My boyfriend and I wanted to getaway for the weekend and explore a new area, so after reading the primarily positive reviews about the Holiday Inn Express we decided that it would be perfect for our lil vacation. We were very impressed with the hotel staff, decor, quallity of our room, and breakfast bar! The only "complaint" I have is the side-enterences […] around the building did not lock properly; therefore, anyone from the outside could gain access through these enterences at any time- Management should check into this. The staff was polite and helpful. The rooms are nice and spacious. The beds are comfortable. I only gave a 3 on the cleanliness because the refrigerator obviously was not checked and cleaned or the staff would have found an empty pizza box and drink bottle.
