Das Frühstück ist mit US$ 12 meines erachtens zu teuer !!! Hooters Restaurant direkt am Hotel ...... gut um am Abend noch ein "Absacker" zu nehmen !!! Schöne Aussicht auf Louisville bei Nacht vom Bristol Restaurant.

War für 5 Nächte in diesem schönen, im viktorianischen Stil erbauten Hotel. Das Zimmer war groß, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lobby ist eine Augenweide. Restaurant ("The English Grill") ist zwar teuer aber sehr gut. Die Bar ist recht klein, man fühlt sich aber trotzdem wohl, auch wegen der überaus freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Die Lage ist insbesondere für Geschäftsreisende, welche in Downtown bleiben wollen, hervorragend. Wenn ich wieder in Louisville bin, werde ich mit SIcherheit auch wieder dieses Hotel wählen.
Lage
Days Inn Louisville Airport Fair and Expo Center liegt in Flughafennähe in Louisville in der Nähe der folgenden Sehenswürdigkeit: Kentucky Exposition Center. Zu den weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung gehören: Churchill Downs und Papa John's Cardinal-Stadion.

"Ran the KDMM...Perfectly located!"
Easy check-in/check-out process...location & price were perfect for my weekend stay. Room was clean and the service was excellent. Would definitely stay here again if I run any more races in Louisville.

"Days Inn Lousiville -HORRIBLE"
We were put in a smoking room after requesting a non-smoking... I understand that rooms are subject to availability so we made do but I requested to be moved the next night to non smoking... I was told it was fine and told by the front desk we didn't have to remove our things... We come back mid afternoon to move rooms and we are told that we almost […] didn't get another room because our stuff was still in the smoke infested room. Long story short, do not stay here... "Did you even try"
Room 222 had a clogged sink and some pretty nasty, funky stuff would float up into the sink as a result. It was pretty disgusting. Long black hair on the sheets and pillow cases. They stand out so obviously I don't see why the housekeepers didn't just pick them off. You don't even want to look at the heavier blanket on the bed. I made the mistake of […] looking closely and discovered A LOT of pubic hair that had become trapped in the blanket fibers. I don't expect perfection, especially at a budget location, but I don't think they even tried. It was a short overnight stay, just passing through. If you can put up with sub-standard cleanliness then the hotel is fine. If you expect a little more even from a budget location, then spend a bit more money and stay on the NE end of Louisville. Mehr

"staff very rude"
Terrible place to stay. There are all kinds of people walking pass the hotel. One night I saw two guys walking pass my door. I notified hotel staff they just refused to do anything about it. When I asked to be transferred to different room they refused, charged me for a suite. This is the nastiest, flea bag motel I have ever seen. Had there been another room in the city of Louisville, I would have moved to a different Hotel in the middle of the night. BEWARE, if you book a single bed, they will put you in a smoking room, even if you request non-smoking. The rooms are trashed and look like a bad "B" movie. The paint was all chipped in the room major cold air leak on room door (it was 16 degrees outside) loud guests upstairs drunk vomiting people outside room. Not happy at all this is at its best a D- Hotel

I booked this hotel for my husband myself and our 3 year old daughter. The room was supposed to be a queen bed! I have never seen a queen bed so small. The lady at the counter said it was a hotel queen , whatever that is! I wanted a queen for 3 people to sleep! Only 2 pillows, 2 towels, phone didn't work, and there were no tables in the room at all! […] The phone that didn't work, on the floor! So it was pretty much a bed, and bathroom! When I complained they looked at me like I was from outer space! The room itself was clean enough. Very small but the price was affordable. Unfortunately this hotel is not in the best section of town and there was a lot of activity during the late night hours. We had a group of younger men that hung outside our room and were very loud. We did not call the front lobby which we should have. The accommodations were nothing to brag about, but adequate. Had to stand in ankle-deep water while showering. Appreciated the continental breakfast.

The hotel is convenient to the airport and inexpensive. Past that there is not much good to say. It is run down and in need of remodeling. The cleaning crew needs to pay more attention to the corners and details. The neighborhood is commercial. Stay there to save money, nothing else.
"Paper thin walls didn't feel safe"
Room was 51 degrees when we arrived. Took 45 minutes to warm. Traffic was loud and vibrated beds. Could hear noise from all surrounding rooms plus outside. Felt unsafe from adjacent patrons. Don't stay here. We wanted a few hours of rest from being at hospital. Didn't happen. May have been cheap but a waste of money. Breakfast a joke. Should have stayed […] in hospital waiting room! Mehr

"Better than most at this price point"
I'm cheap - and I like a good value, but I expect to be disappointed most of the time by cheap hotels. This Days Inn was an exception. Great location, clean room, comfortable bed, everything worked. A great value. Wish they all could be this good!

"very noisy"
My recent stay at this hotel was not a good one. The bed was very uncomfortable. and I could hear all the traffic and doors of other guests all night long. The tv remote was not in good working order and you had to position the to a certain way in order to get good reception. overall I would not stay at this hotel again

"FINE STAY AT HOTEL"
my husband and I stayed 2 nights,he found it much nicer than another place we stayed a week age in the same town, would recommend to others, good location and room was nice. We will return next time in town.
The room was in a VERY rural area and was an older type hotel. We asked for non smoking and could tell the room had previously been smoked in. Beds were comfortable but overall was not impressed with the cost versus the actual room that we received.

"cheap rates great room"
My boyfriend and I were going to Lexington for a UK Wildcats basketball game. His clutch went out so we had it towed to a shop and needed a hotel room close by. Cheapest rates and the room was clean, quiet and comfy.

"Less than ideal"
Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke, and there were not enough linens in the room for our use. The staff gave us additional linens when we asked, but removed them when they cleaned the room each day (requiring us to ask again each night).

Hotel a dump, carpet covered in stains, supposed to be non-smoking room but could smell smoke in room. Room very noisy could hear everything going on outside and in adjacent rooms. Could not sleep with dumpsters being emptied at 3:00am and the jets taking off from 3:30am to check out. I will not stay here again.
"Great price, not half bad hotel!"
I stayed at this hotel because i needed a really cheap hotel, I usually get worried about the neighborhood and tennants. However, the hotel was pretty alright! 10-15 min from downtown, the people who ran it weren't extremely friendly but they were not mean and they took care of the place. "Great room not so great location"
The room was great, clean large. Didn't like the area, airport, near busy road. The Sat morning attendant at check out was super nice, the Friday evening attendant not so pleasant.

I was a bit disapppointed with my stay at Days Inn. It did not come up to par with other stays. The room smelled like there had been smoking in it. I can't believe it was really a non-smokuing room. Also the bathroom seemed pretty dingy with peeling paint, etc. On the positive side, the lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly

the hotel was overall junky, the ceiling in the shower was falling down the light fixtures were falling apart, their were roaches and it was in the worst spot to get in or out of. the doors didn't fit right and the neighborhood was horrible

The road noise was the most i have ever had to deal with in any hotel i've ever stayied in. And its all night long.

Wasn't exactly what I expected it to be. Especially from the appearance listed on Hotel.com. The room carpet seem to need replacing due to the smell.
Suppose to have a continental breakfast. Got to Libby at 8:00, the juice machine wasn't turned on, and the clerk had no idea how to do it. The nonsmoking room smelled like a chimney!

"MOLDY Fleabag Hotel...YUCK!!"
This was probably the worse hotel experience we've ever had. As soon as we walked into the room, we wereoverwhelmed by the musty smell of old mold! The A/C wasn't even on, so we had to leave for a while to wait for the room to cool hoping it would diminish the smell of mold, but when we came back, it was still so potent that we had trouble falling asleep. Everyone was very friendly and nice. For the price, the room was clean and comfortable. It was easy access to the interstate and plenty of restaurants and stores around to fulfill your needs I would stay there again.
