schoene bilder im internet, doch so grosszuegig stellt sich die anlage in wirklichkeit nicht dar. haeuser sind sehr eng zusammengebaut, meist zwei wohnungen in einem hausteil, schlecht isolierte zwischendecken, sodass man die personen aus dem oberen wohnungsteil immer hoert, wenn diese herumlaufen. auch sind die wasserleitungen nicht gut abisoliert. am […] wochenende faellt das "partyvolk" ein, die interne security versucht fuer ruhe zu sorgen. wuerde das naechste mal versuchen, in der innenstadt von banff zu wohnen, denn fuer diesen preis wird dort auch etwas zu bekommen zu sein. We went midweek (Tues - Friday) and had a nice quiet few days. I've heard the weekends get a bit noisy, but we didn't encounter any problems. The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in a 1 bedroom with loft, which was fairly comfortable and held 4 adults and a baby. The hot pools were nice and relaxing with a nice view of the mountains.

Hotel is quiet and convenient for groups as there are 3 bedrooms suites including a full-kitchen and living room with a fireplace. It is also well located, about 5 minutes drive to downtown Banff.

This is a quiet spot with free bus service to downtown.

The place was beautiful, well kept. Free Bus service into town was a great plus as we had 2 vehicles and this way we did not have to worry about parking. The buildings were clean, had to call front desk and housekeeping and they cme to are room within 5 min.

Staff were friendly. We were upgraded at cost extra $30.00. We did report the smell of smoke in our room but even with attempts to make changes the smell did remain.

We've stayed here before and this site is quite nice. Room are clean, staff friendly. DUring the week was perfect, weekends got a little noisy with partyers but when I complained the security and front desk staff responded promptly. I would go back. Hotel also has hot tub, cool pool, not the closest to town but only a 20 minute walk away.

This hotel is located in an amazing place with beautiful mountain views. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and cozy with a woodburning fireplace that sets the mood. Would definitely go back!

We really liked this place. Our room was spacious, with a kitchenette, a fireplace, and a separate bedroom. The property was nice, clean, and well-maintained. The […] people at the front desk were very helpful and courteous. Parking was free, and there seemed to be plenty of parking spots, but over the weekend parking spots filled up quickly. The hotel is located somewhat away from Banff town, tucked away in the woods. We saw some deer walking just outside our window! We liked the location because it was away from the busy tourist traffic, and it had such nice views of the mountains! Overall, we are happy with our stay there. We want to go back to Banff someday, and if we do, we would like to stay at this place again! Mehr

Booked last minute and received a great deal on the suite. Staff were very friendly. Hot tub was fantastic! Living room in suite could have been more comfortable but beds were excellent. Location is outside of the town with nice mountain views. This was my second stay. Both times very good. Take advantage of the outdoor bbq!

We were all impressed with the accommodation, the service and the best of all the Hot Pool!!! Everything at our fingertips, firewood, ice etc.. Having the bus pass was a huge plus, when shopping or eating out, did not have to worry abt driving after drinking.Thanks for the memories!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed the resort and were really happy with the free bus shuttle that was offered. It was so much easier than trying to park downtown in Banff

Immediately upon check in and after securing the condo which sleeps 8, the host at the front desk advised me he was going to be charging me an additional rate for 2 additional people. He advised me I had only two people registered to stay in the room. I said that wasn't right as the room sleeps 8 and my family was travelling from Saskatchewan. I had […] my booking papers which prooved him wrong!! Despite my paperwork and advising him there would be only four in the room due to inclement weather condition in Saskatchewan, he advised me he was going to charge me for an additional two "anyway"..... Needless to say, I expressed my concern and I was clearly not happy as to "WHY" he would like to charge me for something that I am not buying and is not happening. I refused to pay his extra charges and had I "not" had my paperwork, I'm not certain what he would of ended up paying for a room that sleeps 8 with only four people in it!!???? Mehr

Stayed in unit h309 which is a fully detached condo. We were 4 adults & 4 children and just loved it! The minor downers were the outside parking and noisy kids partying on weekends. The parking outside the unit is not designated to the renter and is on a first come first serve basis so other guests may take the parking space in front of your door. On […] the other hand there's plenty of space in the underground lot and your vehicle stayes nice & warm. Like any ski condo weekends are busy and you might have noisy neighbours... We eere lucky with the first weekend but not the second one. As I said, nothing major... The exceptional spa and pool, added to the awsome staff they have more than compensates! Mehr

Would stay again....STAFF EXCEPTIONAL...Great place if you have a family and are planning to ski and you prepare your meals ahead of time. I was impressed with washer and dryers. Will definitely go again...we rent the luxury condo.

Great place to stay. It has one of the best outdoor hot tubs in Banff and spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. Very comfortable rooms with fireplaces but if you want to have a fire, bring an axe; the firewood provided jumps from very fine kindling to half logs.

The hotel is very nice. The employees are polite and pleasent! The bedroom was too small to open the door fully and the main door did not shut properly. The hot tub and hot pool outside was great!

The rooms are clean and functional. The bedroom is very small and the sink leaked over the floor all the time. The option of having a fire in your own grate is a really good option. The hot tub and views from it made it really worthwhile. In summary, ok accommodation at reasonable rates for a weekend, with amazing hot tub, but no longer.

Excellent hotel, beautifully landscaped grounds, great hot tub and sauna and very friendly, helpful staff. Room very warm and comfortable. Could have done with a bit more info re the facilities in each type of room - we were under the impression that ours had 2 showers/baths.

We have stayed at Hidden Ridge many times and have really enjoyed it as a place to make our home away from home in Banff. The location up on Tunnel Mt provides beautiful mountain views and easy access to lovely walking opportunities. We also really enjoy the wood burning fireplace.

After going to this hotel for 7 years in a row, the rooms are starting to show their age. The toilet ran, the glass doors on the fireplace are long gone and have never been replaced. The facilities itself and staff were amazing. It is a little far from Banff town center, but they offer free public transport use so getting there/finding parking is no issue. There are plenty of hiking trails in the area which is really nice. The nstaff blew us away with how friendly they were. Our only complaint was noise. We were in one of the lower […] condos with neighbors above and all night long we heard stomping and partying. Voices travel and it felt like they were going to come through the roof. Our stay at hidden ridge was exceptional. We stayed on a Sunday night seeking a good deal on banff hotels. The price was very competitive and in the turned out to be better than great value for money. We upgraded to the honeymoon suite which became available last minute and it was totally worth it. We had a special night staying in one of the condo suites at Hidden Ridge Resort. Though we declined offers of an upgraded room (the deal wasn't that great) and stuck with the no-mountain-view lower-floor basic room. We still loved it. The room had a well-equiped kitchen, a small dining/living room area and a single bedroom with two queen beds. It was […] simple and somewhat rustic, but that's what we liked about it. We started by jumping in the hot pool with cold winter wind whipping over our heads. Our request for more wood was promptly responded to and we enjoyed a roaring fire with our wine. An unexpected bonus was the bus passes that meant easy transportation to and from the Banff townsite. We enjoyed our brief stay and can foresee a longer stay in the future. Mehr

Hidden Ridge met the needs of our family of five and dog's trip to Banff, but did not exceed them. View is lovely, but hot tub windy in January. Wear a toque! :) The room was HOT so we were unable to use the fireplace. The beds were very nice, but the pull out was very uncomfortable. Two families travelled together for Christmas week. We started out with 2 units- a small 1 bedroom as well as a premium 3 bedroom unit which we used for larger gatherings. As the week progressed and our number changed from 7 to 5, we let the one unit go and all stayed in the larger unit. The location on tunnel mountain was amazing with the property […] home to many mule deer and a wonderful outdoor hot tub. The staff were enthusiastic and incredibly helpful and even provided each of the units with a stocking on Christmas morning. The only minor issue for us was that the living room was quite small therefore it was difficult to accomodate everyone in that space. However, it was a ski vacation and the unit was very cosy. Skiing and boarding at Sunshine and Lake Louise was outstanding! We have stayed at other locations on Tunnel Mountain and definitely think Hidden Ridge is the best! Mehr

Very impressive views, hot tub and over all "Feel". We loved our condo and appreciated the friendly and knowledgable service. Busses are availbale for free to Mainstreet in Banff, which we used and were grateful for. Our friends and family will be back - great quality for pricing!
