I asked one towel, than they said "NO". Why! there is no extra one for guest. If I didn't want to clean my room, I can't get a new towel for shower. How amazing this hotel policy.

Perfectly fine, staff seems friendly enough. Parking in the motel lot is a pain in the neck. My biggest complaint was the shower - it would randomly change from the comfortable temperature I set it at to scalding hot to ice cold with no warning whatsoever. But the bed is comfortable, the room is clean, the price is low.

TV did not work when I arrived. Refrgerator froze beverages solid. Heater did not work. They brought an electric oil filled radiator type heater in, but it barely put out any heat. Bathroom exhaust fan was VERY noisy. Internet would not work, at first. Very dirty room. Didn't try the microwave, but I doubt that it worked, since nothing else did. Very clean, operators very nice and helpful

This motel is a two-star. It's safe, it's got everything it advertises, but you wouldn't want to take your girlfriend to it. It's run down. I asked for a room change to get away from the road noise... the rooms are not fully soundproofed. The only rooms I would suggest are upstairs and facing away from the road. Even then, all the rooms are clearly […] worn out, and the place is in need of a remodel. Floorboards are wrecked (I feel bad for anyone downstairs). Smells of poor heaters filled both rooms. Lightbulbs and electrical sockets were worn out. Paint cracked. Bottom line: This is too far from SFO and without a shuttle, and only for nerds on an ultra-tight budget. Can't beat price witth continental breakfast serving muffins & waffles, orange juice little dilute but coffee is hot and apple juice & 2% milk is good Housekeeping good, staff is friendly at desk, if get off from Dora Exit from 101 south bound, it will run right into Super 8 Motel, You'll have a hard time if get off from 3rd street, Believe me..Microwave […] and small frigerator & air-conditioning all work great, No complaint. shower function well & bathroom clean..better than Vagabond Inn in San Jose from my previous experience--this is budget motel stay without missing basic necessities... If you are not used to staying at low budget hotels then this is not the place for you. It's rough. My room was clean and the guy at the desk was nice. I stayed here three days over a weekend. I just needed a place to sleep. Breakfast was virtually nothing, waffle and cereal and coffee. The wireless internet connection runs at dial up speed (almost) […] so if you think you are going to work out of your room forget it. The surrounding neighborhood is rough. Not really dangerous, but there is nothing within walking distance anyway. It is right next to the freeway but if you are coming in from the north it is very tough to find. It's an older hotel, but good enough as long as you aren't expecting more than a two star hotel. It's exactly what you expect at this price in San Francisco. I would stay there again if I had limited options, but I wouldn't stay there with my family. If you can rough it, stay here. If you are one of those people who expect every hotel to be like the Ritz Carlton and complain because the towel has a stain (it's a stain, like the one on the shirt you are wearing) or the coffee in the room isn't like Starbucks then don't stay here and then complain. Stained carpets, rusted bathroom fixtures, dilapidated mattresses, cigarette-burned blankets, 75 decibel bathroom fan...the only thing missing were visible bugs and mold...but I chose not to look for them. This place even gives Super 8 a bad reputation.

I could say a lot but will only say, you get what you pay for...

I had a two person room with a queen size bed. Plus: - You don't need a car to go to the caltrain station if you are willing to walk 15 minutes. - The room was relatively big/convenient and there were two chairs and one small table [too small to be used by 2 people at the same time] - The freeway is very close but you nearly don't hear it in the night. - […] Clean Minus: - The room got very hot during the day (it was directly under the roof), however, it has a (loud) air condition that could be turned on. - The smell reminded me of cigarette smoke but it was not as strong as it might sound. - The room cleaning service just comes in in the morning at 08:25 without knocking. - The free wifi internet access is not high speed at all. In fact, I just couldn't use it at all most of the evening and early morning (the connections timed out very often). At noon it was slow but at least useable. - The water for the tea was cold when I wanted to get the free breakfast at 08:30. But the rooms were equipped with microwaves so I could help myself. Summary: I would go to this motel again but they could do better. Mehr

Management - very nice. Service was good, helpful. The room, though not great, was clean and well kept. The location is difficult; not easily accessible from highway 101. Parking at this motel is brutal. Nice people, but I'd feel bad about recommending this one to a friend.

People nice & rooms clean. Property well lit & maintained. Carpets need to be cleaned!!! Walking in room turned bottom of feet black. Also need to clean ac (change filter?) & vent/fan in bathroom. Both smell funny when running.

Right, I mean, right next to the 101. Loud. Room is really, really basic (give them props for frig and microwave) and Dark (they nearly abut a building behind them.) Breakfast was basically bread and water (ok cereal and milk). Surrounding neighborhood is run down. 1 Star. I've seen Basic (cheap) hotels done a lot better (typically newer)

The room was spacious, the bathroom small, and the beds comfortable. The location was right off the freeway, close to San Francisco, but the surrounding area was a little sketchy at night. We encountered no problems. We felt safe and comfortable.

Environment of the hotel is not good, the room might be clean but seems a little dirty of the color, the bathroom is old, wifi does not work at all
