Sehr grosszügige saubere Zimmer, mit schöner Anlage und nahe Joshua Tree Park. Alles was man braucht ist innerhalb von 10 min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Sehr ruhig, man kann dort gut ausspannen. Wifi und kostenloser Parkplatz inclusive. Insgesamt im Vergleich zu anderen Motels wirklich empfehlenswert.

Waren bereits 2010 in diesem Motel, Mitten im Stadtcentrum,viele Aktivitäten ohne Auto möglich,Motel ist sehr Inviduell,hat einen mediteranen Stiel mit vielen verwinkelten Ecken,die mit Blumen und Pflanzen zum Erholen einlade ,guter Reiseabschluß bevor der Rückflug von Los Angeles erfogt

"Gepflegte Oase mit mehreren Pools"
Dies ist nicht unser erster Aufenthalt hier, wir haben aufgrund der guten Erfahrungen wieder hier gebucht. Das Zimmer 113 verfügt gegenüber dem 120 nicht über eine Miniküche, hat aber trotzdem Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine. In einem kleinen Schrank findet man Fernseher und DVD-Spieler. Ansonsten ist die Möblierung spärlich, dafür hat man […] mehr freien Platz. Das Kingsize-Bett war tadellos und die Klimaanlage effektiv. Zimmerdesign ist sicher Geschmackssache, aber uns gefällt es. Die Pools sind von morgens um sieben Uhr bis Mitternacht geöffnet und beheizt. In der Anlage findet sich auch ein Waschraum (1,25$ in Quarters) zzgl Waschmittel. Insgesamt vom Charme her zwischen Motel und Resort, nur sind die Parkplätze etwas knapp. Mehr
"Tolles modernes Hotel"
Tolle moderne Zimmer und bequeme Betten. Es hat einen Pool und eine Whirpool. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilftsbereit. Der einzige Nachteil ist, wenn man im 2 Stock ist, hat es keinen Lift und man muss das schwere Gepäck eine Treppe hochtragen.

"Schöne Hotelanlage mit Pool in guter Lage"
Das Hotel liegt in guter Lage zur Downtown Palm Springs. Zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten. Das erste Erscheinungsbild des Hotels ist imposant. Große Halle, sehr nettes Personal und eine schöne Pool-Anlage mit ausreichend Liegen. Handtücher am Pool vorhanden. Unser Zimmer war zwar sehr groß, hatte seine besten Zeiten aber hinter sich. Flecke auf dem Bürostuhl, […] Fernseher aus den 80gern, und ein stark renovierungsbedürftiges Bad. Während unseres Aufenthaltes fiel die Handtuchstange von der Wand und wurde auch nicht ersetzt. Wer mit dem Namen Hilton Großartiges verbindet sieht sich hier einer anderen Realität ausgesetzt (was das Zimmer betrifft). "Schöne Suite"
Wir hatten eine Suite gebucht, welche wirklich sehr groß war und einen eigenen Whirlpool hatte. Auch die Küche war rießig. Die Klimaanlage war etwas laut sodass wir sie nachts abgeschalten haben. Das Hotel ist wirklich empfehlenswert allerdings hat Palm Springs an sich nicht allzu viel zu bieten.

"Spa Hotel in Palm Springs"
Das Personal hätte beim Einchecken etwas netter sein können. Allerdings hat das Zimmer alles wet gemacht. Super Ausstattung, sauber und gepflegt, sehr schöne Anlage mit Pool! Zum ausspannen eines heißen langes Tages ein sehr schöner Ort! Die Preise der Zimmer sind angemessen. Sehr ruhig gelegen, aber in Palm Springs passiert sowieso nicht soviel.
"Schönes Hotel, jeoch mit Zimmertausch"
Schönes Hotel, gute Lage, hilfsbereites Personal. Allerdings mussten wir 3 mal das Zimmer wechseln. Erstes Zimmer hat durch die Hotelklimaanlage vibriert. das Zweite Zimmer war leider extrem hellhörig und das letzte hat schließlich unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt.

"Nettes Inn, stylisch und zweckmässig"
Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Zweckmäßiges, sauberes und nettes Hotel. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Zentrale Lage: Zentrum ist gut und schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten.

"In Palmsprings Lage OK"
umgebautes und völlig renoviertes Motel, deutlich upgegradet im Sinne eines "Designer-Hotels". Leider bei unserem Aufenthalt sowohl Poolheitzung als auch Warmwasser im Zimmer ausgefallen, kann passieren war aber unangenehm, Hotelstaff besteht aus netten aber eher hilflosen Jugendlichen...

"Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit fadem Nachgeschmack"
Das Hotelzimmer und der Aufenthalt im Hotel waren angenehm. Auf eine telefonische Anfrage nach dem Aufenhalt, ob das Reinigungspersonal einen persönlichen Gegenstand gefunden hat, wurde aber nach langem Warten (ca. 15min) mit einem knappen "Nein" (ohne Nachfragen beim Reinigungspersonal) geantwortet. Auf eine E-Mail wurde gar nicht geantwortet.
"Zentrale Ausgangslage & sehr gutes Preis Leistungs"
Äusserst gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, geräumige und sehr funktionelle Zimmer. Grosser Jacuzzi vorallem abends empfehlenswert. Downtown Palm Springs in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Waren bereits mehrmals in diesem Hotel und würden es erneut wählen.
"Perfect holiday break"
Very nice hotel with all new rooms. The staff is very freindly and the option to use the barbecue next to the pool combined with a full function kitchen just makes a difference. I would always recommend others to stay here.

"Palm Springs Gem"
Wasn't sure about this place, as it was so reasonable on hotels.com, but the reviews were all great. It was a pleasant surprise/confirmation when we got there. The design/decor in the lobby/rooms is modern and beautiful. Seems like the whole place was just redone. The staff was friendly and attentive, the courtyard and pool areas (yes, there are 2 pools) […] are beautiful, peaceful ad very well maintained. It's within walking to the main strip, Palm Canyon Drive. This is really minor, but the only thing that didn't work for us was the shower head. It was low and for us being 6 feet +, was not the most comfortable experience. The bathroom itself is marble and really nice. This place is a steal at the rates they offer on hotels.com, etc. I can't wait to go back. Mehr

I stay in the Palm Springs area often but this was my first visit to 7 Springs Inn. The courtyard is beautiful and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating (I needed work papers printed and it was a hassle). The room was clean, although there was no proper desk nor a couch but the room was large. We had a poolside room and even though it was during […] the Coachella weekend, it was still relatively quiet. The downside to the hotel is all the nickel and diming they do: an extra fee per person each night, a fee for a crib each night, a fee for a toothbrush et. cetera. The worst part of the hotel is the parking. Even though the lot is close to the front of the building, on a busy night, it is very difficult to find a spot. Mehr

"Nice staff but still something to iprove"
The hotel is nice, and the staff very friendly. the problem is that the rooms do not have the windows, the entrance door is also the window, so if you want to air the room you have to leave the door open and most of the time faces your bed, so no privacy at all.Hopefullly they'll get bathroom furniture soon, there was not counter space to put your bathroom […] things. The pool (water a little bit too warm) and the garden are very nice and very well kept. Mehr

"Nice & Clean"
This is the fourth time I've stayed at 7 Springs in the last few months. The rate are very reasonable for the area, the rooms are clean, the grounds are nice and the location is good. The only complaint I have is that parking can be a bit of a challenge when they are busy/full, but that should not discourage anyone from staying at this great little […] hotel. Mehr
"Clean place - uncomfortable, mushy bed"
The bed was very mushy. There was no screen on the window so you couldn't use it for night air. The AC's outside also made it impossible to use the window because they were right outside our window & very loud. Ceiling fan would of helped that out. The air conditioner was too loud. "Will stay again"
Check in was fast and easy. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Walked down a few blocks to the heart of (whats left) Palm Springs. I will stay here again when visiting.

"Nice room, need to replace some furniture"
Overall good stay, room was extremely cold even though there was a remote control for the temperature. Room decor was great except for a chair that was old and stained, it detracted from the overall appearance. Lastly, there was very little room in the bathroom, no shelving whatsoever.

"Nice service"
This hotel is older but been remodeled and is very nice. It's close to the downtown arts area and lots of places to eat. The parking is terrible. Not enough spots for all of their guests, but street parking is available. There is security onsite at night which is great. Everyone working there is nice and concerned about your comfort.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the 7 Springs Inn & Suites, and we would definitely stay there again.
"Good location and nice staff"
The manager graciously re-organized rooms so we could check in early before we left for the day to attend Coachella's Music Festival. The room had comfortable beds and the bathroom was nicely remodeled and updated. The walk-in closet was a bit dark and hard to access, and we were never able to locate the switch for the overhead light in the room, so […] it was kind of cave-like during most of the visit. "motel gone glam - almost condo living"
Friendly staff- very accommodating - even when free parking was full - huge room - almost like a condo- full kitchen And very close to main drag/downtown - even walking distance to a casino

"newly renovated"
Absolutely no complaints about the quality of the rooms. The hotel appears to be have been recently renovated. Beautiful rooms, very clean and spacious. Bedding is all new clean and fresh. Very nice renovation. My only complaint is that the pool is not heated.
"Parking is not working in your favor"
The facility was great as a whole but they are limited to the amount of parking spots available. I had to park down the street with my vehicle partially on the street. Unfortunately for us we were staying there during Coachella so no one was checking out on time which killed any chance of early check-in. I was very satisfied with the room and the pools. "Wonderful Pre-Coachella Stay"
Though I only stayed for one night, this place was quite the stay! From the outside, it looks like any ol' hotel off the 111, but upon entering the establishment you know this place is pretty swanky. There's fabulous 70's decor that's prevalent throughout. Staff is quick and friendly. The layout of the place is quite nice; small and well-maintained-- […] a lot like a small apartment community. The room itself was great! Spacious with cool colors on the wall; Watchmen quotations on the wall too?! This place is just cool. The bed was the BEST! Down comforter and pillows, wonderful pillow-top king sized mattress... you could swim in it! I would stay again just to sleep all day. Even though I don't live terribly far from the area (~40 minutes), I would love to stay here again just for a getaway once in a while. Mehr

This was a great hotel for the price. Close drive to shopping and restaurants. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Cool retro design. Pool was small but overall great place. I would stay again.

"Older property but very nice"
I booked my stay rather late and found they had a rooms available. Upon arrival, I explained to the desk I had my family with me and they upgraded us for $20 a night....was not bad for the room we received. Make no mistake, this is an older property. But it comes with a twist - its been renovated to a nice level. If you have a family and appreciate […] having a kitchen in your room you'll love it. Only drawback was they did not offer a free continental breakfast. But this was not a deal breaker for us. Great, helpful, staff. Mehr

The hotel had such a homey feel. We throughouly enjoyed it, however was a little dissapointed with the front desk staff. We arrived at the hotel at 11am and the girl took my cell # and said she would call me before 3pm to let me know the room was ready for us. I understand check-in time is not until 3pm. I never received a call. Also, on our check-out […] day, they wouldn't bend and let us stay for just one extra hour. I have NEVER had that happen at any hotel. They always allow a late checkout. "Great place to stay in Palm Springs"
A clean hotel with manicured lawn and clean rooms. Luz Gonzalez was very professional making my family and I feel at home. I would recommend this little hotel to anyone!
