For the price not a bad stay. Friendly service at check-in. The room was clean (a little on the small side) and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. After the event we had traveled to go see and had dinner we were going to go have a drink at (Nashville's) the motel bar. They wanted to charge a $5 cover i guess because a country band was playing […] there. We passed....only wanting to get a drink. But that's a minor complaint . The free breakfast the next morning was good and the woman restocking the food was very friendly and helpful. Overall for the money....well worth the stay ! Mehr

It was very good. I appreciated the price and the amenities, esp. in room frig, microwave, etc and free hot breakfast.

I liked it very much. My only concern but I don't see they have any choice is that breakfast is served in the bar, which is dark and all the available seating is on tall stools. That was not really comfortable yet at the saem time I appreciated a free hot breakfast.

The first room given had not been cleaned from prior guest. The second room had Luke warm heat. No parking on that side of hotel. Will not return.

Entrance door lock was broken, bath tub water stopper was missing, the bathroom sink and potty was so poorly located that when on the potty then the bathroom door could not be opened by another person. But, the breakfast was good and the people serving the breakfast were very friendly.

Not clean, low water pressure, smelled horrible, blankets old, carpet filthy, everything in room looked left over from the 1980's (furniture, telephone, television).

The room was clean. Breakfast was very good. The pillows on the bed were not the greatest. Only a 5-10 minute drive to the Rochester Institute of Technology.

I contacted the hotel a week in advance to let them know we would be coming in late, 3am. When we arrived we were told the reservation had been canceled, it took an hour to get a room. The first day there was no room service, so the room was not clean. The toilet had a leak so the toilet would fill up about twice an hour. I literally needed a place to sleep, and good thing too because I would've hated having to spend any waking hours in my room. The room was a smoking room, and man you could surely tell. That said, it had clean sheets and a clean, working bathroom, which is all I needed.

It was one of the best we have ever had at any hotel, The staff was very accommodating....we arrived 3 hrs too early to check in. they allowed us to check in due to our long trip...7 hrs.

The bar attached to the lobby was extremely loud. And even though we were in an adjacent building which was not even attached to the main hotel, the sound was a pounding beat.

Ok but I wouldn't book there again. Tried to access public phone or room phone to call home - this was not available. Breakfast set up in last nights bar room - not too appetizing. Hotel personnel really didn't go out of their way to assist with any of my concerns

The bed was about as comfortable as sleeping on the floor. The room was not very clean, with hair and dust and dirt all around the edge of the bathroom floor. The room was so small that it was hard to move around without running into the furniture. The toilet had a chip inside the bowl, making it look like the toilet needed to be cleaned. The door was […] difficult to open, with the lock working half the time. The keycard would unlock it, but the door would stick when trying to push it open. The bathroom door was VERY difficult to close, since the jamb had been painted over several times. The most insignificant complaint I have is that the coffee provided in the room was so weak that it didn't even taste like coffee. This room is only acceptable if you're looking for a cheap bed for the night and need no comforts. Mehr

Really, wasn't good...I was traveling and if I wasn't so tired I would have left. There was zero security. I stayed in a wing around the corner of the lobby. First of all, I went with little expectation, knowing it's among the cheapest options around. The room was a little smelly, the towels were a little worn. But wireless internet, what I happen to need the most while traveling, was fine. The breakfast was rather good, a lot better than in many more expensive places. This is the 2nd time I have stayed at the Days Inn and for the value it is a good hotel. This time though, we were in the "D" section and the room was very musty smelling from being closed up I even went and bought an air freshener and we turned the air conditioner on as soon as we got in which seem to help. The condition of the room was disappointing. We did not mid the small size, but the phone to front desk, the coffee maker, and the hair dryer did not work. However, the staff did work to fix them. This is a cheap and cheerful hotel OK for one or two nights. Clean but tired. Front desk service slow and indifferent. Doors did not fit properly. Breakfast was OK but nothing to shout about. Not as good as other Days Inns I have stayed at. Location good for nearby shopping malls and not too far from downtown Rochester

Pealing walpaper in room and at times no hot water. Breakfest was very good with very nice staff person who kept up this area very well. I allways stay here for the reasonable price, good value for the money.

For the most part, the hotel was pleasant, and what I expected for a good price. My disappointment was that during the middle day of my two-night stay, no one came in to make up the room. I did have "do not disturb" on the door until noon, but not afterwards. There was also no sign available to ask for the room to be made up. But the hotel is convenient […] to both RIT (where I was dropping off my daughter) and many restaurants and stores. And it's right next to the highway for easy arrival and departure. This Days Inn is a tired facility. The rooms are small and in need of care. The efforts to provide the amenities of newer hotels creates a cluttered effect. While generally clean, such details as a poorly cleaned bathroom mirrow, which I corrected myself, and a loose toilet seat. This room was adequate for a night's sleep, but not terribly comfortable. […] The breakfast was better than many, and the individual who was overseeing it was efficient and pleasant.
