I stayed one night for a job interview in a nearby town. The room was clean and bigger than expected. I could not hear the highway outside or noise from any nearby rooms. We were in a non-smoking room on the third floor and could still smell the cigarette smoke as we came off of the elevator on on the floor. Yes we still have the box on the back of our tvs but we are upgrading them in the near future and I promise our pool chemicals are always where they are suppose to. She helped with all the needs of my grandson who's 2 and made sure we didn't need to wait for anything. The cleanliness of the room could have been better. Found a used wash cloth just under the bed skirt. Proably still there and there was food on the bed coverlet. The hotel was wonderful, due to the people who worked there. Everyone was friendly and tried to help myself and my children with anything we needed. Although I rated this hotel very high, I was thoroughly disgusted with the smell on the third floor from the smoking aloud in the rooms at one end of the hall. I could smell it at night creeping in my room and all my clothes smelt of smoke the next day. I asked to move rooms and the front desk was very accommodating and put me in a room for the following […] night, but this was a night too late. "My Stay"
Hotel workers, excellent. Rooms had white dander on furniture everywhere. Microwave did not work properly. and left over items under wooden boards by beds, left by other people. Jacuzzi stopped working upon our stay there, thats why I chose that hotel. Never did get to enjoy it. Food was very good. The pool looked green and foggy, likewise jacuzzi, […] not clear or clean.
