Nice hotel, even upgraded room to a suite! A little difficult to locate from bus stop as dlr was not working but easy to find from the station when it was working.

It is a great location if you are flying at City Airport in early morning. The rooms are modern and clean. The only thing is that there is no shop or store around to get some snack or anything. Not a fan of hotel restuarant...

The hotel is a little off the beaten track but it is convenient for London City Airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The service was excellent. The rooms look a bit shabby and good do with some refurbishment.

i thought the Ramada was a lovely Hotel to stay in ,comfortable beds and a lovely spacious family suit . we had a full english breakfast ,choice of tea / coffee , fresh juice , cakes/coissonts ,or cereal in the morning . Friendly and very helpful . Would absolutely reccommend it to my friends and family ,and will be returning in the near future .

This was a great hotel for an early flight out of the City Airport the next morning. Staff were friendly, food was good, and rooms very comfortable. Only issue was trying to drive in a straight line to the airport! We could see it, but had to navigate a maze to get to it!! Would recommend this place to anyone who needs an Airport Hotel in the city.

On average I have stayed at about 20 hotels per year for the previous 10 years or so and this hotel has to rank in the bottom 5% of all hotels I have stayed at for two reasons: 1. the staff at the hotel at the time of check in (night) were exceptionally rude and sarcastic and had no interest in working. For the most part the hotel was absolutely fine. However, I'm not sure that I would rate it at 4 stars to be totally honest. The room was very dated when it came to the decor and the lampshades in our room were stained but all in all it was sufficient. In hindsight I probably would have picked a hotel that was located closer to the centre of London as commuting on the DLR/Tube was a bit long winded and tiring. the hotel was situated slightly away from neighbouring hotels which was fine.still close enough for a nearby concert we were attending. a warm welcome and friendly staff greeted us upon arrival ( christina).quick check in. room was really CLEAN ,which is why i always book upon reading previous reviews.opted for breakfast in room .came at the time i […] stated, which impressed me as id put the card on the door 4mins b4 the cut off time.also a good selection.and realistic times for all us night owls! didn't use any other facilities as only a 1 nighter. would recommend this hotel. The location is perfect, to access locations in london. The hotel states 70 free parking spaces. There isn't! but you can usually find parking around the hotel. The room was nice and c lean. There was a bath unfortuately and the hairdryer either gave out cool or slightly warm air. Staff were polite. Great location to avoid congestion charge and extortianate parking charges. Just 40 minutes into London on the DLR and tube - would highly recommend Yi-Ban chinese restaraunt - a 5 minute walk away. Great weekend

You could not fault this hotel ,unless you are exceptionally fussy or used to 5 *+ accommodation!

lovely hotel , great location, used the DLR for transport and the thames , fabulous .

overall a nice hotel... starting to get alittle tired around the edges here and there but comfortable and clean. Its 20 minutes walk to london Docklands, not 5 as stated on their website but its a pleasant enough walk.. would stay again if flying out early of London city or going to Exel but there is not much else around it.

Room was clean and a good size but we were shocked at the location: we felt that we'd reached a building site at the end of the world! There's nothing else around apart from one other hotel and building works (presumably for the Olympics?). So, great if you just want a bed for the night, but don't expect to have any other facilites nearby!

Hotel gave bad directions, however, after arriving the stay was comfortable and pleasant.

Booked this stay for an event at O2, but it got cancelled so booked a show in central london. Close to the DLR rail station and took about 25 mins to get into Tottenham COurt road, so not bad. My only gripe was that the room was not very sound proof. I unfortunately woke at 4 am to people talking and laughing ouside (I was on the 3rd floor). They weren't […] talking loud and windows weren't open, so didnt sleep too well! Otherwise no complaints about the hotel, room or service. Found the hotel really easily from Royal Albert station on DLR - just 5 mins walk. We were upgraded to suite, which was nice and overlooked the Docks. We chose to eat our evening meal in the hotel, for convenience - the food was lovely and reasonably priced. Our main reason for booking this hotel was location to O2 arena and it was perfect, about 10 […] mins on trains. Would use again and recommend! Mehr

the ramada was excellent for the O2 just 10 mins away by dlr and tube, although getting back after the gig was not as quick the tube que was crazy, we used the bar which was resonably priced for london. we ate at the pup which is whithin the hotels shared carpark. rooms were clean and tidy, not huge but okay for us. london city airport was directly […] opposite but we never heard any anything, all in all a pleasent stay. I recommend this hotel , it is not far from the central London , Very clean , Very good food , reasonable rate comparing similar level and friendly staff .Also recommend booking by Hotels.com , because it is easy and you can decide exactly your requirements , no hidden cost

Beautiful hotel with great views and friendly staff. Close to two DLR stations which makes travel into Central London easy and convenient. Room provided stunning views of both the London City airport and Docklands.

The hotel was great, very neat and clean. Staff were very obliging and always willing to help. The Duty Manager went out of his way to make sure all our requests were accounted for. The hotel was everything we needed for our stay in London. My only critisim is that the hotel was in zone 4 of the tube network and often took a long time on the tube to get to and from london. But on the otherhand its handy for Canary Wharf which has a great nightlife. Excelent Vaule for money

Located about 10 minute walk to Prince Regent DLR Station. Overpriced, small rooms with breakfast not included - additional £14.00. Even with a Hotels.com discount I found this hotel to be very basic for the price. Outside the hotel are just roads - if you want to do anything you need to get on the DLR. Great for City Airport we walked to the Hotel in 10 Mins The hotel was ok nothig bad but as a 3-4 star did expect there to be at least a fridge in the room or some ice machines available. Beds are very soft so avoid if you have back trouble

This hotel is very comfortable, but travel into City Center is quite a challenge. Once the construction for the Olympics is complete I am sure this will be solved.

A nice hotel with a nice views over the dock. Rooms are comfortable and a reasonable size. Overall our stay was lovely with breakfast on the sun terrace being almost mediterian in feel (it was a lovely sunny day). Travel into the centre of Londonis easy with the DLR station about 2 minutes walk. However a few minor points. Ik vond de kamers prima maar voor een 4sterren hotel miste ik wel een kleine frigo/bar en een kluis! Hotelpersoneel is zeer vriendelijk!

Mycket bra hotell, frukosten var suberb.

Bon hôtel, mais mis à part l'aéroport london city, il est à 40 min en métro de picadilly et 1h30 mini des autres aéroports ...

Vi var i London 2 dage for at se julelysene og tage til en koncert i O2 Arena. Vi valgte Ramada på grund af prisen og beligggenheden. Det har vi IKKE fortudt. Et super hotel til rimelige penge. Let at komme til og fra London. Super service. Alt i alt et dejligt ophold. Ikke sidste gang vi har overnattet her.

Nothing to comment. The Ramadas have become sleeping facilities, which is what i used it for. Nothing to make you go "wow", I'll try this!

Man får mycket för pengarna i Docklands! Lite längre resväg, men det är det värt!

hotel a utiliser uniquement entre 2 vols de l aeroport city car aucun acces direct a rien d autre que le metro DLR. L hotel est non fumeur est a la meme mauvaise idee d avoir toutes les fenetres fermees en dur et l air conditione comme seul moyen de temperer les chambre donc assez etouffant... Tres deconseille aux claustrophobes et aux fumeurs. A part […] ca le service, les chambre et le reste sont a peu pres ok mais 4 etoiles a londres c est pas top du tout. Dernier detail, on est venu pour un concert a l O2 et malgres la proximite sur la carte il coute 27GBP en taxi pour y aller donc pas une affaire et pas pratique du tout. Mehr
