We enjoyed our stay room nice & clean & very modern & comfortabe. Breakfast most enjoyable.

Good and descent hotel

A top quality hotel with character and suitable for business or pleasure. Have stayed here several times. A bargain rate too as it was a Monday.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was lovely, clean and comfortable. Would definately stay there again.

We had two minor grumbles. In the bathroom, the mirror over the basin was much too far away but we are assured that they are about to fit shaving mirrors which should solve the problem. And the quality of the television reception was very poor with only six channels available.

This is an elegant gem .Ultra modern in style with forests worth of timber throughout but still highly comfortable . The Restaurant doubles as the London Carriage Works fine dining in the evening . There the food was excellent but the service very 'relaxed' . Breakfast was much more efficient . Very friendly welcome. Lovely Hotel in a convenient situation particularly if you are attending the Philharmonic or either of the Cathedrals. Excellent Restaurant

Got a deal on the hotel which was about a third of the going rate, i think the price following the deal was fair value. Room was nice, although iron had burnt clothing from previous user on it - which wrecked my shirt - and the decorators were outside my room before half 8 in the morning.

Such a gorgeous hotel! It was so beautifully decorated and so very swish! With such an amazing quality of service. The hotel is located close to the centre of the city, within walking distance of all the hotspots, opposite the Philharmonic and down the road from both Cathedrals! The only problem we had was that our trip coincided with the boiler playing up. But that was resolved within a day and the rest of our weekend was perfect. I cant praise the staff highly enough. Excellent small Hotel in a convenient situation close to all city amenities. Private secure car park across the street. Good standard of accommodation - very comfortable beds. Modern restaurant attached with a varied menue. When in Liverpool again I would not hesitate to stay again.

Efficient and helpful staff, and very quiet and comfortable room. Hope Street is well positioned to reach most areas of central Liverpool, and the waterfront and conference areas. Unobtrusive service - bags delivered to my room when I dropped them on early arrival, and escorted to parking lot in next block to leave car for the stay. Only minor niggle: […] pity the newspapers couldn't be delivered to room earlier than 7.30. A pleasant stay, and will return. Mehr

Lovely hotel but a shame that certain features were not satisfactory. Lovely hardwood floor but it creaked every time you walked on it. Beautiful bathroom but a tile was loose and why hang towels over the toilet! Dirty cup on arriving in hotel room. The sockets kept tripping out electricity because of a faulty kettle.Double room but only one comfortable […] chair. To dry hair had to kneel on floor by full length mirror - why no mirror over desk. All these were minor annoyances but spoilt a birthday treat - husband's first return to Liverpool in 25 years. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Mehr

My wife and I stayed here for one night last week. We were attending a concert at the Liverpool Philharmonic, situated right across the road. The hotel is sited between both cathedrals which are either end of Hope Street. There is a car park across the road at £5.00 per day. The hotel is bright, clean and modern. it was a lovely hotel and the staff where very nice. I would go back to the Hope St Hotel again as it was in a great location. Thanks to the staff it was great. best regards anto

We stayed here for two nights from July 24th and would highly recommend it. The staff are very helpful and our room was spacious and had every comfort. The only slight drawback was the amount of street noise since our room was at the front. The location is good with several good restaurants nearby and a 10 minute walk to the city centre. the room was a bit small but the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The area is lovely - good old fashioned pubs (Belvedear, Ye Crackle), good restaurants - we ate at the Side Door - very good. So lovley weekend!

We stayed at the Hope Street Hotel at the end of May. Staff were helpful and polite. The room was great, comfortable, clean and as expected. My only criticism was that there was no mini bar in our room (King Deluxe) which i found slightly odd as it is a 4Star hotel. Bathroom was beautiful. Great hotel. Ten minute walk from the city centre. You want be disappointed.

This was our second time to stay at Hope Street and again we were very well treated and the food in the Carriage Works very very good will be going back in July and will be staying here again wouldn.t stay any where else as it is nice and quite at night and the beds were amazing;

Vi bodde på Hope Street i två nätter och gillade allt. Från baren, till menyn, till rummen, servicen och omgivningen. Kvarteren runt omkring är mysiga med bra restauranger och tio min promenad till stadskärnan. Personalen var extremt trevlig och hjälpsam, dessutom är hotellet snyggt och personligt! Vi kommer åka tillbaka.

När vi kom till vårt rum var det kallt så vi fick slå på värmen, det var några färgfläckar (små) på väggarna och glasen såg inte rena ut. Under vistelsen beställde vi en massage men det kom aldrig någon massör så vi ringde receptionen och de hade glömt bort att ringa oss för att berätta att de inte fått tag på någon. bestälde ett rökfritt rum fick ett rum som stank ask-kopp gick inte o byta sa dom.jag hade med mig mitt barn vi sov me öppna fönster i en söng för att lukten var så hemsk.De blev jätte kallt och vi var redan förkylda.
