This hotel is not really worth the money, but the location is great. If they just tried to be a little better, it would be great. However, they seem to know that the location is good enough to make up for actually caring enough to provide a good hotel room.

The bed was awful to sleep in. I didn't have a full night's sleep either day that I stayed there. Everything else about the stay was great.

Hotel is old and out-dated, shower tile has mold, pool was too cold, hot-tub was out-of-order, service was slow, house cleaning was late. The first time an Embassy Suites disappointed us.

Stayed here with my daughter and two granddaughters, ages 6 & 7. The staff was very friendly, rooms clean and breakfast plentiful. Good location and within walking distance to a lot of attractions. Outdoor pool could have been a little warmer. Overall a pleasant experience.

The hotel was very nice. Within walking distance from the Georgia Aquarium and Legal Seafood. The only complaint I have was the breakfast. The bacon was very greasy and the pancakes were hard from sitting too long. I always like staying at the Embassy Suites. They have excellent customer service. My grandchildren enjoyed their stay as well.

We enjoyed our stay, convenient & within walking distance to everything downtown. First time in Atlanta & was unaware of parking fees but everyone there charges them, so be prepared, $28/night.

WE LOVED THE PLACE , WILL STAY THERE AGAIN . BUT WE LOST WATER FOR 1/2 DAY .

Hotel Is Very Clean but be careful with bellmen and Valet Parking. Paid Bellman money to take my luggage down to my car when I was at Convertion Center . When I get back no one could find my Luggage Took an Hour To Locate...

All in all i thought my stay was great. The buffet was great as well.

The best hotel staff we have encountered in more than 5 years of family trips. The staff are the best; they were polite, proficient, and accommodating. We were just two blocks from the Georgia Dome.

Pros: GREAT service and clean and comfortable room. The hotel is in the center of everything, The GA Dome, Phillips Arena and CNN Center were all within walking distance and the Centennial Park was right across the street. Cons: The front desk button on the phone in the living area didnt work. Breakfast was fine except the scrambled eggs were runny […] and the grits were on the oatmeal side of the room instead of by the eggs/bacon. Otherwise it was a good breakfast also. I would still definitely stay here again the next time I visit! Mehr

What beats staying in the heart of Downtown Atlanta and actually eating an all inclusive FULL breakfast?! Also, incidentals are cheaper than most hotels! I highly recommend this hotel!

You can just park and walk to all the big attractions, centennial park is right outside the front door. Breakfast is great, full hot cooked in the Ruth's Chris restaurant

The hotel is in desperate need of updating. Rooms are terribly antiquated. Beds need replacing. Hotel was in a great location for all the ATL attractions; staff was nice. Valet parking is REDICULOUOS! $28.00 per night?? Asked several times for other options and was told there were none however when we arrived there was a sign that said Public Parking […] $10.00. What's up with that? If you are traveling on a company expense account that is one thing but for families trying to just do a weekend getaway that is stealing! Mehr

Hotel was worn out, and in need of cleaning. Bath tile a mess. Pool not heated and that was a big disapointment. Kids came wanting to swim. Staff at front desk need to be more customer oriented.

We were so pleased with the accomodations and the extreme helpfulness and generosity of the amazing staff. The breakfast is over-the-top. GREAT downtown location!

In town for show, convenient downtown hotel - great if you need more room - suite was a good size.

I loved almost everything about this hotel. The one thing I felt cheated on was the $28.00 a day parking. I don't mine paying for parking but that price was a little much.

Very nice hotel. excellent service, super big room, courteous staff, beutiful view of Atlanta. We were only one block from the Georgia Dome. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and i will use this hotel for future reservations.

Great location for anything near the GA Dome. People friendly and helpful. Great with having a Ruth Chris Steakhouse insdie.

Very close to aquarium (about 100 yards) with open, secured parking lot. Free breakfast buffet was excellent!

This hotel is located just around the corner from the Georgia Aquarium and the World of Coca Cola (we would highly recommend seeing both) with views of centennial park. The breakfast is fantastic with a wide variety of items to choose from on the buffet. The rooms were big and had a door separating the bedroom from the living area which was great for […] those who wanted to stay up late or get up early without bothering someone who was sleeping. A trip to the Varsity drive-in is a must - great burgers and shakes at a great price! Valet parking was high considering they just drove it to the lot next door - which we could've done ourselves. If you are there on a Falcons game day be sure to get your vehicle before 3pm or they'll be an extra charge for parking. Mehr

The Cocktail hours from 530pm to 730pm was awesome. The breakfast would cost 25 bucks where i am from and it was included.

This hotel is amazing. We take my twin boys here every year for their birthday because it has never failed to please. The staff all the way from the front desk to the wait staff at breakfast are so helpful, nice and courteous. This hotel us also walking distance to the park, aquarium, world of Coke, CNN center etc. Once you arrive you will never have […] to to drive again. Fun! Fun! Fun! We are big fans of embassy suites. We have stayed in New York,Chicago,Tampa,fort myers, Orlando and always been great. unfortunately this one not as good mainly due to the smokey rooms we switched rooms but still had the same problem. Where the air con unit blows out the ceiling was black I guess it just blows the smoke/ musty smell from room to room. […] Everything else was fine but smelly room put us off completly. Mehr

My overall stay was great. The only thing I did not like was the charge for internet service. For the price they should have WiFi in all the rooms as most hotels do these days. Its rediculous they are still charging for internet service.

This hotel is in a great location, close to the aquarium and ball park. Looks very nice, friendly staff, great breakfast. Valet parking is $$. Would recommend if not for the bugs that we found in the room in the morning. Might be an isolated problem. However staff very nice about the problem.

Close to attractions, and close to restaurants... easy to get to Metro. Great service for breakfast, questions about area attractions, and quickly fixing one of the cable channels in the room. Only issue was maid leaving different number of towels each day, and pull out sofa bed not very comfortable.

breakfast was better than wonderful (adults and children)-afternoon snack 5::30 PM was just right. Only complaint was sofa bed (not very comfortable) and not enough towels/cloths in room I called front desk and everything was done correctly asap. Parking is expensive but conveniet!

The staff were so pleasant. They made the stay even better. From the front desk to the dining room staff to the valet. I could not have asked for a better stay. It was also a beautiful hotel.
