Das Hotel liegt im Südwesten von Orlando, ein phantastischer Golfplatz ist direkt angeschlossen. Es besitzt ausgezeichnete Einrichtungen (Swimming pools, Wildwasserkanal, Restaurants). Die Entertainment Parks von Orlando (Disney World, Sea World) sind leicht erreichbar. Guter Komfort.

Great stay. What made the difference was they had a heated pool which was great for the kids.

Great place. Great Dinning options in house, don't have aything negative to say.

First time at upscale resort. Deluxe room felt spacious. All the staff were attentive and helpful. Any errors were quickly and satisfactorily rectified. Our stay was extended an extra day because we enjoyed ourselves so much.

We were very pleased with this hotel, except for the fact that the formal, quiet pool was closed to everyone except for a large group who paid to have the pool for its exclusive use. The pool was closed to all other guests for 9 days! Before I book this hotel again, I would make sure that this was not going to occur while I was there.

This hotel continually over charged for drinks, services, golf, etc. Their menu's and receipts rarely balanced. We stayed here the week before Easter and Easter weekend. The hotel was hosting a Kosher Festival for a Jewish Community. The hotel poorly planned and unfortunately accommodated a request to shut down the "private" pool just for this group. […] This meant that those of us with out children, could not use this pool and it also meant that the overflow from that pool was sharing the main pool. We couldn't find chairs, the cabana ran out of towels repeatedly, there wasn't enough bar/wait staff for the pool area given the # of guests for this festival, etc. Then the hotel shut down a full bank of of elevators to the general guest population so we were left to wait and wait and wait, to go up or to go down. This was to accommodate the Kosher festival guests religeous needs. One could commend the hotel for making these accommodations to this group. But the rest of the full rate paying guests were then left with out use of their normal services. Poorly managed, poorly planned. Upon check in, the hotel staff failed to introduce the hotel to us by telling us about their services and ammenities. We had to wait for our hotel room to be made up, so we ventured to the pool. Not that we knew where we were going for they never explained that to us. In the hotel room, there weren't any brochured or descriptions of the hotel explaining where things were such as the cafe's, restaurants, concierge, etc.! We sort of wandered around. The maid service kept disturbing us by knocking on our door to collect full water bottles. Wierd!! Finally had to put the "do not disturb sign out" for them to quick knocking. Over all, great place for a family vacation. Good kid services along with a nice upper scale hotel for adults. The hotel management forgot to dot their I's and cross their T's! Mehr

My experience at this hotel was really wonderful. The room was comfortable, the lazy river was amazing, the staff was helpful. I would recommend this hotel to others. There were only two downsides. One was that the hotel was really just catered to families. I was there without children and felt there were no soaces reserved for just adults. The other […] thing is that it is listed as an Orlando hotel but was at least a 20 minute drive from anything we wanted to particiopate in in Orlando. Besides those two things, it was great! Mehr

Wonderfull hotel with great amenities for families and personal comfort.

High quality hotel with lovely pool, lazy river and golf courses. Lots of activities for children. We stayed as a base for our visits to Orlando Parks, about 45 mins drive up the I4 (often took longer due to lots of congestion around Disney Resorts) and this was a great relaxing place to return to after the hubbub of the parks. We were on the second […] floor facing golf course, we overlooked a large expanse of flat roof so not a great view but to be honest we were not there much during the day so not relevant but if you want a view then definately go for a higher floor. Beds a bit on the small side as we are both tall and are travelling with our tall 9 yr old, we reqested a rollaway which was provided easily. One small irritant was the housekeeping, this was pretty inconsistent for a hotel of this level, regularly coffee or creamer or sugar was not replenished, then not toilet tissue and then taking bathmat and not replacing. The also offer a nice touch of leaving cookies for the children but again some days they did and some they did not. Spoke to them about this and all they said was 'OK mam' was not resolved during our stay. This is just a small fault in an otherwise very satisfactory stay. Mehr

Excellent for kids. Kids loved the slide and the lazy river. They closed down one of the pools for a couple of weeks for a private party which was particullarly inconvenient because my kids liked to play in that pool in the evening after a long day of playing at the parks. Great hotel with wonderful amenities and close to all the atttactions

Rate through Hotels.com was better that any comparable hotel in the Orlando area. We were there for two nights. They allowed an early check-in so we could enjoy the pool on our first day there, meeting up with friends. We wanted rooms close to each other, they kinda botched that, and one front desk lady was kinda snooty, but a gentleman who checked […] us in was good. Pool areas here are pretty nice, kids loved them. Lazy river was a big hit. There's a fee for about everything, didn't expect $50 per day withdraws from my debit card for "incidentals" but it wasn't a big deal. Parking fees are exorbitant as most have said, but this is a nice hotel, and all things considered, it was 4-star quality, rooms are nice (nothing extremely fancy) and the pool area was exceptional, which is why we went there. Crocs restaurant botched our order for lunch but quickly corrected the error. Speaking of Crocs, there was an Alligator in the golf course pond along the main entry driveway, so keep that in mind if you want to walk around the resort without being eaten. The area around Championsgate is loaded with basic shopping areas (Walgreen's, Publix, Liquor store, McD's, Subway, etc.). Shuttle was free to and from Magic Kingdom and Epcot, was about 30 minutes late to take us back to resort. Which was kind of annoying after we left Disney during the fireworks to make the final 10:15 shuttle. Mehr

Perfect hotel for families - new/clean/resort-like - highly recommend!

My sons and I truely enjoyed ourselves at this resort. We are Augusta locals and wanted to get away for Master week to get away from the crowds. Though it was during spring break and I thought it would be a little calmer it was still a great experience. I was very impressed by the staff they all were always nice courteous and always willing to help […] with no questions asked. We liked it so much that we stayed an extra night. The bartenders and the rest of the night staff where awesome to say the least. The staff at the spa were amazing and always trying to make sure that you got the best possible treatment for your comfort. We will be coming back. I would have liked to go into the splashless pool and enjoy sitting in a private cabana but it was reserved for the time we were visiting would be my only complaint. Mehr

Great Hotel and Staff! One suggestion would be to ban cell phone usage at the 'adult/quiet' pool. If someone needs to conduct business on their cell phone, they should have the common courtesy to leave the pool deck area during their call.

Great hotel, however WiFi did not work, parking cost is addutional and honerous.

We love the lazy river and the large swimming pool. Recommend the breakfast buffet, it has everything you expect from it. We will definitely be coming back here again.

I went on a buisness trip and I was going to cheap out and sleep on the roll out couch. Anyhow I ened up booking. 2 nights because the owners of this hotel would NOT want their family to sleep on it. The hotel is beautiful and I had high expectations...however, I was surprised that I was charged an $18.00 per day "resort fee" that only really covered wifi that hardly ever connected, plus $14.00 per day to park "that was considered cheap" the television constantly went out, I had to call the front desk 2 to 3 times before anyone would answer, the […] bed was horrible, it had our backs hurting because you could fee the springs. For the price, I was very disappointed. I've stayed in hotels that were cheaper but possessed better quality and customer service...I will not recommend this hotel nor will I ever stay in it again...Not worth the money. Mehr

Hotel used for business & leisure. Singles, couples, and families welcom. First the bad & then good. A few snags, sheets had stains & bathroom floor had body hair from previous guest guessing. Room comfortable other than that not & pretty basic as far as decor. Hotel rest Davids, had an appealing braised short rib pot pie. Very salty & topped w a frozen […] pastry crust, oh well. Following rock hard crostini. Ordered lunch poolside day after at main pool. Took 45 min & order was incorrect. Ate lunch at lower lobby rest trevvies after & that was better as was breakfast the next morning. Hotel itself was nice & very clean everywhere else. It was apparent most $ went into property which is great. Activities to please everyone regardless of age or gender. Good golf, great pools, lazy river, gym, running trail, volley ball, basket ball, & plenty of conference space. Great rate & small daily parking fee ranging 14-18. Mehr

Centrally located to so many Central Florida attractions, this hotel is perfect for families with little kids. The pool is fantastic, and there are several other activities for the whole family. You never have to leave the property.

rude front desk. not helpful in anyway. when i called them out on it they got ruder. very surprising and disappointing.

It doesn't get much better than this. A little west of the parks, but not that far. Isolated, quiet, beautiful, but, if necessary, there are restaurants and stores about one and a half miles from the hotel. Even with a fair amount of families and children there, it was still peaceful. Of course, it's on the pricey side, but it is beautiful.

I enjoyed my stay at the Omni. I felt very safe staying there alone. Once I got to the Hotel it was very nice to have places within the Hotel to have dinner. The attendants for the Valet parking were very nice. I did findthe Hotel a bit out of the way for the conference center near International Drive. The most enjoyable features are resort activities( lazy river, pool, sports, golf. Etc.) The food and service were also great at Davids Sports Bar. My only complaint is that the hallway on our floor smelled musty. The hall carpets are dated and need to be shampooed or replaced. This hotel was great! Wish we would have stayed a bit longer to enjoy all it had to offer.

For travelling with two young kids this hotel worked out extremely well. We pulled up and a valet offered to help park; we opted for self-park, but he was still helpful and provided useful information on the checkin desk, where to go when we parked, etc. Checkin was quick, friendly and painless. The lobby was spacious, clean and bright, the staff actually […] smiled, our room was ready (it was 6pm so no surprise there), and there were no hassles. The room was very nice - large TV, bathroom, comfortable beds, wireless access worked without issues, view (We'd opted for a 'premium' room with a pool and golf course view), and in good condition. My one complaint is we found a fork on the floor between the window and the chair that housekeeping had apparently missed. That made us check some other things more carefully, but everything else seemed to be fine. The pools were incredible, ideal for our kids (both under 10), and would work for them when they're older. The various restaurants in the hotel looked nice, though we only grabbed snacks from the Deli and the Coffee House so can;t comment on the service there. There are a number of other more family-budget restaurants nearby, including a Chili's right next to the highway at the complex entrance and a Dunkin Donuts for early morning caffeine fixes just a few mins farther down the main road leaving the hotel complex. Within 5-10 mins drive there are plenty of other options as well, and pharmacies, dept stores, etc if you forgot something (Walmart and Walgreens are by the Dunkin Donuts). Inside the hotel has a large convention capacity, with multiple ballrooms, etc.. the long, carpeted hallways make for very handy "burn off kids energy" areas when there aren't conventions in full swing, as well as quiet areas to just hang out outside the hotel room. All in all we were very happy with the hotel, and except for the aforementioned "Fork of mystery" didn't have any issues. It'd be nice if self-parking was free for overnight Mehr

Very satisfied with all aspects of my stay but my husband found the gentleman fielding his telephone call at reception to be quite arrogant

Very nice hotel. Its out by itself but close enough to all the attractions. It is also located in a nice area.

Get a villa if you are with your family. Tons of space, full kitchen & dining area, separate building from the main hotel with its own quiet pool. Well worth the extra money to have such a nice "home base" while vacationing in the Orlando area. We will do this again.

Everything was great! The only minor issue was that the outdoor restaurant personnel didn't handle lunch very well when their computers went down. But that's more a problem of society being too dependent on computers and not knowing how to quickly adjust manually. Great time!

Good hotel for a family holiday except for the beds which are surprisingly small. 120 cm beds are called doubles and the hotel staff told us rather bluntly that it is normal to have families of four sleeping in two such "double beds". We asked for an extra bed but did not get one. We were also surprised by the unhelpful attitude from the staff.
