Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 16. Jan. 2013Wir waren mit dem Hotel zufrieden. Die Lage ist günstig. Service und Freundlichkeit waren jedoch nicht so gut. Wollten später auschecken, da unser Flug später ging. War nichts zu machen, obwohl das Hotel maximal zu 20% belegt war.

Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 4. Jan. 2013Der Service in dem Hotel war wunderbar: Jeder Mitarbeiter konnte weiterhelfen, alle waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist normal, voellig in Ordnung fuer ein paar Tage. Das Hotel liegt mitten auf dem Gelaende der Temple University, was sicher besonders fuer junge Leute spannend ist. Das Zentrum Philadelphias ist entweder direkt per Metro oder durch einen halbstuendigen Fussmarsch zu erreichen. Wlan gibt es, allerdings nur in der Lobby mit schneller Geschwindigkeit. Das Hotel hat ein kleines Fruehstueck, allerdings sollte man hier nicht zu anspruchsvoll sein. Insgesamt ein sehr freundliches, gemuetliches kleines Hotel, in dem man gut ein paar Tage verbringen kann.

The 2 bedroom suite was very roomy but we had to ask for sheets for the pull out sofa. One of the bathrooms was not properly cleaned (small hairs in the sink). One lightbulb next to the bed was burned out and it appeared that staff were aware as the other lamp was on when we arrived. Great hotel. Would definitely stay there again. Only thing I didn't like was that the sofa wasn't comfortable/supportive to sit on. It was way too soft and one sank down almost to the floor. That particular room could use a new sofa. The rest was wonderful!v. I loved the separate bedroom and the small kitchen area. The bathroom was very nice. The staff […] were friendly and helpful. "Close to touranment soccer fields"
It was great. The rooms were clean, staff was very friendly. Pool was nice and had plenty of towels and lots of seats. It was not too uncomfortably hot to sit and watch the kids swim. Nice outdoor are with tables. The room was spacious and for the first time ever (and we have been to lots of hotels), there was tons of outlets to charge all the cell […] phones, ipads and hand held video games! What a pleasure to not have to unplug lamps and clocks, etc, to charge our electronics!! I would definitely recommend this particular hotel to anyone I know that will be in the area. Room was ok - no major WOW factor either way. One bed's mattress was sloping down from the feet of the bed to the headboard. Thankfully lots of pillows. "Perfect place, very convenient"
I recently stayed with my two daughters and a few friends as a birthday party. The one bedroom was plenty of room for the girls to hang out and me to sleep separately. They loved the indoor pool and hot tub and the "continental" breakfast was amazing and included plenty of hot items like eggs and sausage. "great-- but do not pay for the Nickolodeon deal!"
We paid extra for the Nickolodeon package and they had run out of bags. So basically my daughter got a fewcheap crayons and a couple of pages she could color in. Hardly worth an extra ten bucks! We love this hotel but this particular promotion stunk. Otherwise the hotel, staff, brunch and pool are lovely--though the pool occasionally gets overcrowded […] and noisy. The staff and facilities at this Residence Inn were very nice. Everything was clean and the cleaning staff did a nice job of keeping things tidy. The indoor pool/hot tub were nice, clean, and relaxing. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I go to PA.
