Mich hat es dienstlich nach Fort Saskatchewan verschlagen, und ich bin mittlerweile dreimal im Hospitality Inn abgestiegen. Ein neues Hotel, sehr gepflegt und mit sehr nettem Personal. Vermittelt familiäre Atmosphäre. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Ich habe nichts auszusetzen. Allein Fort Saskatchewan ist, zumindest im Winter, kein Ort, der zu längerem Verweilen einlädt.

sehr schönes hotel, von außen jedoch nicht sehr ansehnlich. direkt an großen straßen, wir hatten zimmer jedoch nach innen, daher keine lärmbelästigung. sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. mit dem auto gute anbindung und schnelles erreichen der downtown/ WEM.

Wir haben hier nur eine Nacht verbracht. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, die Matratze war durchgelegen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich und lecker. Das Personal war sehr nett. Obwohl wir schon ausgecheckt hatten, durften wir unser Auto noch 3 Stunden in der Garage stehen lassen.

Ziemlich abseit, es hat jedoch einige Restaurants in der Nähe. Nur Morgenessen erhältlich im Hotel. Guter Arbeitsplatz schnelles Wifi.

Unser Zimmer war sauber und sehr ruhig. Wir waren 2 Nächte im West Edmonton Mall Inn, haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel wieder buchen. Das Personal war freundlich und kostenlose Parkplätze waren in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden. Auf dem Zimmer waren ein Flatscreen Fernseher, Kühlschrank, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Gefehlt hat ein Safe. Surfen im Internet per WLAN war leider nur gegen Gebühr möglich. Schade, denn viele Hotels bieten dies inzwischen kostenlos an! Frühstück gab es keines. Man konnte aber gut in der Mall frühstücken, z. B. bei Alberts, einem Frühstückscafe direkt im Eingangsbereich.

we were located on the 3rd floor with it all being filled with kids! they were running up and down the hall, stayed up late, parents not attending to them. Very loud and did not enjoy our room or two nights at all. the pool had no towels and when we called they never did bring ANY. Kids unsupervised in the pool as well...

"Hilton Garden Inn - Handy to West Edmonton Mall"
Very polite staff. Room was quite clean, and kept up very well every day. Only a mile or so from West Edmonton Mall so that worked well for us. Very happy with our stay.

"Good access to all major routes"
We travelled with two small children and found the room to be relatively quiet. Room had ample space fore the pull out sofa and a playpen for the baby. It was great having the two bathrooms and mini-kitchen. The pool facilities were very clean. "West Edmonton Hilton Garden Inn Stay Was Just Fine"
Everything about the hotel met our expectations. It was reasonably priced and for what we paid, it was far better than many other hotels where we have stayed in the past. We would definitely stay there again!
Overall our stay was great, the only thing we have to complain about was our bed. It SUCKED! It was concave in the middle and both our backs were very stiff the next day.

Very nice and Clean, no complaints although the restaurant is very expensive we thought so we didnt eat there.
Good location, quiet room except heating/air conditioner unit was very noisy, vibrated when on. Also remote for TV didn't work well even after batteries were changed. Didn't buy the hotel/breakfast pkg but probably should have as my granddaughter only wanted cereal one morning but they wanted to charge the $8.95 for the whole buffet, which I ended up […] buying for her and she wasted most of what she took. "more than we bargained for!"
The rooms were awesome! Once we figured out the "dial" softness of the beds, they were awesome too. Everything was so white and clean looking, Lots of amenities within the hotel-- and close to the West Ed mall. All in all, a great weekend and great value.

Great hotel. Clean, friendly staff, good to excellent service. One of my favorite hotels to stay at when I travel to Edmonton. Only drawback is location. It is close to West Edmonton Mall, other than that it is far from many of the other things in the city, so it is ok if you have a vehicle only.

"Best Hotel in The West End"
I have stayed in probably at least 90 % of the Hotels in the West Edmonton Mall Area due to bussiness, and the Hilton Garden Inn in the BEST one by far: always super super clean, quiet, lots of parking and great customer service. I highly recommend this hotel

Only one disappointment I had, I booked via hotels.com the room rate included full breakfast however i still received a bill for breakfast when checking out. The mistake was quickly resolved, but i sometimes wonder if they truly look at your booking request if it’s booked via an agent. I used the same day laundry service which was excellent and very good value for money compared to other hotels in Edmonton. Not a great amount to do around about the hotel due to its location. We were in Canada for a month. This hotel was the best one we stayed in despite the fact that it is situated, along with other hotels, in what must be Edmonton's motor mile. It had a great atmosphere. The staff were very helpful. just a short taxi ride from the mall which is certainly worth seeing.
