaced it the next day.
