Marriott Sugar Land Town Square - Sugar Land

It was such an awesome experience! we were very impressed by not only the hotel itself, but the staff as well! They were all so very sweet and friendly and made us feel so special! :)

Everyone was very helpful, and kind even with a Large Event in the Ballroom. The Valet and Front Desk personnel were very professional and helpful to this out of town visitor. Would highly recommend this Hotel. Thank you to the staff for all of there hard work in making this such a pleasant visit to the area.

This is not your ordinary Marriott. Management here needs to be replaced with individuals who value a job. We ordered room service along with our wake up call. Room service called us at 5 in the morning to ask us if we still wanted room service. Well I thought it was our wake up call. Fine, joke was on me. Glad I got up though because both our room […] service and wake up call never came. We waited around and called, they said it was on the way. Never came. Since we waited around we were rushed leaving the room and I left my watch. I called after we left the hotel and got an answering machine. No one ever called me back. Little did they know my watch has a GPS function and I knew it was there. Management here leads a group of unionist people who should be replaced with hard working people who value providing service worthy of the name on their uniform. Mehr

Great Location in Sugar Land Texas

We were attending a Christmas party at the hotel and I have to say, this was one of the finest events I have ever attended. The food was fabulous, as was the service at the party and in the hotel lounge and restaurant. Front desk check in and check out went smoothly and pleasantly. A nice hotel with restaurants and a starbucks right there. Very nice. Booked through hotels.com and the rate was 1/3 of that posted on the hotel site.

the hotel is nicely located on the town square. great for the shopping and mall was close by. Bed was not as comfortable others but was tolerable, we plan to stay a cpl of days during the holidays and will surely stay here again.

best place to spend a night, nice bar area, nice walk on city walk

Great place to enjoy a relaxing weekend! Friendly staff, clean rooms, well maintained, great location,couldn't have asked for anything better!

The location was great. The hotel clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. The only negative was the bed. Very stiff and scratchy. I felt like I was sleeping under paper the way it crinkled.

All of the staff have always been extremely nice and they go out of their way to help you. I have stayed in this hotel 3 times before and will continue to stay there on my trips to Houston.

Hotel was very nice, clean, and in a great location. Lots of restraunts, coffee, and shopping within walking distance. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and pretty Free Parking was a plus! Only slight concern was the amount of hall, and other room noise I could hear in my room. Great place to stay, especially on weekends - always something going on in court yard across the street, live music, etc.

This booking was quite a surprise. Though it was in the middle of Town Square it was relatively quiet and a pleasant "get away" not too far from home. Great selection of restaurants all within walking distance. The location, on the plaza with City Hall was a great historical learning experience and the big screen movie on the plaza was a treat to watch […] from our room window! Mehr

The Hotel was very nice. The only problem that I had was with the size of the beds and room. I had requested a room suitable for four people and I got that but it was not as large as expected. The room had a beautiful view overlooking the towne square but lack size for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. I'm 6'3 and i could not get a comforable nights sleep […] in the two nights we stayed because of how small these beds were. I don't believe they were deluxe at all. The live music right across from the Marriot was absolutely great and a plus. The convenience of being able to walk outside and have to decide which way to walk was great. The mall was right next door therefore my kids had options. Everything else was absolutely perfect. I just wish the room was larger and more comfortable since I expected a "deluxe size room". Good hotel, but $49.80 for valet parking and there is no alternative to valet parking.

Everything was at walking distance from the hotel, we never had to leave Sugar Land during our weekend stay.

We were greeted at the door with the bell hop being extra nice. Help with our luggage and put them away in our room right away. The gym was great and clean and very modern. Every employee went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

Great hotel overall with great places to wine and dine within walking distace.
