Hilton Americas - Houston - Houston

I booked four rooms for two nights at the Hilton Americas. Everyone had a lovely stay. They couldn't say enough great things about the hotel.

We loved our stay!

Very nice room and very comfortable bed.The wife and I really loved this hotel. Our room had a nice view of downtown with lots of buildings which looked amazing at night. We stayed on the Executive Floor

If you are in downtown Houston for business, a baseball game, basketball game or to do some shopping this is a top notch hotel. I wouldn't say this is your all around family hotel resort as it is in a financial business area. The condition of this hotel was immaculate and since we were here for the ballgame, it was a perfect location. The Toyota Center […] is next door and Minute Maid park is about a 10 min walk. It is within easy walking distance to get to the underground tunnels and then you can make your way , Underground to shopping and dining. Apparently the locals use these "tunnels" to get around and avoid the sweltering summer heat. Heck, we used them and it was only early April. My hats off to this hotel, if they keep there rates reasonable, they will be a very prosperous hotel, if they raise the price, I'd check around the local area for and even closer location to shopping and dining. Perfect location for what we needed-right across the street from the Toyota Center. We were only in town for one night, to go to the Rockets game, & we couldn't have had a better hotel considering it's location. Beautiful hotel, excellent service, and well kept. Staff were very polite and attentive. We would definitely stay there again.

Was very nice, restaurants were closed due to the holiday, so we didn't get to.experience the whole hotel. Drinks delivered to the room were a bit expensive.

This hotel was great. We will definitely be returning. We were upgraded to a better room at check in and the staff was extremely friendly. The location was great. Within walking distance of minute maid and Toyota center.

We've stayed in Hiltons throughout America and Europe, and this is our favorite so far. The rooms were comfortable, and the nearby park was great. The pool, deck and fitness center were all well-kept with great views of the skyline.

I loved the hotel and all that was going on in and around the hotel. Everyone was very nice and courteous. I will definitely stay there again! However there was one small issue... I left the room for an hour or so and when I returned the sheets had been taken off the bed and the comforter was folded on the chair w the pillows. Also my soap container […] and body wash were missing...weird, right? Mehr

The hotel and the staff were amazing. The restaraunt was way over priced but pretty good. Watch out for the parking cost. They charge you 20.00 a night to park. That was not expected and a bit of a disappointment considering the class of the hotel. View was amazing, rooms beautiful

We were very satisfied with our stay at this Hilton. Staff was friendly,hotel lobby was very clean and the location of this Hilton was excellent one block away from the Toyota center and three blocks from the Astro dome. Would stay here again. For sure!

Last minute reservation for business to event at GRB Convention Center and Discovery Green park in downtown Houston. Pleasantly surprised with the ease of use of the 24 hour self parking in the event parking garage connected to the Hilton Americas hotel also connected to the Convention Center. Pillows were large and very thick. Bed was comfortable. […] Will stay here again if I am in downtown Houston. Mehr

Great hotel just be mindful when you order room service because they charge a service fee

Great location, very friendly staff in executive level eating area (continental breakfast area) and valet/bell hops were nice, efficient and helpful. Front desk and restaurant staff just ok. Room was clean but some mold in the shower and sink. Clean indoor pool area. We did not get our free wi-fi as described. Great place to stay, overall.

Beds are wonderful. Loved staying here with the great views of Houston.

I rented two rooms for my son's 16th birthday for a weekend. They had a great time! Services were great from the valet guys to the Spa club that I had the pleasure of using during my stay. MY son and his friends favorties were the indoor pool and gym! Great job Hilton Americas Houston. We will definitely be back!

Best beds, best view, great staff, awesome bars, so beautiful throughout. Carpet to light fixtures, this place is a ten!

I purchased an Executive Level King size Bed, which said it had lots of benefits. All I asked for was for a mini-fridge, because I had chocolate covered cherries I had bought (Valentines). They said it would be $25==, and they told me to just adjust the thermostat in the room so that it will stay cool. Hmmm, that's after the 3+_ dollar parking surcharge. This […] Hilton was nice but has alot of surcharges.... And my favorite part was the small dog 3 door's down that the owner's evidently left loose to bark. The barking started at 7am and never did end when I checked out at 11:00am. And I did say something about the dog's barking all morning and they told me I could have a free coffee. Oh, well, I don't drink coffee, so I passed on that and checked out. Mehr

For either business or pleasure, this Hilton Hotel is Top Notch for both. I have stayed at this location a dozen times or more, and have yet to have a bad experience. The amenities & location aside, I will continue to stay here for the customer service alone. This stay was for business, and I had to bring my enclosed work trailer with me. Even with […] the "normal" parking restrictions found in downtown areas, the valet staff was extremely accommodating to helping me "come and go" as needed. Executive King Room was clean, well designed, spacious, & quite. The floor was quite full, but I still slept like a baby. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Mehr

This location is just across the street from the Toyota Center, the convention center, and a lovely park, and 2 blocks from Minute Maid Park.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! The staff was very helpful and kind and everything was just perfect! The kids enjoyed the indoor pool & the view from the terrace is breathtaking!

This is a really beautiful hotel. The various marbles mixed with dark woods and blown glass light fixtures make this one of the pretties lobbies I've ever seen. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Do yourself a favor and get a room on a high floor to take in the sights from up high. The only complaint I have is that they charge for internet […] service unless you are a gold or platinum HHONORS member. Mehr

I bought Rockets tickets for my husbands birthday and we walked to the hotel, which was across the street afterwards and he was so shocked I got a room. The room was nice with a view of Discovery Green park. It was a memorable experience. PS Room Service is HORRIBLE!!!!!

Our stay their was fantastic and will book again when I return to Houston next year.

The hotel is fantastic...I can say nothing bad about it. I would tell any future visitor to watch out for the deceiving prices. You might be getting a great deal on a room, but wireless internet is $15/day (A DAY!) and the breakfast alone is $16. The hotel is a little ways away from restaurants/deli's which makes other options tough after a long day […] of off-site meetings or conferences. Very clean room, comfortable bed, nice common areas and a good location. I'll stay here again.

The Valet Service was fantastic, we had them park and retrieve three vehicles several times a day for three days. The rooms were spacious, clean and the mattress was very comfortable. The only negative was the WiFi wasn't free.
