This hotel was fine for easy access to and from Highway 401.

The hotel is great, close to highways and convenient to get to the airport. The room was a nice size and bed very comfortable. It will be better when the restaurant is reopened.

In all honesty there was to much renovations being done at once. The pool , gym, and restraunt was closed. The rooms are of a nice size beds are comfortable.

Clean, comfortable hotel. Great onsite restaurant. Close to many amenities. Just wish the indoor pool could have been a little warmer.

The room was a lot smaller than we were led to believe. Breakfast was supposed to be part of what we paid for but was NOT included. Staff very nice. Since we own a farm, we don't get many chances to get away. Won't say the lack of paid breakfast ruined our getaway but it was a disappointment.

Clean, new and nice!! Located just off the 401 and near lots of restaurant and shopping choices. Decent food at the onsite dining facility as well. Would definitely stay there again.

This is the third time a stay at the Holiday Inn in London for business purposes. The price of the hotel is very reasonable and very easy to find of the highway. I only stayed for 1 night but my stay was comfortable. I read reviews on the hotel before selecting it for my stay. Thank you to those who commented on the parking lot lights, they are indeed very bright, and the curtains in my room did not close completely either. Based on your reviews I requested a room on the other side of the building. The lights […] were still quite bright but not as bright as the front parking lot. The staff were friendly and helpful. Security, front desk staff, kitchen staff and room service need further training. Cleaning staff walked by room service plates continuously and would not pick them up. They were there for over 24 hours beside the elevator. Booking staff do not realize that when booking a hockey team, the team should be all located on one floor to limit the overly excessive […] use of the elevator by children. The main floor where the food was laid out was disgusting and there were fruit flies surrounding the food. When you see fruit flies in November, you know its bad!! Mehr

Very nice hotel, very nice staff. No complaints.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms clean, beds comfortable, very convenient to everything. Would definitely stay again.

The only dissappointment was that the pool was not in use. We were told we could use the hotel next door but really didn't want to leave our hotel in swim wear to go to another building. If some of the advertised facilities are not in use this should be posted on the website when booking your room.

This is an excellent hotel close to many activities in the London City. We will visit again.

Although, London isn't London, England, Hotel Staff, room size & layout w/ separate bedroom from a TV/Entertainment room were all excellent. Suite was quiet and comfortable. Only question is one of decorating tastes, even though we only stayed 1 night; why is entire suite carpeted (except bathroom). Found the hotel to be located very easily and the room was laid out nicely with a comfortable bed. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Easy to get to. Great service, front desk very accommodating. Clean. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was really clean from the room to the lobby. I would defiantly recommend this hotel to friends/family. I would stay here again. We had a little problem when we arrived from booking with hotels.com but the receptionist was really nice and fixed the problem. We were very satisfied.

we took our 2 grandsons 5and 6 for a little over nite holiday from Stratford 40 minutes away ,the front desk was helpful when we arrived we always ask to see our room before we check in and decided it was too small so paid extra for a suite (good idea they loved there own TV.)well we went down to the pool and a gentlemen standing outside the pool area […] said I hope you have ear plugs .We took the boys inside and it was full of girls screeming and jumping into the pool it was SO LOUD THE BOYS didn't want to stay when we were leaving we noticed beer in bottles being drank and alcohol in coffee cups in the pool area.We told the boys we would come back after dinner and the other kids would maybe gone .We did come back and we did have the pool for about 5 minutes and then they all came back WITH NO ADULTS! !the boys wanted to leave we went to the front desk and told them about the situation and said there was nothing they could do and there was to be a adult in the pool???and alcohol was not allowed the young fellow at the desk said the security person called in sick and the security next door would be over ,,,what would happen if something serious happened ???well we went to our room and the noise at night scared the boys we were up most of the night ,kids playing hockey in the hall and doors slamming shut.we did call to the front ....nothing happened we would not recommend this hotel unless your a SPORTS TEAM with parent s with no respect to others!! Clean comfortable room with King bed. Very quiet, pool was a bit cold. Service was Excellent.

Didn't realize that housekeeping started cleaning rooms at 8am beside rooms that people were still in and trying to sleep. Unsure if the Holiday Inn does their laudry during the midnight hours as it sounded like someone was doing laundry (pipe noise) from 11pm to 4am???!!!!.

Friendly service, quiet, helpful staff. Room was small, but clean. I wish there had been a fridge in the room, but otherwise it was very good.

Our room had wet spots on the floor and they didn't do anything about it after we informed them. We were given a smoking room when the agent on the phone for hotels.com said that it would be non-smoking. The people were nice, the decor was excellent, but there were not enough servers in the restaurant and we had to wait an inordinate amount of time […] to eat. (The girl did say that there was an unusual crowd for a Saturday night.) I liked having choice of hard or soft pillow. The security guard there was very nice, The most competent person there actually, but he told us he thought they would be laying him off. Mehr

It was a great stay at the Hotel - even the hot tub and pool weren't busy and it was very comfortable. The staff were AMAZING to us and even helped us find the places we needed to go -- even gave us a map! Very kind. The rooms are very quiet - there was a child beside us in a room and even a dog down the hall...but it was pretty much a sound prove room […] -- which was really nice. Mehr

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was as advertised and arranged. The property is well kept and quite attractive. The room was clean and comfortable. The only problem we had was noise most of the night from some drunken yahoos who were also staying on the second floor. The were very loud and frequently knocked on the wrong doors during […] most of the night. I believe they also were responsible for overflowing a bathtub and flooding the reception area below. Our room was large, clean and very comfortable. Plenty of pillows, and the A/C worked well. The water was hot, and the people were very nice. We will be back next year for sure!

Great hotel, wonderful helpful staff, very nice rooms, convienient to the highway and local restaurants. I'll be staying there again next year on my way through.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We didn't arrive until 3 AM, but the night auditor was great! He had our room all ready for us and even told us of a nearby McDonalds that was still open to get a bite to eat. THe room was ULTRA comfy!
