Grossartig!!! Wir ( 3 Erw. und 4 Kinder ) waren restlos begeistert, als wir die riesige Hotelanlage und dann unser Zimmer sahen. Und wir reisen viel und immer in der 4-5 Sterne Kategorie! Wir hatten eine 3 Zimmer Villa, welche riesig und wunderschön eingerichtet war. Wir fühlten uns sofort wie Zuhause. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet. So konnten […] wir zum Supermarkt ( 5min mit Auto) fahren und uns selbst bekochen und auf der schönen Terasse frühstücken. Jeden Tag wurde die Villa komplett gereinigt ( auch unser Geschirr vom Frühstück abgeräumt und abgewaschen) Wir fühlten uns wie mit Buttler!! Gegenüber unserer Villa hatten wir einen Pool, der immer leer war, da die gesamte Anlage mehrere Pools hat. Aber das Highlight war der Hoteleigene Aquapark mit Lazyriver und Wasserrutschen! Die Kinder wollten nicht mehr ins Disneyland! Im Park werden jeden Tag Animationen für die ganze Familie geboten. Sollte die Villa etwas abseits vom Aquapark liegen ( die Hotelanlage ist wirklich riesig) fährt ein Shuttle umsonst. Und als Sahnehäubchen, ist das Hotel Trinkgeldfrei. Wir fahren auf jeden Fall wieder hin, denn zu Disney ist man in 20min und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Das ist Urlaub für die ganze Familie!! Mehr

In diesem Areal könnte man einen tollen Club-Urlaub machen, denn man braucht wirklich gar nichts und kann ALLES dort machen, aber: Wer bitte will das schon in Orlando? Das Personal war außergewöhlich nett und zuvorkommend, so etwas haben wir bis jetzt in keinem 5-Sterne-Hotel erlebt. Urgieren mussten wir allerdings weil der Wasserhahn in der Küche extrem […] stark leckte und der Techniker erklärte uns, dass sie bereits einige Küchen aus diesem Grund renovieren (!)...unsere war da halt leider noch nicht dran! In der Küche verwenden sie Gas zum Kochen und normalerweise stört mich das nicht, aber als ich kochte ging die Flamme aus und Gas strömte weiter aus! War ein bisschen unheimlich, da wir es erst bemerkten, als das ganze Zimmer schon nach Gas roch. Das Zimmer an sich war toll und der Wasserpark für Kinder ein Traum, da auch relativ wenige Gäste dort waren. Sogar unser 6-jähriger durfte ohne Probleme golfen und das fanden wir besonders nett und freundlich (passiert in Ö nicht!!) Das Hotel liegt ein wenig ausserhalb und es ist daher immer eine 25 min. Autofahrt notwendig um zum Internaional Drive zu gelangen. Ein sehr schönes empfehlenswertes Hotel und wir werden höchstwahrscheinlich wieder hinfahren. Mehr

Wir waren in einer wunderschönen Villa untergebracht, mittelgrosser Pool nur ein paar Meter von unserem Sitzplatz entfernt, denn wir leider wegen unseres Programmes, Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, Universal Studios etc. nicht so oft benutzt haben. Umsomehr haben wir die Ruhe und die Aussicht auf das Golf Resort nach einem unvergesslichen, tollen Tag im […] Disney World genossen. Das einzige welches wir bemängeln könnten, das man beim Check-in nicht viel über das Resort erfährt, da man einfach den Schlüssel und den Resort Plan in die Hände gedrückt bekommt. Mehr

My wife and I stayed for two day on the way back home to SC. We were encouraged to try this resort by the Hotels.com agent and are glad that we did. Enjoyable two days. Close to Disney. Would go back again.

My in-laws flew in from Vermont to spend a week with us and we wanted to treat them to a weekend away in the Florida sunshine with nothing to distract from their time with the grandkids. We loved our weekend at Reunion Resort and cannot wait to come back. Living in Tampa it's close and convenient to get to, but still feels like we are so far from home. […] The staff was quick to respond when we needed them and always pleasant. Amazing value! Very quiet and peaceful. Close to a grocery store and several easy dining options near by. The place is huge and wide open and our room was very spacious. Would choose this resort again.

This is not a 5 stars hotel/villa. You don't even get HD tv's, the cable kept on going out. They have to come in and try to fix it about 4times. Kept giving me an excuse, whenever the weather gets cold, the cable does not work right. What a lame excuse, finally the century cable guy was called to come out. Remotes control works like crap. Read or called […] the hotel b4 booking. It's not worth paying for this false advertisement being a 5's stars. These are own by indivual landlord and Wyndham just managed for them. Mehr

The experience was good and the suite was nice. However, there were a few things that detracted from the quality we expected. First, there were small things that were broken --- for example, the toilet paper holder wasn't tightened and would fall off. Second, the kettle had debris inside that prevented us from wanting to use it to brew tea. Thirdly, […] the housekeeping simply replaced towels and did the beds. The accomodation was perfect for families with older children as the layout afforded plenty space and separate sleeping/living areas. We stayed in the Grande suites in the main hotel building. The apartment was spacious and beautifully furnished. Would definitely return to this hotel.

upon arrival check in was friendly and efficient with all information provided about the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable despite being the lowest priced accommodation. We were very close to the community pool and fitness centre. The resort is very well run and maintained, and we had absolutely no complaints. The only negative was the […] buffet breakfast served in the clubhouse. Although the food selection was adequate, it was luke warm rather than hot, and to compound this all the plates were cold leading to a very poor experience for the money. This was remedied by not bothering to use this facility again during our stay. Dinner on our last night at Eleven restaurant was a complete contrast and a very pleasant experience, food and staff excellent and we did not consider it to be particularly expensive for the location and quality. Overall our experience was only clouded by quite a few grey and very cold days (not the hotels fault), All staff we came into contact with, reception, concierge, housekeeping and golf club were all excellent and very friendly, so would definitely recommend this resort! My family was pleased with this resort, but we had one issue. 3 bedroom condo was listed as sleeping for 8 and it did have that sleeping capacity, but table and chairs were only available for 4 and living room area had seating area for 6. We asked for additional chairs for dining table, but resort could only supply if we paid for extra chairs. Expedia […] made our arrangements for 4 traveling from out of state, but 2 additional family members joined us in Florida. Recommend calling resort ahead and notifying them of additional people joining if you have this situation. Mehr

This was our first visit at The Reunion. We stay in Orlando at least once a month. We couldn't believe we hadn't stayed there before. The rooms were nicely appointed. The service was friendly & helpful. The room service was fast & the food was good. With the exception of the margarita pizza. That was not good! We will definitely be staying there again […] soon! We stayed at superior 3 bedroom villa for 2 days. The appartments are divided into several different villages, and we stayed in one that was almost abandoned(low season). The room itself was very good, however some furniture was old, but they had put in modern furniture aswell(flatscreens, huge refrigerator w/ice++). Remember this is a club resort, […] so most of the guests are club members and you are required to wear certain clothes to go to different places on the resort. On a monday we asked the staff where we could eat, they told us many different places inside the resort, and that the restaurants should close at 11PM, we chose an american style restaurant. When we arrived, all dressed up, at 9PM they told us ALL the restaurants in the resort is closed, except the bar at the lobby which serves some bar food. If you bring kids: The waterpark at the resort close at 5PM. The resort is a good 20-30 min drive away from parks such as Seaworld(it is closer to Disney). The resort itself is HUGE, so to go anywhere(lobby, pools, shops) you have to use ur car. Mehr

This is not a five star property or a five star service, the decoration is dated, the room service is expensive and mediocre-bad food. The rooms are really far from the main building and no one even offer to carry your luggage when you get there or when you leave. Front desk people has no experience they smile but they have no tools to solve anything. […] You can call from your room to ask anything from a towel to a bottle of shampoo and they will take forever and I mean more than 1 hour.... One side of our room was looking to a beautiful golf course and the other side to a city road with trucks and cars honking in our sleep... If you want to have breakfast in your balcony it's really dirty and I also found hair in my bed...not cool and definitely not five star hotel.... Mehr

We loved the resort, specially the kids who loved the pool. One small things is that the restaurants on the resort are not really very busy/cosy so we went off the resort for dinner each time. We definitely would come back!

Loved this hotel! The rooms were well appointed...with lots of space for a family of three. The kitchen was well-equipped - there was even a blender. My family and I were able to enjoy home-made daiquiris on the (rather small) balcony as we watched the golfers during our afternoons breaks at the hotel. Overall, enjoyed the stay.

The Hotel manager was very rude and we were not allowed to check into our rooms until 6:00 when check in was at 4 . The hotel claims they are a non smoking hotel while they allow people to smoke. The hotel lacks friendly service. If you are not a golfer do not stay at this hotel. Nobody answers the phone when you call the front desk.

We stayed in Grande suite 511 - beautiful 2 bedroom , 2 bath unit with a large living area, beautiful balcony. Clean room, fully equipped kitchen, beautifully decorated. Love it. Staff is very friendly and helpful - right from valet, check in person, housekeeping and restaurant staff. TVs in very room, free wi-fi. Great place to stay and relax after spending time at Disney World and Universal this place is a couple miles away from the theme parks. But well worth it because the resorts by the parks are a mad house zoo with people and crazy. If you want some peace and relaxation this place is it plus they have a water park and restaurant and bar at the water park. […] They also have some amazing golf to enjoy. The accomodations were outstanding. The condo was spacious and the housekeeping staff did a great job. The best part of the stay was the Water Park; the "Lazy River" was a hit with my entire family. This was one of our memorable vacations.
