Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 21. Okt. 2012Das kleien Hotel mit 17 Zimmern wurde in 2012 komplett renoviert. Einfach und sehr nett. Jimmy, der Manager ist sehr nett umd hilfsbereit. Der Ort Ogunquit ist der Hit: sehr gepflegt, nette Restaurants und Bars und eine traumhafte Lage. Nur von Mai bis Oktober geöffnet. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wenn wir nicht noch eime grössere Tour vor uns gehabt hätten, dann wären wir sehr gerne noch geblieben.

The hot tub was very nice and the folks who work here are exceptionally friendly, that I will start with. The bed was similar to sleeping on cardboard and what little sleep I was able to get on it was disrupted by the constant barrage of employees running up and down the stairs and slamming doors to prepare breakfast starting at 5am. "Very disappointing!! Do not recommend"
Room was not cleaned after first night yet someone had come into the room and opened the windows. Being that we had all of our belongings in the room and that we were on the ground floor someone could have easily entered with little effort. We complained that our room was not made up after the first night and no one could tell us why. We were told to […] speak to the manager the next morning. To our surprise, the manager was not scheduled to work the next morning therefore we asked to be compensated for the 40$ pet fee seeing as our room had not been cleaned. We were told that they still didn't know why and that they would get back to us. No one had since returned our call as promised however we were told that only one night's pet fee of $ 20 would be reversed. I have yet to see the credit and have yet to receive a return call as promised. Even though we booked well in advance and the hotel was not full, we got a basement room. The bathroom was either not cleaned or not cleaned well. Over all the room could have been cleaned a lot better. The beds where very uncomfortable, you could hear a lot from surrounding rooms & hall. "Okay for traveler's that are not in the room alot."
This hotel is clean but the walls are sort of thin. Our service was okay. Breakfast was very busy so they ran out of food items very quickly. It's not 5 star service but okay for the price.Authentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

"Don't believe the bad reviews"
After reading a lot of negative reviews I was very skeptical about staying here but I ran into none of the issues that caused the bad comments. The staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast had many choices. The room was clean and cleaned every day. The price was very reasonable for the area. The room was a bit small but nice and updated with a new bathroom […] area. "comfort at a great price"
the only drawback was that the room was a little cramped...I was amazed at how much furniture was in the room (wardrobe, table, desk, small table, fridge, TV and stand with drawers). I think if just the small table was taken out, there'd be plenty of room.Authentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

"Ok for the price, expect to get what you pay for"
The hotel is not far from the center of town, easy to get to. The rooms are small by today's standards, but clean; don't hope for high def. Beverage and snack dispensing machines in hallways. Hotel takes no responsibility for $ lost in dispensing machines, you must call vendor. Pool and hot tub were great, fitness room a joke. Continental breakfast […] ok, althought the pastries seemed to be...recycled from day to day.
