The Bayswater Sydney - Potts Point

This was a nice little hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful when it came to providing directions. The hotel is near some clubs so there was some street "nightlife" noise in the background until 3am+. Not bad enough to be kept awake. However, it might be too much for someone who is use to absolute quiet when they sleep and no outside […] sound. Check out is at 10am, which seemed early. Also the low room rate I got was conditional on not having maid service (I might have missed that in the fine print). I would recommend the spot which was accessible to some nice affordable eateries. the hotel room was very comfortable, the bathroom was really nice with a big shower, and the location was super, right where all the nicest bars are in kings cross.

Room is small but enough for two people, closed to kings cross stn just walk 3-5mins. If u do not have much budget on accommadation, here is ur first choice.

The hotel was very nice, the room was small, but very cozy and modern. The bathroom was modern and the shower head was great. Its proximity to bars, restaurants and the train station was fantastic. I had a very pleasant stay and would stay again. My only gripe was that the room I stayed in had a dreadful smell to it. But apart from that, I cannot fault […] the hotel. I would stay there again. Friendly, knowledgable staff, clean rooms (bit small), quiet location, very convenient, literally 2 minutes from the train station, taxi to city about $20. Only the main road with the train station is dodgy, venture a little further into potts point and its quite a nice little area. Try brunch at la croix and dinner at petrol (both about a 10 minute […] walk) had a great stay, would definitely recommend to my friends! this hotel would suit students. Good location for nightlife or walking down to the water front. Very noisy on most nights. Rooms are small, dark and pretty SAD. Cannot imagine somebody spending 2 days (I did!) and being happy. WIFI is expensive. No Breakfast and overall, a miserable feel for it.

I was visiting family in Sydney and travelling with my brother. It is a great location, 2 mins to Kings Cross Railway station - which was great as we travelled all over Sydney by train. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
