Hilton Garden Inn Detroit Downtown - Detroit

Zu dem Hotel gibt es nichts zu kritisieren, außer das es keinen Safe im Zimmer gab. Mit der Lage war ich zufrieden und die Entfernungungen zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gering und machbar.

Great hotel, close to everything in downtown Detroit. Very close to Comerica, Ford Field, and Joe Louis.

Awesome hotel! excellent staff, and the whole process was just easy. Not to mention the comfort, if i had drove my truck, i would've took the mattress home with me! Hilton Rocks!

Our stay was fantastic. We missed our Chicago 24 hour access to restaraunts and room service as we returned late night, but room and view were great. Thank you.

Right across the street from a great restaurant and around the corner from another great restaurant that serves up fresh Great Lakes perch, this hotel does the trick. Stay here for Red Wings game. Great stay overall, room was neat and clean, pool was nice but hot tub was unbearably hot. Hotel charges $20 per night valet parking which was a little steep but its at least parked next to the hotel and they keep an eye on it. Literally 2 blocks from Comerica Park and Ford Field. People mover was great and its only .75 […] cents and it loops downtown, took this to Red Wings game. Also ate at Slows BBQ in detroit, great place to eat but make reservations it was busy. Room was clean and conviently located to the Detroit Opera House where we went to see a show. The Chrome Grill (located inside the restaurant) wasn't super clean, but the food was quite good. Had to pay to park and they also charge for breakfast.

A friend and I recently attended a performance at the Detroit Opera House, after which we visited Greektown. Both were walking distance from the hotel, which was extremely convenient. The front desk staff was very helpful, the room was large and clean, and I was very satisfied. We came to experience Detroit and sight see. This was a perfect location for us. Two blocks from the people mover, two blocks from the casino, easy directions to the Motown Museum (fantasic). Great time!!

Stayed at this hotel for a Red Wings game. It was not only clean and comfy, but also conveniently located within walking distance of the People Mover. Would stay here again!

I'll make this easy... PROS- Centered in Downtown area Nice, clean Hotel Pool & Hot Tub Good food and bars all around (for the most part) Friendly, helpful staff Casinos EVERYWHERE! Valet parking and security at night. In and outside. CONS- Restaurants in hotel are overpriced for below average fair. Call for take out or wander to the nearest pub or […] sandwich shop. Room with two beds (we switched from one bed room halfway thru due to guests) was considerably smaller and less comfy. Not a lot to do if you are not 21+ Parking fees! It cost us almost another nights stay at check-out. If you are not used to paying for parking bring extra money! We stayed 6 nights and ate mostly across the street at the Detroit Pub and Sicily's take out. The hard Rock Cafe was a good touristy spot and The Ham Shoppe was a hit for breakfast. (Lunch didn't go as well). All were in walking distance and reasonably priced. Sicily's was in the hotel binder in the room and they delivered for free. I miss them the most I think :) This hotel is in a great location for an over 21 couple. If you're wanting to enjoy sports, culture, gambling...whatever. It's all within a short walk! Mehr

Great for Comerica Park or Ford Field. You can see them from some of the rooms, just a block or so away. Lots of restaurants without a block. Don't miss Detroit Seafood Market out the back door! Our favorite place to stay when we're down to see a game!

Not first time in Detroit, but first time at this hotel. Great hotel, good location. You can walk to quite a few bars/restaurants and Greektown. Went down for hockey game. They had shuttle buses driving around Greektown to take you to arena. Awesome! Definitely recommend and will go back. The valet parking a bit of a rip off. $20 and they park your […] car at an outside lot right beside your hotel, where you could just park yourself. This hotel was clean,pretty much what I expected for the Hyatt. What I liked the best was the security of the building. My husband and I stayed at the Hilton Garden this past weekend and had a great time. The staff are very freindly and very helpful. We went to some Tigers games and the park was very close. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Our room had a microwave and a mini fridge that kept our beverages nice and cold. Many of theese […] fridges at other hotels do not work well. I will definately go back and would recommend this hotel to freinds. Mehr

The staff and rooms were Great! We were only a block from a restaurant called Fishbones, sports bars, other bars and cafes. It was nice to be able to walk everywhere instead of finding parking. We went there for the Lions Game and only had to walk a couple of blocks. There are parking lots all around the hotel. I highly recommend parking with Hilton's […] Valet. Surrounding lots may be cheaper but do not tell you that there is a time range. Def. staying at Hilton next time! Mehr

i was not happy with services provided by hotel. reception desk was not good. parking was extra which i was not told when i booked.

Nice hotel, pleasant staff, within easy walking distance of Comerica Park and Greektown district. Never had to take my car out of the lot.

The hotel was wonderful. Location was perfect for easy access to downtown attractions, such as the Fox Theatre which was within walking distance. Rooms were very nice and clean. No complaints at all!!

By far the nicest hotel in Detroit's downtwon when attending Tigers or Lions games. Only a five minute walk to either stadium. Excellent rooms a delicious and well stocked breakfast (extra cost) and very friendly and helpful staff. Can be tricky to get to for the first timer but that is the nature of the street layout in Detroit. Also perfectly situated […] for those going out on the town as you are in walking distance from alot of the dowtown bar, restaurants and nightclubs. Highly recommended. Mehr

Nice place to stay especially if you can get a good price. Glanced at the pool area, seemed rather nice. Very comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Very close to Greektown - short walk.

Myself and two family members stayed here after reservation troubles with the Greektown Casino Hotel All I can say is we lucked out. I am so glad I stayed here instead. Very enjoyable stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean. Location was great for walking to the many points of interest like Greektown Casino, Hockeytown, Comerica Park and Ford Field as well as several good restaurants.

We booked this hotel for an overnight stay. Most wanted to go to Greektown Casino and it was only 2 blocks away and even at night it felt safe to walk. The neighborhood was well lit and the street to the casino was nothing but police and sheriff stations. Couldn't be much safer! The hotel was very clean. The security was great....you could not use the […] elevator unless you had a room key, nice feture. The staff was very nice and friendly. Price was great! Would definately stay again. Mehr

Downtown Detriot has some great places and people. Please take some time and visit if you haven't been there in a while. This hotel and the staff were great. Not one problem. Great Stay.
