Hotel closing at an early hour and no staff members on site. Made the mistake of leaving my key in my room. My mistake, I'm human. Took the manager an hour and a half to arrive and let me back in. She was very friendly and accommodating

Cute room with full kitchen, would stay again

Stayed at this location for 5 nights on business while in Kannapolis. Was a little hesitant to stay here based on very mixed reviews, but my stay was great. On Tuesday evenings they have a social for the residents with food provided. During this period I had the occasion to talk with the General Manager. She stated that she had not been at the property […] long and had to make many changes. Apparently the changes are working as my stay was between good and great and I would stay there again based on this stay. Mehr

Nice facility for the price, rooms were clean and staff was very courteous and helpful.

I saw a roach before my wife did early Sunday morning and I did not tell her. I will not stay there again. My wife enjoyed the sleep, the bed, but not the heating unit. Sorry, i give it a 2.5.

clean, comfy, but slightly small suite style room. pet friendly and freindly staff. no free wifi?

Stayed there one night and my dog got fleas. the rooms smelled like wet dog and mold and they only left a 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper and not a extra roll in sight. We will not stay with them again even if you paid me too.

Very friendly staff and welcoming due to our relocation. The room was extremely spacious with a separate bedroom and a full kitchen. It is very convenient to our vacation destination. We will check these rates again for next trip.

Most of the people staying at the hotel looked like homeless people. A little too low class for us...

This "hotel" (and I use that term very loosely) was not what I thought I was reserving. We were probably the only room occupied by someone NOT living there. Our room was supposed to be a Non-Smoking Room, yet when we opened the door, the smoke smell about knocked my husband and I both down. The towels even smelled of smoke. We arrived in the middle […] of the night or otherwise, we would have gone somewhere else. Also, this place is right beside the interstate and the constant sound of tractor trailers whizzing by was loud. Also, I expected to find a hair dryer in the bathroom...Upon further inspection, there was no hair dryer. When I inquired at the Front Desk, I was told that people stole them all the time and there was not one available. That was a shame too because I didn't pack mine as I "thought" there was one in the room. My husband refers to this place now as the "rat hole" and I have to agree...This place sucks! Mehr

Everything was seamless. The hotel was great. The room was very nice and modern with a flat screen tv, couch, and comfortable bed. I really enjoyed my stay. Staff was polite and hotel cleanliness was a 10. At this price, I was impressed to say the least.

Hotel was very decent, stayed there 3 nights-clean rooms, good room service. We had to check out after the first night and came back again. They gave us a non-smoking room (as we had requested), but it was next to some smoking rooms and there was a slight smell, when we told the front desk, they switched our room immediately apologizing for the inconvenience. was coming back home on a trip to alabama from virginia. i was not happy that i only had ONE pillow when my family checked into our room. with me and my wife traveling with our 2 kids this was NOT acceptable. when i went to the front desk they said they were out. how does a hotel not have enough pillows i dont understand. this shouldnt happen. i told […] them please i need more pillows i only have one, later they found one but it was wet they said and had to dry it. i asked the young gentleman at the front desk if there were any vacant rooms he said there were 3 rooms not booked. i asked if they could go there and get the pillows from that room but they said no they cant do that. you operate and run a hotel rooms should have more than 1 pillow. when i first told the lady that worked there that my room only had 1 pillow she said you should have 4 pillows. yes i should have had 4 but i didnt. this was not a comfortable experience. i had to use towels and fold them into pillows for my children to sleep on. so based on my experience i would not recommend this hotel at all. also when speaking to hotel staff it seemed to me that they didnt care as i felt like i was interrupting their personal talk that they were engaged in was more imoportant than help out a guest. Very good rate for this extended stay hotel through Hotels.Com Did not include continental breakfast at this rate, but we didn't stay there to eat. IHOP was right up the street. Lighting in the rooms leaves a little to be desired and not alot of space to move around. Did not have forks in the drawer when we were cooking dinner and had to go get them. […] Did not have a blow dryer either, but they would loan you one at the front desk for "an hour." Asked why? "They keep getting stolen." Overall, a good stay, good facility, particularly for the price. We were only there for the Legends Million races at Concord at Charlotte Motor Speedway and it served a good purpose for us. Good place for racing fans! Mehr

It had it's good points and it's bad points. The good was having one bedroom rooms, which are nice to have if you have kids. They also provided dinner for us, which actually tasted good. The bad was they only had one crib in the hotel and with twins you need two. Also our room was missing a tv set. I would recommend this hotel to others. My only suggestion […] is to maybe provide muffins or doughnuts in the morning. Something simple would really go along way with the customers leaveing the hotel on a positive note. Mehr

Stay in a 1-bed room with sleeper sofa. Romm very small but it does have full fridge, mini stove and silverware. The halway smell bad. Ok fo a 1-night stay.
