Das Hotel erfüllte unsere Erwartungen nicht. Der Empfang war für australische Verhältnisse ungewöhnlich kühl. Zimmer sehr klein und eng. Keine abgeschlossene Dusche. Das im Preis eingeschlossene Frühstück war karg.

room for two people - why then only one chair?

An excellent budget hotel with friendly staff and good quality service. The room was clean, included a continental breakfast and was within walking distance of local amenites. Recommended.

The motel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were small but nice. There was no table so nowhere to eat in room except the bed if you wanted to. The beds were comfortable. My only disappointment was the noise during the night due to our room being opposite a shared bathroom. The motel is in a reasonably good location about 20 minutes walk […] to the town centre. Mehr

From the moment I walked into the hotel I felt welcome and the staff were more than helpful. All staff were very polite, respectful and knowledgable. The atmospher was warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for anyone. A very pleasant stay and would love to return when I return to Cairns. Thnk you to all

Located on the main road near the center of the city, this hotel provides a nice starting-out point for any adventures in Cairns. The rooms were nice and comfortable and the nice bathrooms included shampoo and shaving gel which was handy when flying with Virgin where they do not allow more than 100ml of liquid. The hotel itself was fine, but I felt it was a little overpriced for what it was. When I first arrived in Cairns I stayed in a hotel (Aspect Central) that was just one block down the road but was $25 for a bigger room and your own bathroom .. in hindsight I should have probably just went back there. As hotels go though it wasn't too bad .. it was clean […] and the staff were friendly. Mehr

We arrived past mid-night, nice fellow gave us a room, horrible, mean desk clerk overcharged us next day and gave us a lecture, we fled immediately to another hotel. Do not stay here. She is backwards. From California, USA

easily accessible. close to main shopping area & public transport. Easy to book tourist attractions through the accomodation office.

Great budget accommodation, good included breakfast with cereals, toast, coffee and juice. Great escape from the hostels we'd been staying in. Can't fault it. Aprox. 15 min walk along the esplanade to lagoon, restaurant area. Would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others

The Queen's Court is in a great position,easy walk to shopping e.t.c. Room's very clean, Had good Air conditioning in our room.Continental Breakfast was very nice.you can order a hot breakfast if you like.Staff very helpful and Friendly.We would stay here again,although when we come back,we hope the Televisions have been up dated to Digital Flat Sc […] reen. I stayed here with two friends in March 2011. there are two sections to the hotel. Our section was more like a dorm room than a hotel, two adjoining rooms, one bathroom. Very unadorned, AC only runs when in the room and there was a musty smell. Discovered that the other building was much better and a triple room in it would have been cheaper booking […] through the hotel but could not change the reservation through Hotels.com. Location is 15 minute walk to the esplanade. Staff were fine, room was not. Mehr

Great place to stay, most helpful and friendly managers. Short walk into the middle of town. Breakfast was a bonus.

We enjoyed our stay at the Queens Court. The staff was lovely, our room was quiet even though it is located on the main drag. Breakfast was okay but always nice to have that coffee in the am. Buses were right out front of the motel, would have liked the airport shuttle to run more often but they were always able to get us a bus. The staff were helpful and friendly, always willing to please. Our room had everything we needed, and the hotel location was convenient; just a short walk from the Esplanade.

The price was right. It was a little far from the central part of town. Not TOO bad, but in the summer humidity it was a little rough of a walk. The main problem was their free wifi internet they advertised (which we needed for work) was essentially non-functional. It would go out every single day for hours at a time, and when it did work it was exceptionally […] slow. It was nice they offered complimentary breakfast. And picked us up from airport. We stayed here for four nights. It is nice and clean. We stayed in Section B which is a little older than section C but very adequate for a budget concious traveller. The room over looked a garden court yard with a pool. It was really lovely. The room included a breakfast each morning. It is a simple breakfast but you are welcome to as much cereal, […] fruit salad and toast and coffee/tea/juice and milk as you would like. A good start to a day of exploring. The hotel is less than a ten minute very direct drive from the airport and about a 7 minute walk to the CBD. It is also about 7-8 minutes walk to the harbour. Parking was included with the room. There was also a covered outdoor seating area where you could relax and prepare your own food it you wanted too. I would say the hotel for age, comfort and amenities is about a 3.5 star hotel but the service was a 5 star, very pleasant, helpful staff. We would stay again. Mehr

hotel was nice, but the room was very basic and we didnt like tyo share the bathroom with everyone else on the same floor

Nice and quite environment, friendly and welcoming customer services. Very easy to book in hotel.com, very satify with the discount and services. Place not to far from city, around 20mins walk. Nice distance to airport, only take $AU 20 taxi fee to reach airport. Only concern is there are some ants outside the room...but hotel always cleaning everyday. […] But seems Cairns got ants everywhere. Mehr

Arrived fairly late, however we were still well attended to at reception. Staff are all polite and will go out of their way to please you. Also, I recommend that all sights and excuetions that you wish to undertake should be booked through the hotels reception as they arrange everything for you at the best rates available. The rooms are very comfortable […] and clean. Bathroom and shower area is especially clean and to top it, the shower water pressure is great with ample hotwater that never let us down. Breakfast is nothing special, but then again, this is as was expected as explained when initially making our booking. WIFI connection was reasonably fast with no drop-outs. Swimming pool and pool area is well kept. Rooms are serviced everyday and all the necessary things like TV, telephone, fridge, hairdryer, kettlle, tea, etc. are provided and in perfect working order. And, before I forget, after checking out, I was contacted on my mobile advising that I had left something behind. This type of honesty is much appreciated. Therefore, we highly recommended this hotel and look forward to spending time there again. The one thing that we will make sure of though, is that we are again located on the ground level because rooms on upper levels could be quite a climb for us middle aged folk. Mehr

The room was great, and we loved the huge pools. Very friendly staff. We would visit again.

The motel is very basic but good value. Breakfast is included, but is a little underwhelming. Pool is very small. Good showers and all the usual amenities. Would have been good to have a lift to second floor as we had a pram. Overall very pleasant stay.

This hotel is a very cheap and simple hotel, the location is just a little bit far from the Esplanade to be walking distance but it is possible. The hotel is fine for someone who isn't planning spending a lot of time in the hotel room. Lets face it if you are in Cairns chances are you are going to be out doing things and the hotel is nothing more than […] a place to sleep and take a shower. I think the star rating is a little high for what this hotel actually is. I most likely wouldn't stay here again due to the location. Mehr

When I arrived the hotel I was surprised about the missing bathroom in the room. The descripion was not exactly about this point. The room was really small and not much bigger then the bed! It was ok for one short night but not more. Good breakfast inclusive.

rooms were clean almost everything supplied for you eg tea coffee, shampoo, soaps. Bed was very firm, a touch too firm. Break fast was adequate; perhaps the fruit selection could improve as it was not very appetising to look at. A little disappointed the bistro did not open(or seem to exist). Queens Court rooms were well maintained & comfortable & clean. The staff were friendly & helpful when enquiring about any tourist related activities I wanted to do. Their booking process was easy & " user friendly ". Their local knowledge of what was available & what represented " good value " was second to none. It was within walking distance of all […] major amenities such as the Cairns central shopping centre & Shields street ( the main st ) . This gave you a choice of several different styles of eateries. 근데 중심지에서 거리가 쫌 있어요. 케언즈가 그리 큰도시는 아닌데 중심지랑 걸어서 15분? 정도 한번 나가면 다시 들어갔다 나오기 쫌 부담스러운 거리 같아요. 근데 스텝분은 엄청 친절하시네요. 가격도 좋구요. 아침도 괜찮아요.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix, petit déjeuner inclus, stationnement de la voiture gratuit, petite piscine agréable, très propre.

Hotellet har en mycket hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Det finns en trevlig innergård med pool och grillmöjligheter. Vi grillade och åt två kvällar där och det var mycket trevlig. Hotellet är mycket prisvärt och kan rekommenderas. Det ligger utanför innerstadskärnan men det går bra att gå till centrum och strandpromenaden. Dit hotel ziet er erg netjes uit en we konden snel inchecken. Een extra nacht was geen probleem. Kamer niet groot, maar bed is prima. Koelkastje aanwezig, bureautje, wekkerradio, telefoon. In de badkamer is shampoo, conditioner, showergel, shaving cram, bodylotion en handsoap. Goed geregeld. S ochtends van 6 tot half 9 ontbijt, ietwat vroeg beeindigd […] maar mee te redden en volledig ontbijt. Wij raden het zeker aan. We verbleven in een twee persoonskamer in het b-block. Mehr

フロントにいるおばちゃんがとても親身になってくれました。 次の日に泊まったリッジスホテルは大きなホテルだけどクインズコートに比べて冷たかったです。
