Hotel is very close to convention center, do not expect it to be the Hilton but it is comfortable and convinient. Be sure to buy Shapoo and soap this is a no frills Hotel but I really like the small kitchen and stove if you want to be thrifty on meals. Over all you can not go wrong to stay here, but keep in mind they only clean your room once a week […] if you need more attention than that, well this is not for you. Also it is pretty much with in walking distance to Sea world, and no more than 30mins from the other Orlando attractions. Mehr

It smelled funny. Not so clean. Rock hard bed.

This is one of my worst experience in a hotel. The bed was very old and every time my wife or myself move, was making noises. No shampoo, body cream on the bathroom. Cheap toilet paper, no daily service changing the towels and the linens. Only two pillows and one bag of coffee, even though we were going to be 2 nights. With the exception of the clerk […] that receive us an the one at the check out, the rest of the staff were unfriendly, they never said good morning or good night, no smile from them. My perception of Extended Stay Hotels was different, now I will never stay in this chain again. Mehr

Don't expect any creature comforts. Its a bare-bones place to sleep and not much more.

Air conditioner in the room was not working very well.

I did not like that they did not clean the room everyday unless you stay a week that is not fair because the rate wasn't cheap The visitors that will stay there have to know that if they aren't stay more than a week they have to clean and do everything themselves

Stayed at this hotel for MegaCon, its in very short walking distance to the rear entrance of the convention center. Having the mini-kitchen was a great plus, didnt have to eat out at resturants every night.

Clean Loved the full size kitchen.

This hotel was well worth the cost . The amenities were great and the location great. Easy access to all three major amusment part complexes.

We booked here and the Days Inn. Extended Stay is alot better place.

All of the employee's were great. All ways willing to help and with a smile. Rooms were clean, and comfortable but needed a little updating. But for the money could not beat the service and cleanliness. I would stay there on my next trip to Orlando.

close to Sea World and restaurants; nice room; good price; bring your own shampoo

Was extremely close to Seaworld (our destination). One of the better less expensive options I have seen in a while. If you like a firm mattress, this one is for you. The staff was friendly and helpful in finding us a late night place to eat in the area.

I was in the city for a judo tournament held at the North Concourse of the Orlando Convention Center. The hotel was centrally located and had enough restaurants within walking distance if you had no transportation. The only problem was the smell in the room. The room smelled of cleaning fluid or they might have shampooed the carpet. If you are just […] looking for a room instead of paying hundreds of dollars, then Extended Stay is a good choice. I will stay there again if I attend any events at the Orlando Convention Center. Mehr

As a guy I travel light and expected to have at least some generic brand shampoo to use in the shower. None found though... Another note, Lobby furniture was dusty and could have used a wipe down. Overall room was clean but could have used a slightly larger TV.

Dirty Hotel Room was not clean when I arreived. Nobody told us that they do not clean the rooms daily. If you want fresh linnen , strip the bed ypurself and go to the desk like a college student to exchange towels and sheets. They dont even put soap in the rooms. The bed is like sleeping on a rock. Worst hotel in years. DON'T go there.

Hotel was clean, the staff was laid back but professional and they were extremely accommodating by being flexible and fair with a late checkout. And the price was amazingly low for such a quality venue. Excellent value and will always use them when in Orlando for conventions or get-a-ways!

The coffee pot would not pour without spilling all over the counter top, very aggravating. Also, the outlet convenient to access didn't work so I had to get under the table to reach another one. Just annoying little things that ruin a stay. The bed was comfy and almost good pillows made our stay tolerable. TV could use an upgrade, it was maybe a 19 […] inch. It was good to have a fridge although it made loud, wake-you-up noises during the night. Next time, we'll opt for a few more bucks for a nicer place. Mehr

I stayed there two nights. No one came to replenish the used items in the shower and the kitchen. Shower head was leaking, so instead repairing the leak a towel was wrapped around the shower head, when you open the shower the water was streaming down the towel. There was no breakfast available of any kind.

not bad walk to convention center-if we were to go again would stay at Extended Stay Deluxe-much nicer w/professional staff-ESO not a pleasant experience for us-dirty room-moved to another room w/drawer not working-radio not working properly & sink tended not to drain-staff did not really seem to care for most part-not much around-Village Inn within […] walking distance and a small convenience store but we took I Ride trolley system and that was well worth the price Mehr

Behind OCCC West there's a bridge that drops you right at the entrance to the Extended Stay properties. Nice easy walk each morning, linked with the ability to make meals in the room (love the kitchenette) made this a great choice for me during the SEBC. Despite the non-smoking room, the hallway reeked of smoke -- but yes, the room was clean & non-smoky. They […] let me check in at 7:15am(!!!) on the day of my arrival when the posted check in time was 3 pm. Can't ask for much more than that! Mehr

The hotel is not really within walking distance to the Orange County Convention Center as we understood. We were in town for a tournament, but we did have a car so that wasn't a problem. It is very close to sea world. My daughters and I enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Very convenient to Convention center. Although this hotel did not have a pool, it had pool privileges in the neighboring hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The air conditioner was off and the room was hot and stuffy when we arrived. Several hours after we turned it on, the room was almost comfortable. It never did cool the room. There was no service of any type. Don't stay there unless you have no choice.

My overall experience exceeded my expectations. To be honest I was very sceptical, but to my surprise the room was very clean (newly renovated). Front desk was very helpful with my requests. The hotel was as expected a very functional business hotel. The only negative is there is no night desk staff. Although the hotel has a 10 PM to 8 AM 'quiet policy,' both nights I was there a group of women sat underneath my second story window making loud conversation at 2 AM. Prima hotelkamer voor een redelijke prijs. Bed was ruim, schoon en comfortabel, badkamer ok en een tv met genoeg kanalen om langs te zappen. Niks te klagen dus. Prima kamertje om een of meerdere dagen de nacht door te brengen.

una gran decepción me invadió al arribar al hotel. Estuve mucho tiempo viendo y comparando hoteles para mi estadía en Orlando y al final terminé eligiendo muy mal. Este hotel es muy antiguo, todas las instalaciones denotan un gran uso y un muy mal mantenimiento. La higiene y limpieza es deplorable. Un ejemplo: al entrar vi que los vidrios de las puertas […] estaban totalmente sucios y llenos de marcas de las manos al empujar, al irme seguian en el mismo estado. El segundo día nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría ya que no había caliente y no dieron ningúna información y menos una disculpa. Mehr
