Als Vorübernachtung für eine Kreuzfahrt völlig o.K. zumal das Hotel den kostenlosen Busshuttle stellt. Falls man zu Fuß Richtung Las Olaz Blv. geht, sollte man schon darauf achten, wer in der Umgebung rumläuft ( im Dunkeln besser mit dem Taxi fahren), da einige Obdachlose rumhängen.Aber das ist ja in Deutschland auch nicht anders. Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse o. K.

Stilgemäßes Art-Deco-Hotel für einen Aufenthalt mitten drin in Miami Beach. Sehr schönes Ambiente in der Lobby. Zwar ist das Personal viel Kommen und Gehen von Gästen gewöhnt, trotzdem noch positive, freundliche Routine.

In dieser Preiskategorie sicher eines der besten Hotels. Saubere und moderne Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal. Einzig negativ ist die Poolanlage. Mobiliar verbraucht und lädt nicht zum planschen ein. Pool ist auch sehr klein. Habe keine Gäste gesehen die sich dort aufgehalten haben. Aber ansonst sehr zu empfehlen da in kurzer entfernung(3min. Fußweg) Supermärkte, Restaurants und andere Geschäfte vorhanden. Von 6 Hotels in dieser Preisklasse die wir in Florida besuchtt haben, eindeutig das beste Hotel.

Hervorragende Lage ein Block vom Ocean Drive und dem wunderbaren Strand entfernt. Äußerst freundlicher Service. Die Standardzimmer sind klein aber sehr zweckmäßig und nett im Art Deco Stil eingerichtet. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Pool auf der Dachterrasse. Es werden kostenlos Liegen und Handtücher am Strand zur Verfügung gestellt. Sehr zu empfehlen für Gäste die direkt in der Nähe des Art Deco Viertels übernachten möchten.

Had with me a party of 9 that included my 3 young grandchildren ages 2,3,& 7. Nice location easy for fast foods late at night. The hotel was very accomadating both before we left on our cruise and then after we returned just to hold our luggage before our flight out of Florida. Thank You.

We spent two nights in this hotel...the first before our Cruise, and the 2nd was the night before we returned home to CA. The first night we were put in a handicapped room (not sure why that happened) its king size bed was visibly sunken in the middle and felt awful. The pillows were mushy and wouldn’t begin to support your head. The air conditioning […] was broken and the room felt like a sauna all night long. We were very disappointed, especially after paying so much for the night. The 2nd night we asked for a different room....which was COOL, clean and very comfortable. Stayed at this hotel before going out on a cruise and it was perfect price and location. A tip for those of you going to the cruise terminal. They do have free shuttles from the hotel to the terminals but there is a waiting list and lines. Since there was just 2 of us we took a cab. It was a total of $16 fare. My husband and I spent the night here before our cruise. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Easy check-in, airport/cruiseport shuttle service, walking distance to many stores/resterants and local shuttle service were just some of the things that made this a great place to stay before a cruise. We will definitely be coming back.

The room was very clean and a nice size. There were fast food restaurants within walking distance and a free shuttle to other eating establishments as well. There was a shuttle service for 8 dollars a person to Port Everglades which was a full size bus instead of a van. We were happy with our stay and will return next year.

PERFECT FOR THE NIGHT BEFORE CRUISE PLACE TO STAY. EVERYTHING ABOUT IT WAS GREAT. SHUTTLE SERVICE WAS WONDERFUL , PEOPLE VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY NICE AND COMFORTABLE ROOM. WOULD CERTAINLY ENCOURAGE EATING AT THE RED LOBSTER CLOSE BY FOR A VERY DELICOUS AND FILLING MEAL FOR THE PRICE. WILL CERTAINLY STAY AGAIN!

Very nice and comfortable room with nice quality linens and pillows. Only thing negative was furniture inl lobby had very unattractive/sloppyslipcovers over couches that were dirty and the furniture looked worn in lobby.

"Would stay again"
I really enjoyed my stay here at this hotel. The ONLY drawback was that the HotTub was not up an running. Being that we stayed in January it would have been nice to have been in it. Otherwise immaculat. The breakfast staff really helpfull. I would stay again.

I chose this hotel for the free shuttle to the airport which was reliable and worked well for us. When we got there (New Years Eve) we quickly saw that the party in the hotel conference room was loud and wouldn't stop until after 1 a.m. (and we had an early flight). The staff was so kind and helpful. I was having issues with my reservations and the staff was really nice and helpful in getting them figured out with hotels.com. They had a very nice breakfast. The rooms were nothing out of this world spectacular but they were perfect for the price and a one night stay.

"Pre-Post Cruise Stay"
Great location for pre and / or post cruise stay. Complimentary airport to hotel to airport transportation 24 hours and reasonable fee to cruise port. Restrurants and fast food walking distance as well as shopping. Hotel staff very personable and helpful. Will definitely make this my go to hotel for future cruises.

Good location as it's close to the airport - free shutle- and the cruise port. Arrived about 10 pm. so if you want a drink or food, there facilities close at 10pm however they will free shuttle you to near by Pub which was great. Staff at the Hotel couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and WIFI worked well. Breakfast was good and the shuttle was available for short trips. They made a GREAT restaurant recommendation, "Rustic Inn Crabhouse." The shuttle took us there. YES we would stay again and recommend to others.

Stayed here one night after cruise. After clearing customes, dialed 877-438-2645, spoke with Ace Tours, requested transportation from port terminal 18 to hotel. Pickup was almost immediate. Cost $10/person. The next morning the hotel provided free transportation to airport. Nice room was available at 1000 upon checkin. Hotel restaurant was fine for […] dinner. We made arrangements at the hotel lobby for a ride to the port. The driver dropped people off at two other ships. When we were dropped off we were missing a suitcase. The driver insisted we left the suitcase at the hotel. We and two other passangers told him we saw him load the luggage into the trailer, so he blamed the porters. He took us back to the […] other cruise ships to look for the luggage, He would not take responsibilithy for the luggage.
