Sehr günstig, nett, sauber und ruhig gelegen. Kostenloses Parken im abgesperrten Innenhof. Service in Englisch und Deutsch. Wer nicht unbedingt im Zentrum übernachten muss ist hier genau richtig.

Schöne Hotel-Pension mit einem super hilfsbereitem Team ( besonders die 3 an der Rezeption ) Lage außerhab des Trubels, Anbindung durch Busse super ( Weg zur Bushaltestation dauert ca 10 Minuten, Busse fahren 3x in der Stunde, nach 15 Minuten Busfahrt ist man in der Stadt) Schöne Gartenanlage, leider waren wir in den 3 Tagen so mit der Stadt"beschäftigt", […] dass wir keine Zeit hatten, sie zu nutzen.Frühstück okay, Zimmer sehr sauber, nicht sehr groß aber ausreichend. Bad ein bißchen einfach aber auch sehr sauber. Im Ganzen, besonders wenn man den Preis betrachtet sehr empfehlenswert-ich bin sicher, ich war nicht zum letuten Male dort !!! Das Auto konnte imGrundstück seperat abgestellt und über Zaunveringerung gesichert werden. Wir waren froh, an jenem abend wiele Alarmanlagen gehört hatten und unser Wagen immer noch da war ;) Sonnst alles im Verträglichem Bereich;)

Die Pension Helios hat ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit und spricht sehr gut deutsch. Der Panoramablick und die Ruhe sind optimal. Das Haus ist einfach perfekt und ohne Bedenken an jedermann weiterzuempfehlen.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Hottel überraschend sauber. Es besitzt kein eigenes Restaurant aber sehr nahe gelegene Restaurants die vorzüglich sind. Auf die guten Tipps des Hotelpersonals ist Verlass. z.B. für gute Restaurants, Ausgangsmöglichkeiten, Fahrkarten, usw. Das Früstücksbuffet ist frisch und gut.

Angenehme ruhige Atmosphere, sehr aufmerksame und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, gutes Frühstück, Parkplatz und WiFi auf dem Zimmer. Für mich war es das perfekte Hotel um während drei anstrengender und arbeitsreicher Tage in Budapest und Debrecen noch abends auf dem Balkon etwas zu entspannen und zur Ruhe zu kommen.

Traveling from Zvolen, Slovakia on 9/6/12 to Budapest we wanted a reasonable cost for an overnight stay. Considering we had a vehicle an expensive downtown location was not necessary. The reviews were good and cost competitive. What an extraordinary surprise we received when checking into our room. It was large enough to accommodate several people with […] a balcony and view. Within walking distance, there is small restaurant and bar just down the road that serves authentic Hungarian food. The Staff is very helpful with surrounding locations and directional information. There is a security gate and fence for vehicle parking. This clearly was the best value we experienced during our stay in Budapest. Whenever we travel south from Slovakia, The Helios Hotel Pension will be our home base destination. Mehr

This hotel is located out of town but 3 minutes walk your at a bus stop that takes you to the city centre in 20 minutes on a direct line. We took the bus early in the morning and it runs back late at night, last 1 is after 11pm. I would definitely take this option again. We opted not to get breakfast but it smelt great. The wifi range is not great, […] however we did manage to get it working on the top floor, but there was wired internet if you have a laptop as well so no complaints there. The room was very comfortable and you would expect to pay 4 times this price if the hotel was this close to barcelona or paris. Staff helped with travel plans and they also had drinks there for a small price if you wanted to take something to your room. I also made use of the laundry there, a few Euros for a bag of washing, drop it off in the morning and it is ready that night. Cheaper than a laundromat and no waiting around! Very happy indeed. Budapest is also a beautiful place to visit so be sure to visit and if your not scared of public transport stay here. Mehr

Though not really located anywhere near most attractions (in the town centre), there is a direct bus that takes you directly to the town centre. Very convenient. The hotel itself is very very charming and the staff is just fabulous - helpful, kind and always smiling!

Cute little hotel in a lovely part of Budapest. Not all that close to the central city, but easily accessible by public transport. Hotel staff was very helpful and nice. Only minor quibble was the dearth of channels on tv.

We stayed here for 10 days while in the process of relocating to Hungary to live. We had a double and a "triple studio" on the top floor, A5 and A6. This worked out perfectly as we were a family of three with two relatives. The rooms were beautifully clean (cleaned daily), with lovely views and a breeze which was a relief from the heat. Bus transportation […] into Pest was simple and hassle free, about 20 minutes. The "triple studio" has a sofa bed that could sleep two if needed and 2 single beds pushed together. All extremely comfortable. The place is generally bright, airy, modern, well-designed, new, cheerful, friendly and well-cared for. Breakfast was fine at 5 euros with scrambled eggs, bacon, and a choice of cold cuts, cereal, yoghurt and fruits. I would highly recommend this place to anyone it is fantastic value for money and the staff are lovely and incredibly helpful. Mehr

This is a great place to stay. It is in the suburbs, and it took 20 to 30 minutes to get into town, but we didn't consider that a minus as there is a bus just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Being out in the Buda hills meant there was no traffic noise at all. I was glad we had a GPS to find the address, though. We had breakfast (on our own, though I […] think the hotel also provided breakfast for a fee) on the patio each morning. It was quiet and the garden was very nice. It was a relaxing way to start the day. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. There was a small range-top, microwave, and refrigerator, though the number of dishes and pans was small. Pension is about 20min from downtown in beautiful quiet area, well maintained with helpful staff. You can buy ticket to public transportation, Budapest baths and others. One warning, they don’t take credit/debit cards, but they take cash in form of Euro, $US.

This hotel was perfect for our trip. It is about fifteen minutes from the city center, and walking there is not possible, but the bus system is very efficient and runs every 5-15 minutes. The hotel itself is very simple and plain, no frills, but we mainly needed a place to sleep and shower, not a luxury resort. She was so helpful and sweet! the hotel sells single bus tickets or 24 hour passes, which is convenient. There is a also a small grocery store nearby. we had the breakfast one time, it was convenient but i did not really like anything offered. the only major downside was the shower, which would not heat in the morning, but would be steamy at night. i disliked waking up to take a cold shower. I had a feelin' when I saw first time on the NET thi is the place what I need. I did spend only two nights there but I wish to spend a week or a month! Very quiet neighbourhood easy to reach from the city centre and exclusive service. I'll be back ! :-)

This hotel is in a lovely quiet situation on the outskirts of Budapest. There is a nearby frequent bus service in to the city. We were very comfortable and the only grip was the that the WiFi didn't work for us.

Helios Panzio was very peaceful and rejuvenating after our long flight. There was a lot of greenery, rolling hills, fresh air - the gardens were lovely to sit and relax with some coffee or wine which could be purchased from the reception. The front desk staff was trilingual English/German/Hungarian and was able to orient us with maps and bus schedules […] so that we could find everything that we needed without a problem. The nearby restaurant that they referred us to was also quite delicious and had a lovely atmosphere. The morning breakfast was plentiful and tasty. I was impressed with the playground that they had available for people who brought children. To note for those who have more limited mobility, knee problems etc, is that there are a lot of stairs circling about the Panzio and no lift. Likewise it is approximately an 8 - 10 minute walk to the bus stop and there is a hill with a relatively gentle slope. I would recommend getting Forints at the airport before arriving because the closes ATM machine is a twenty minute walk from the Panzio and no currency exchange available. Mehr

The hotel is hidden on a hill, in a house/villa kind of neighbourhood. If you plan to relax, this is a great location. The hostess was great, and I was really surprised how organised the tourism is in Budapest. We bought transport tickets and bath tickets from the reception, and we were offered other oportunities too. But, it is not so close to the […] city center. There is a bus line going to the center (also a tram on the first bus stop), it takes about 30 minutes to reach the Danube. A bit far out but the neighbourhood was nice. Very helpful and friendly man at check in, less friendly woman at check out. Room was nice and clean but the bathroom was a bit basic and the usual problem experienced what with a couple sharing twin beds. Breakfast was good, better quality than at the other hotel we stayed in whilst visiting Hungary.

We can recommend this place to anyone travelling by car - secure parking and just a short walk to the bus stop. busses arrive every 5 - 8 minutes to the city, about 15 min ride. This hotel is on the outskirts of Buda (the hilly side of Budapest) and we were glad to have a car to get there. We left our car parked at the hotel for the 3 nights and bought a 48 hour public transport pass and used it to take the nearby bus to travel back and forth into the city and the metro once we got into the city. There is a set of stairs that […] we used in the morning which leads down the hill behind the houses and comes out across the road from the bus stop, and a 5 minute walk up the road from the bus stop which we took at night when we got back. We had a lovely balcony off of our room which we sat out on every morning and night. We actually had 2 rooms and an adjoining bathroom which slept 4 adults comfortably. The small kitchenette and table and chairs area was very handy. A very good breakfast was included and we had the choice of sitting inside or outside on a terraced area to enjoy it. The gardens were lovely. The staff were great and very helpful, taking the time to explain in detail all about the buses and the different areas of Budapest that we wanted to visit, and providing us maps of the area. The hotel is in the hills, thus you wake up to a bird song. However, city centre is far away and you need a car. The studio where we stayed was excellent and large enough. Very clean and well equipped. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel has a nice garden with a playground for children. I would absolutely choose to stay here again. Price […] was also very good. Only one remark: The management should consider 1-2 euros higher price and put some soap and shampoo and a hair-dryer to the bathroom. 这家酒店其实是一个别墅，非常舒服，很适合一家人到布达佩斯作一个短假。酒店服务也非常好，居室很干净，我住的是sudio那种户型，其实是一居室，呆了几天没觉得是住旅店，跟家的感觉一样。这里有完全备的厨具，可以自己动手做饭，物超所值。强烈一家人来这些居住。如果要说不说不足：就是电视太破，好像是14英寸的老电视，没有什么节目。二是没有电梯，如果带了大箱子，上下楼有些费劲。但这些都是小问题。
