NH Vienna Airport - Schwechat

This is a very comfortable hotel to stay near VIE. (Like 20 meters outside the main arrivals door.) The business center was overpriced and lacked basic functionality, like the ability to upload a picture. Excellent location if you are flying out of the Vienna Airport. NOISY location with lots of auto and bus noises, even with windows closed. Overpriced breakfast and restaurant. Biggest benefit is location as you are only steps from the airport terminal.

The hotel is clean and very convient to the Vienna airport (easy walking distance). The AC did not work but the windows open and even being close to the airport the noise was not bad. Easy access to the CAT train. Good for the travler with an early flight.

I stayed at this hotel for one night arriving rather late and leaving mid day. Location is great for airport travelers as it’s literally 50m walk from the terminal exit. Staff is nice and price is ok. The allowed late check out with no issues which are always appreciated and the location of the nearby conference center (for which I booked a board meeting) is great. Overall the hotel is convenient but the add-ons cost way too much. Also the AC did not work in the room.

If you want to stay within walking distance of the Vienna airport, this is the perfect place. If you want a bargain, try something else. My TV wouldn't turn on at all. After the maintenance person came up to the room, he suggested I call the front desk. I was asked to change rooms. Since I was already practically in bed, I asked if I could simply have […] internet and not be charged for it instead. I was told sure and opted for that. I logged onto my phone's wifi for a minute to check personal e-mail, and when I went to log on to my work laptop it wouldn't work. You pay separately for each device. When I went to check out in the morning, the internet access charge was on the bill. I don't mind if I know the rules up front, but to not get the explanation and to get charged for something when I'm told I'm going to get it in lieu of the working television, I just find it rather annoying. The pros about this hotel is the walking distance to the check in counters at the Vienna airport and the fact that the windows open in the rooms. It is clean, but the beds are hard and uncomfortable for a non European. The food is mediocre and expensive. Unhelpful and haughty staff! The young man at reception would not even confirm my flight for the next morning. The brochure sttaes that there are healthj club facilities, but it does NOT mention that one must pay an additional 9 Euro to use them--unheard of in such a hotel! This is deceptive, in my view. The telephone was inoperable, and a maintenance […] man did not come to repair it until more than two hours after I had reported. Additionally, this hotel would not permit use of telephone cards. For these two reasons, I had to go to the airport to use a coin telephone to use my card to call my husband.. VERY disappointing hotel! It clearly does not merit a four-star rating. Mehr

Everything costs extra to the price I paid on hotels.com - internet, gym... The fridge in room did not work - they were saying that they have nobody on site to fix. This is not my problem, service people have to check that everything functions in the room. No ice available. So any food or medication you have needs to be stored at main office. I booked this hotel for my last night in Vienna because it is across the street from the airport. The location was very convenient for my early morning flight back to the USA. As an added bonus, my bus from Bratislava dropped me off at the airport -- across the street from the hotel. The room was well-appointed -- with an emphasis on functionality. In particular, the bed was very comfortable. My only complaints are that there is a per-minute charge for use of the hotel computer with internet (but free Wi-Fi if you have your own computer). Also, the prices at the hotel bar are fairly expensive. Overall, for the purpose of my 1-night stay, I was very pleased with this hotel. I would definitely consider staying there again if I had an early flight out of Vienna airport. Mehr

This hotel is a walk across the street from arrivals hall at VIE airport. It's relatively new, clean and very convienent. If you want to visit the city, there is a direct train to city center that departs just a few steps from the hotel door. I use Vienna frequently for my return flight from Central Europe. This hotel makes the 7am departures far less stressful. You can walk across the street to check in your large bag the night before. It is so convient that you have to be prepared to be too early for your flight. Professional travelers tend to dominate the mix.

This hotel in absolute walking distance to flight departures and arrivals. Also in walking distance from Europe car rental. There are 2 or 3 trains also right there for service into Vienna. The dining room features a 25 euro buffet which was good. Don't know if that a high rate for the area. Alternate dining is a cafe in air terminal arrivals entrance […] to the right.. Noticed on airport services brochure that said supermarket which was on a higher level in airport but didn't have a chance to check this out. The NH Hotel is overpriced, breakfats is almost $20! Also, part of the hotel is in deperate need of a makeover and is looking its age with peach stucco walls. I felt as if I were sleeping in my grandmothers extra bedroom, without the a/c.

excellent location for travelers wish to have free internet

I've had to stay in many 'airport hotels' and have, by and large, found them to be adequate at getting you to the airport in the morning but not much else. That is not the case at this property! This was first class all the way and, for the rate I got on hotels.com, a phenomenal value! Not only that, the meal we ate in the hotel dining room (the ala […] carte, not the buffet) was one of the best we had during our entire two-week vacation in Austria, Italy and Croatia! This is literally the only hotel withhin walking distance of Vienna's airport, Wien-Schwechat. Thus, it is slightly more expensive than other hotels in the nearby village of Schwechat. Check-in and check-out were efficient and rapid. I was positively surprised that they didn't ask for a credit card for "incidentals" upon check-in. First of all you can't beat the location if you are on an early flight or arriving late.This is a great hotel. I found my room new with modern furnishings and really nice bathroom. The light rail link to dowtown Vienna is right outside the hotel, as well as bus connections to other countries and other parts of Austria. この度は、ウィーンから入り、ヨーロッパ各地を回ってまた最後にウィーンに戻ってくる日程だったのですが、最終行程まで必要ない荷物をフロントで無料で預かってくれたお陰で とても楽に旅ができました！（ちなみにイタリアでもNHホテルにしましたが、やはり荷物預かり有り・清潔な部屋でした！） ウィーンに遅くに到着して次の朝のフライトが早い人には断然お勧めです。 ただ、歯ブラシやアメニティは別途依頼しないと部屋にはありません。WIFIも有料です。（歩いて1分先の空港まで行くと無料であります。） また空港の地下にはBILLAというスーパーがあり、安いお土産や自分用の調味料や日用品の購入に便利でした！

Very convenient location, we had a nice quiet room. Perfect for overnight stay before early flight.

A localização é o trunfo do hotel. Eu senti de uma receoção mais amigável e de wi fi gratuito, já que o hotel oferece apenas 30 minutos de wi fi, na chegada.

El hotel esta tocando al aeropuerto. La habitación es amplia al igual que el baño.
