I read alot of the reviews of this hotel before I purchased two nights worth. I just thought people were being picky. They weren't. There were actually ants in the sink as reported. The towels were like sandpaper. So we're the sheets. The beds were like cement slabs that were made from 100 years ago. BUT on the positive side, there was covered parking […] available. Even though we waited at the front desk to initially check for about 20 minutes because no one heard the doorbell, it turned out the hosts were not being rude, they were just old and deaf, but really kind and accommodating once they realized we were waiting. And the location was very convenient---relatively close to the park. Would I stay there again? No, not ever. But the room served it's purpose of providing running water and a place of shelter for nighttime. You get what you pay for, and at least it is cheap---you never spend much time there anyways being you're hopefully enjoying your time at the Happiest Place on Earth. Mehr

The hotel is close to Disneyland but it is a good walk to get there... No food in walking distance... Taxi was about $7.00 one way

Moldy bathroom, plastic sheets on the bed (under the normal sheets), unplugged phone, non-functional TV, room smelled like smoke despite it being a "non-smoking" room, questionable carpet. Needless to say, I will not be staying here again.

The location was awesome and the staff were friendly and courteous however the room appeared as though there were blood spots all over the bathroom. The bathroom tile was cracked and there was a large hole in one of our shared walls.

I've always used this hotel in the past for my trips to Dineyland due to the value and location of the hotel. The owners before were East Indian and were very good people. The new owner/manager that is there now was very, very rude! How dare he ask me to sign the contact and rip it out of my hands before I could read it. What was he trying to hide?

It is the Chinese Newyear! My family took a day off to celebrate Newyear and stay at this motel. It looks nice online; but the inside of the room is kinda dirty and old! the sink is clog with water. My family had to use the bathtub for washing; so the clog water from the sink do not overflow. It okay for 1 night stay; but more than this is no no no […] . Mehr

Just for a place to stay... Don't expect modern furniture or glam. The hotel room I stay in was very cheesy and reminded me of the movie Psycho. But, overall you can't beat the loacation. Right next to good ole Disney! Just make sure Norm is not there.

The room was nice and clean. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Parking was the only drawback but yes I would stay here again.

Our stay at this hotel was great!! The room was clean and very comfortable, we had no issues during our stay, the staff was very nice and helpful. The location is great, very close to Disneyland and to resturants. We will definately stay here again.

The staff was very helpful and informative. They had written instructions ready for how to get to and from Disneyland. The hotel was nice and convenient. We will stay there again for sure!

please this hotel was horrible.we arrived.no parking at all. the manager says the maid spilt something on the floor,and he had to put a towel down,in front of the sink.ok remember it after midnight .with 2 children.so we go into the rm.smells like toliet water.like the toliet had overflowed into all the carpet .the sink still had backed partcles in […] it.it was filthy .had to walk with shoes on or your feet were soaked with toliet water.we should have left .but to late never again .what a dive.very dirty hotel.it needs a F.they need to do an inspection on this hotel... Cheap, comfortable, good service, microwave/refrigerator. What more could you ask for.

while the service and features are not super impressive, no one can beat the location they have. going to disneyland, they are 2-3 min away from the disney parking lot if you can sneak in :) going back to the hotel, you can get down of the tram to the parking lot, and exit from the other side of level 2 to be in your room in 3 minutes. consider it […] as a bed and breakfast and you wont be unhappy for the price you give. Lady in front desk was nice but hotel overall horrible!. Feels n looks dirty would not want to stay there ever again . Restroom looked like it was falling apart and walls were falling apart too. Only nice thing is that right in the back of the building when you get out of Disneyland you can go thru the parking lot and get to the hotel .

you cant beat the price of this hotel. it is a basic hotel that is close to Disneyland.

For one thing not much parking in a very little parking lot. The spa was not working and had garbage in it. When we got in the room that had a non-smoking sign on the door, you could see that it was full of burn marks on the beds, and carpet. Speaking of carpet, it was so nasty when I took my shoes off my feet got black from walking on it. What was […] so funny about it was it had two remotes in the room, one for the TV that did not work for the TV, and one for a ceiling fan. The room had no ceiling fan. Also the AC unit in the room did not work right, you could only get the fan going with no heat or cooling. Im sure the maid did the best she could with what she had to work with. As the title says we went to the hotel and they told us someone made a mistake and our room that we booked was given to someone else! Also until someone came for us we had to keep ringing the bell for more than 15 minutes! They ended up giving us a different room but I was very shocked about this.

Carpets need to to be cleaned. They are black.

You get what you pay for. For the price fairly nice hotel The man at the front office was very nice and helpful. Hotels.com said the hotel was .26 miles from Disneyland it is really over a mile about a 30 min walk not bad when your heading over there but after being at the park all day it was a drag to have to walk back.

This was an O.K. hotel. The parking is really hard to get into. They charge 50 cents for a bucket of ice. The hotel itself was alright. I probably wouldn't stay there again.

The hotel wasn't very clean, a lot of dust. The lights only work when they feel like it. There are no hair dryers or complimentary soap. The pillows are extremely flat and the swamp cooler air conditioning doesn't work very well. This place is at the employee entrance of Disneyland (where visitors exit). Bathrooms had mildew all over, some lights didn't even have bulbs in them, half the lights in our room worked. Extremely poor lighting. But walking distance from disney. You get what you pay for even though I expected more

You could walk from your hotel to DisneyLand. Because we saved so much on our room we were able to spend more on the fun stuf.

There wasn't enough parking for everyone. I ha to park in front of the ice machine at night. Then in the morning they make you move it when you didnt plan on driving the car. It's definitely not maingate. We decide to walk into te tram parking area to try and catch the tram, no one noticed which was great! It made our walk a million times better!! […] Instead of walking a mile it was about half. Other than that our room was very spacious, very clean, our shower head sucked but that's normal, very dark in the morning which was great our last night we got to sleep in. Mehr

I must say the location of our room was great for all the events we had planned. The service was awesome. We did have a couple of complaints through our stay tho. When we checked in we had a end room which was much bigger then the room we ended up with. We had to be moved because the bath tub didn't drain and when you turned on the AC it made the whole […] room smell like pee. They were very kind to let us keep all our stuff in the office for the day. We left out before check out so we recieved the new room once we got back that evening. Our television didn't work in the new room but it really didn't matter because we were gone all day long. We were in walking distance to Disneyland, we did have to walk up hill but it was no big deal. There was a complimentary breakfast every morning. Muffins, coffee, and orange juice. The carpet does need some cleaning, but we just wore play socks while in the room. Our room was cleaned daily, they even allowed us to use some coment to clean out the tub in order for us to take a bath. Yes we took baths, our bodies had to soak in some hot water. There is no swimming pool and the hot tub was broken. We did hear and see the fireworks from Disneyland every night. They sounded like cannons were going off and caused the car alarms around the area to sound. For the price we paid the room was awesome I would stay there again any time. Mehr

The room had ants and smelled like was cleaned with pure bleach, and some furniture was broken. Not enough parking for the amount of rooms. I wouldn't stay there again, even for the price.

I'll put it this way, this may not have been the "best" or "top rated" hotel to stay at, may not have been the newest and most equipped, however it was the perfect little getaway! We were going to Disneyland for 3 days and only really needed a place to stay, so why invest so much money in a "fancy" hotel when we weren't plannin on spending much time […] there? The price was MORE than affordable, and the place wasn't noisy or overcrowded (although the parking/driving area was a little bit of a squeeze, nothing too serious). The hotel staff was MORE than friendly, went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. The place was clean and although not the newest hotel out there, it was very pleasing. The location of the hotel was perfect, literally 60 seconds around the corner from the Disney parking garage, and off Ball Rd. where Harbor and Katella weren't far away for food and shopping needs. The beds were perfect, fell asleep easily and comfortably. The space in the room was small, but not too small so we had room to get around. The shower curtain could've been a little better as water got out a bit and onto the floor, but otherwise the bathroom was just fine. We had a perfectly working mini fridge and microwave (a plus) and a coffee pot that I would've used if I drank coffee :-). All in all, I would totally recommend this place to anyone with similiar needs to us, and would stay here again everytime I go to DIsneyland! Mehr

This hotel is located just close enough to be able to call itself "walking distance" from the park. It's .7 miles from Rainforest cafe, the opposite side of Downtown Disney from the parks. For the price, you really can't complain. I mention the distance to Rainforest Cafe because it's from there that you can catch the monorail into Disneyland, and spare […] yoursellf the tromp through Downtown Disney if you're not in the mood. Sweet and accommodating people work there, but this is no luxury hotel. It's an upgrade from sleeping in your car. Lock your car and room, and you should be fine. Mehr

I wasn't expecting the Ritz for the cheap price we paid, I'm ok with old and cheap rooms, but this was just yuck. As my family and I walk into the the room, the first thing that hits our faces is a waft of an odd smell. Unsure if the smell was cleaning chemical(doubt it) or something else. The box-spring on the beds were covered with plastic that had […] some weird looking stains on them. The carpet and wall were torn up behind one of the beds. Alright, I booked the hotel in planning a family trip to Disneyland and used the internet. This hotel was "1/2 a mile" from the park but that was as the bird flies. Once we got to the hotel, it had less than half the parking spaces per rooms that were there. We ended up walking 2 miles to the park entrance and the same on the way back. And then, we […] booked a non-smoking room and the gave us a smoking room where the tub had been converted to a shower where the water spout was now less than a foot above the floor. The one staff member that I dealt with throughout the stay was nice. He switched our room. Then, when we wanted to get ice, we had to pay for it. It was not too bad for the price but the walk was not worth it. Mehr

We only stayed one night so were not too bothered about comfort. Hotel was old but was clean enough considering. There was a strange chemical smell in the room from the cleaning so not sure if it was to cover up something worse. Bedding was those polyester sheets and covers were a little 'crispy'. Parking was adequate, but breakfast was nothing to shout […] about...just those pre-packed muffins. There are other hotels in this price range close to Disneyland that are nicer and more up to date. I wouldn't say don't stay there, but for myself I'd choose somewhere else that's better for the same price. Mehr

The hotel stated room was non-smoking. Strong smell of smoke, and the strong smell of aersol that they tried to use to hide smoke smell. The bathroom floors had mole. Overall condition of the place was awful. We did not stay and asked for a refund. Do not go to this place. If you ahve asthma or anyother breathing issues, very bad place to stay.

This hotel is in really great shape for the price. The rooms are clean. We checked out two rooms online and one smelled like smoke, but we did not specify non smoking, so that was our fault. The staff was outstanding and very helpful with everything we needed from directions to helping us find parking there. They even were kind to add couple extra […] people to each room when we called them because we some last minute family going with us. They were so incredibly friendly and helpful that I hope to use this hotel again, even when I am not on a budget. It is also very close to Disneyland. You guys are awesome!!! Mehr

After I had booked the motel, I then read the reviews... some were not very good and I was a little concerned. The hotel was well worth what we paid for the room. The front desk was very friendly and they let us park there while we were at Disneyland even though we had not officially checked in yet. Would definately stay there again!!

This was the worst hotel/motel I ever stayed in. The matresses had urine stains, the rooms smelled of mustiness, no facilities (pool, coffee shop, services) and I would not send my worst enemy there

The hotel uses base sheets, on the queen size beds, that are too small and do not keep the mattress covered when you lie down. This causes your bare face, etc. to come into contact with the unprotected and commonly used surface. Other than the above, the hotel is convenient to Interstate 5 and the Disneuland Resort.
