Do NOT stay at this hotel! We stayed here on our last night in Marrakech. We booked what we thought was a 5 star hotel to end our trip with some luxury! This is not a 5 star hotel. Two stars would be generous. We were met on arrival by unhelpful reception staff. Our room was located through a maze of dark corridors at the very back of the hotel. It […] was lunchtime when we arrived so we went for something to eat at the pool. Getting towels at the pool was near impossible. The restaurant staff were rude and unhelpful when we tried to order food. Frustrated with staff and service, we decided to eat elsewhere. It was late when we got back to the hotel so we ordered room service. The food delivered to the room (after 1hr) was cold so we sent it back for something else which took another 30 mins to deliver. Checking out the following morning we planned to share our bad experience with the reception staff. We were never even asked how our stay was! Without saying a word, a staff member placed the bill for the room service on the desk and that was that! They simply had no interest in us and that's why we feel like we should have our say here. Please think twice about staying here if you want to have a nice holiday in Marrakech. A good Riad is better value, more personal and gives a much more authentic Moroccan experience. Mehr

I was expecting a wondeful experience stay in this 5 star hotel. But all I experienced was just disappointment. The room is big, but not equipped with common things for instance, kettle, iron, hotel slipper, etc. A 3 star hotel will provide better things than this. Very nice choice overall. The room was clean and comfortable, although no garden view as stated in the promotion. The breakfast menu & experience was very pleasant, and much better than some other similarly priced hotels in Marrakesh. Do note, that the indoor swimming pool and gym are an extra charge per day. rooms are perfect (but without balcony) / service at reception disappointing (not very useful and friendly)/ check which services and options are included in your room rates when you book as this hotel provides a lot of services but you have to pay for most of them and it's not cheap... Hotel looks beutifull' But the service is terrible. The staff are completely useless and completely unacustomed to the needs, you start waiting at the disk and priority is given to answer all the coming phone calls, you will be the last. During the dinner buffet, they offer a price but later you get shoked with another price. The waiter told us that […] they will charge 400 DH but next day we found that they charged double (800 DH). Nice hotel, with great facilities, perfect for relxing and recreation! Nice breakfast buffé, clean, great rooms with huge beds, no disturbing noices, we slept great! Pool area was great, possibility to play table tennis, wifi access, etc, if you need something just ask the staff and they will help you. I don't know how this hotel has received 5 stars. They received taxes from me although it was paid to hotel.com. They gave us a room that was not clean then they changed it to another room that had no towel in. To get a food took 52 minutes. Jams during breakfast time were covered by bees. Not much to say about this hotel : it is definitely not a 5-stars hotel according to the French or American scale, but it has a good quality/price ratio when using last minute booking discounts. You have to take the taxi (~$3 after negotiation) for getting to the Medina, as walking is difficult (20min walk under direct sunlight, no shadow). The hotel […] in itself is quite alright : very nice hall, really good pool and garden. Our room was large, clean, with two queen size beds (while we asked for one king size). The bathtub was really small, with no shower curtain, making it impossible to shower without wetting the whole (tiny) bathroom. The breakfast buffet was average-low, with the waiters completely overwhelmed and unable to clean your previously occupied table in less than 15 minutes. Food quality was not that great. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this hotel specifically, as any 5 stars hotel from this neighborhood (Hivernage) should provide the same level of quality. But when discounted, do not hesitate. Mehr

Kenzi Farah is a very nice hotel. Maybe not 5 star for European or American taste, but definitely close to 5 stars because it has a large number of amenities, from what I can recall: 3 nice restaurants open every night, a large swimming pool which I enormously enjoyed, a very very large garden with palm trees, grass, plants, etc. a fantastic place for […] kids to walk around. There was also tennis, basketball and ping pong available. There was also a bar with live performance every night. There is a indoor pool (10 euros per day) I didn't use it because temperature was great so I used the outside pool. There is a gym, a spa, hair dresser, etc. There are even 3 stores to buy stuff inside the hotel and also a currency exchange desk with the best rates I could find in town. There are many spaces to hang out, so you never feel observed or in a place that is over crowded. People in the front desk are not very friendly but they are polite. I could always find english speaking staff, but not all of them speak the language. If you speak french then you will not have any problem The buffet restaurant staff was very nice, the managers there showed a lot of courtesy and one of them spoke Spanish, my native language so it was very easy for us to communicate. I booked a standard double room and it was huge, with two queen size beds inside and views to the swimming pool. Air conditioning didn't work apparently, but you didn't need it with 25 degrees during the day. My only complaint, but probably an accident, is that wifi (which is free everywhere in the hotel including your room) broke down at our second day. It took them 3 days to fix it. They didn't seem to care much but I did. Regardless of this incident, I loved Kenzi Farah, and personally would have staid on the hotel the whole 5 days we were in Marrakech, but my wife "forced" me to walk around the city: The neighborhood is a high income one, with many big hotels and large private houses around. This hotel was disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival we found the staff to be rude. Our room was dirty, littered with used towels, hair in the sink, and a noticeably used toilet. The air conditioning didn't work. When I went to call reception about the state of our room we realised the phone didn't work either so everytime we had a problem […] or needed something we had to walk to reception. We had paid an extra £7 a night for a full ala carte breakfast, which is not on offer anywhere in the hotel. Instead we had the buffet, for which you had to queue 20 mins for your eggs or pancakes. The cold food that was out was insufficient and we often struggled to find clean plates and clean tables to sit at. The hotel was clearly full to a capacity that they just could not manage. The pool area is quite nice but both times I went down no towels were available. When these issues were brought to the attention of the staff we found them rude an unapologetic. We only received any sort of an apology when finally speaking to the manager. The hotel is about a 25-30 min walk to the main square. There are far better hotels which are closer to the old town for similar money. I DO NOT recommend this hotel. Mehr

The Hotel is in good location, it has very nice view, my room was looking on the hotel green area & the swimming pool. The services was very good & the staff were friendly & very cooperative, the breakfast was nice. Only the air condition sound in my room was slightly high & I believe that the fan need repair.

Petit déjeuner pas digne d'un 5* I

HOTEL tres agréable, digne d'un 5*, on se trouve à 30 minutes à pied de la place Jemaa el fna, ou par taxi à 20 Dh ou 2 euros.

En éléments positifs, le Kenzi Farah est propre, le personnel serviable, la piscine et le jardin agréables et bien entretenus, les chambres spacieuses. En choses moins bonnes, l'isolation phonique des fenêtres et de la porte d'entrée sont dérisoires, le buffet demie-pension manque de variété, celui du petit-déj est mieux loti. Le prix de la piscine […] intérieure est prohibitif à 10€/personne mais si on un prend un soin au spa ! Sinon la situation géographique est enviable, à 15 minutes à pieds de la Koutoubia, 20 minutes de la place Djema El Fna et 20 minutes des Jardins de la Ménara. Globalement nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour et des prestations ; Mais l’hôtel ne correspond pas à un niveau 5 étoiles en France, plus proche du 3 étoiles.... Mehr

Väldigt lyxig känsla efter ett par veckors resande i Marocko med övernattningar i olika bra Riader. Kändes som en ok övergång från det autentiska Marocko till ett vinterkallt städat Sverige. Så här i efterhand kunde jag gärna behålla Riadboendet även sista dagen. Men min son älskade detta hotell vilket var härligt att se. Lite bufflig och högljud buffé […] vid kvällsmaten. Så vi tog en billigare veg.pasta till rummet och kolla tv. Ha! det var roligt. Deras pool var fin men kall. Det var lite långt till Jama el Fna men det gick att gå. Spännande att se en annan slags stad än det traditionella Medinorna. Ja boka om ni vill lyxa men jag skulle hellre lyxa på någon Riad i Marrakesh medina. Mehr

Il est situé idéalement pour les participants du Marathon et du Semi-Marathon de Marrakech. Il est bien plus moderne que l'hôtel "El Andalous", situé de l'autre côté de Avenue Kennedy.

Helt ok. Funkar bra både för dem som vill bo ala "All inclusive" och för dem som vill uppleva innerstan av Marrakeck. Hotellet ligger en kort taxi resa från Medinan, tar ca 5 minuter och kostar ca 30 svenska kronor(beror på hur man prutar). Man KAN säkert om man vill gå till stadens centrum/Medinan, men skulle inte rekomendera det. ´Hotelet ligger inte […] fullt så nära stan som det står i beskrivningen. Hotelet har ett trevlig spa, pool område och hjälpsam personan. Det är inte 5 stjärnigt men ok iallafall. Skulle nog säga 4 Stjärnigt. Mehr

^Bel hôtel mais absolument pas dépaysant; se retrouver dans une chambre au décor aussi standard et banal que n'importe quel hôtel type sofitel ou novotel en France, ne présente à mes yeux aucun intérêt. Aardig hotel dat bij de opening in de jaren '80 waarschijnlijk 5 sterren kreeg. Tegenwoordig verouderd. Locatie prima, personeel onbeschoft en kamers ruim maar slecht onderhouden. Een kamer had schimmel in kitranden en douchegordijn, na klagen andere kamer met schone badkamer. Airconditioning functioneerde niet in november, buiten 20 graden ('het is […] winter, dan staat ons systeem op verwarmen,' aldus de onbeschofte receptionist). Fantastisk service, ekstremt hyggelig betjening og nydelige frokoster.

Hôtel très bien placé au coeur du quartier chic de l'hivernage et à 15 minutes à pieds de la médina (balade agréable en passant devant les très beaux hôtels : sofitel novotel La mamounia...). Chambre spacieuse et agréable. Propreté irréprochable. Très beau jardin avec piscine extérieur. Nourriture soignée avec buffets de crudité, viande et poisson et […] bon choix de dessert et de fruits découpés. Les petits déjeuners sont très bien : grand choix de viennoiseries et confitures maison.... Le restaurant marocain l'oriental à la carte est très bon et très copieux. J'y retournerai. Mehr

NOUS AVONS PASSES UN AGREABLE SEJOUR, cependant, nous avons payé des taxes de séjours importants que nous aurions aimé payé à la réservation afin d'éviter des surprise. d'autre part l'eau nest pas incluse au repas lors de la demi pension et cela reste tout de même cher pour de l'eau du robinet 3 euro à chaque repas.

Como era de esperar, las cinco estrellas no tienen nada que ver con el standard español, pero mi pareja y yo nos fuimos con una buena impresión. Se puede ir caminando hasta la plaza de Jama el Fna, siempre que el sol no abrase, en un trayecto que lleva aproximandamente 15-20 minutos, así que la situación no es mala. Se ubica en la zona residencial, […] así que el entorno no es malo. Y en cuanto a instalaciones, la habitación correcta, el hall realmente bonito, el jardín con piscina es de lo mejor del hotel, realmente relajante y bien estructurado. Me guardo el spa para el final, porque es sencillamente espectacular; quien se aloje en el Kenzi Farah debe OBLIGADAMENTE contratar un circuito, porque es algo de lo que no se arrepentirán. La única pega es el personal, que está en la tónica general de la gente dedicada al sector servicios en Marruecos (distantes e incluso bordes hasta que hay propina de por medio, que les hace cambiar la cara), pero son lentíiiiisimos (1 hora para preparar un plato de pasta, sin una disculpa de por medio). buen hotel, cerca del centro se puede ir andando en 20 min, desayuno muy bueno con variedad, te dan toallas de la piscina, tranquilo eso sí, no olvides propinas para todo; tb te cargan tasas de la ciudad: unos 2 eur/persona y día

El Hotel tiene una buena ubicación a 15 o 20 minutos de la medina. Cuenta con unos jardines fabulosos en un entorno muy agradable. El servicio de atención es excelente. El primer día me dieron una habitación en la planta cuarta bajo los aparatos de aire acondicionado que hacían algo de ruido, a la mañana siguiente me cambiaron a otra sin ningún problema, […] dispensandome en todo momento una atención muy amable y correcta. En el hotel se puede cambiar moneda a uno de los mejores precios que escontre durante mi estancia en Marrakech. Mehr

No es un cinco estrellas español, pero tampoco tiene mucho que envidiarle. El buffet del desayuno , estupendo y las instalaciones muy amplias y bien cuidadas. Por el precio que he pagado (oferta) volvería sin duda. En mi experiencia, LA MEJOR RELACIÓN CALIDAD PRECIO
