Hier handelt es sich eher um ein vermietetes Apartment im Hotel, als ein Hotelzimmer im klassischen Sinne. Hier ein paar Eindrücke von unserem Aufenthalt. 1.Toll war dass die Parkgebühren incl. waren 2.Frühstück im Hotel, na ja, Bedienung könnte nur Spanisch kein Englisch. 3.Sauberkeit im Resturante gewöhnungsbedürftig 4.Zimmer ok , Bad Renovierung […] bedarf 5.Fenster sowie Türe des Apartm, fast nicht möglich, zu öffnen. Das Hotel liegt in Meeresnähe an einer viel befahrenen Strasse, die viel Lärm produziert. So wähnt man sich in den schlecht lärmisolierten Zimmern mitten auf der Strasse. Auch im Hotel sind lärmende Gäste gut zu hören. Die Zimmer sind gruselig, renovationsbedürftig und unsauber. Die Badewanne kann nicht benutzt werden, weil diese nicht dicht ist und […] der Hahn kein Wasser bringt. Das Wlan konnte nicht installiert werden, weil nirgends die versprochene Benutzeranweisung zu finden war und das Personal hatte vom richtigen Login keine Ahnung. Mehr

Quite a nice hotel, close to the beach and the amenities are very good - pool, convenience stores and tour companies all located on the premises. its a shame about the location, and with the shady miami cab drivers it can cost quite a bit to get to SoBe or downtown. there are very few decent places to eat within walking distance too (although there […] is a restaurant in the lobby, but could get boring if you're staying for a long time). the beach at the back of the property is gorgeous and quite secluded. the staff are also very willing to help with any questions you have. It was horrible....the staff needs to trained on how to communicate with guest....absolutely horrible. This property is not qualified to have 3 stars..i personally would not even give it 1 star.....horrible.

It was my daughter's 13th bday, I booked the room immediately when I found a great deal @ a web discount price the day before an EASTER WEEKEND. I booked 1st and read reviews later :( TERRIFIED upon reading the reviews over and over. I was scared to arrive and face a horror story like the ones described. NOT THE CASE: Yes, this is def. not a hotel its […] a condo where there are a couple of diff. agencies working at booking rooms. I arrived went to the office, where the staff was very nice, I turned in my hotels.com paid receipt, signed paper work and was off to my room, that btw they allowed me to go check first. By room was exactly simply decorated like the picture on the web site. We had a great time. Negatives: the beach has eroded and there is not but approx 5 or 6 ft of sand between you and the water, but if you walk to either the left or right side you will find a bigger stretch of sand to lay out on. If you are a pool fan, you will be fine, ITS HUGE. Slight issue with SOME security when it came to Saturday and the pool. There are limited chairs and then they want you to get up and go thru this whole process to get a wrist band that they should of given you from check in. The security lady is a bit overwhelmed, controlling the flow of who goes where, though I must admit she is doing a good job in controlling check in and out of the premises. However it was ridiculous that the security, told me that when my daughters minor friends Parent's came to pick them up ( they are 10 and 11) We would have to go to the beach or EVEN though they were not using the pool or a chair but standing just walking over to pick up their kids. I found this quite irrational but decided not to argue and just go with the flow. In the end, I didn't put on my wristband, and used it so the parent could hold in their hands as they stood by their children. lol it was hilarious and ridiculous but whatever, i could see why they do it. The hotel is horrible. No phones, broken ipod deck, broken elevators and horrible cell phone reception. Still under construction. The only good things were the pool, beach and decent pricing.

It was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. No one there spoke English. It was dirty and everything was broken, even the buttons on the elevator. The toilet in the room had a step flush like one you would find in a gas station restroom. The pictures on the Internet were extremely deceiving. The location was too far north. The parking was an additional […] cost for this over priced crap hole. Almost ruined our whole Miami experience. Don't ever stay here!!!! Mehr

This is not a hotel, it is a group of privatley owned condos which are rented out in a very dirty and dated complex. There is a security guard on site whom you collect your keys from. Very un helpfull. Poor disabled access to the lobby. Lifts broken, constant noise due to refurbishment. Our room was dirty, full of insects crawling on the floors and […] windows. The room was next to a garbage shute, which smelled and constant noise whith people disposing of rubbish. The bathroom was disgusting with paint peeling off the bath. We booked this room for 2 nights, we were so disgusted we only stayed 1 night. The in room wifi did not work, stains and damp patches on the walls, hallways very noisey with constant door slamming through the night. The pool in the complex had no lighting at night, the lower lobby shops complex was run down and dingy and only 2 shops open which way over priced...with limited choice. The on site resteraunt had a large plastic dust sheet around 8 tables as refurbishment was underway..not good. This is the worst place We have ever stayed at.....Avoid Avoid Avoid... Mehr

Visit starts with guard who is not at all trained in customer service. Lobby looks like it did in 1970's. Pool area needs a lot of renovation and they probably were doing that because other pool was closed and looked like it hadn't been open for long time. Rooms are little renovated and inside are like in Ikea's model room. Everything is from Ikea. […] Room was full of small flies which attacked computer screen when lights were off. I had to kill dozens of them. Why don't they put breakfast vouchers in same envelope with keys? You have to pick those from office downstairs! I still do not know what was the reception in lobby. Guy in reception, answered that he has nothing to do with that. Only reason we give more than one is vallet parking which worked. We knew that this is not actually a hotel,but still eviction notice in next door did not make us feel that this is place where we will ever come back. Mehr

We enjoyed our stay and the just had a few issues, Long, Long waits for the elevator and wasn't about to walk up to the 11 floor. Building needs maintenance, but it was eveident they are working on it, so should get better. Valet parking was great, service at pool side breakfast bar was personalble. We'll be back.

Room was much larger than expected for the price, and had an amazing view of the water. Valet service was free too. Only issue was location as it was a $15 taxi ride from South Beach, but all-in-all worked out cheaper than getting a taxi and paying parking in the more vibrant area.

i paid for upgrade of specific room on a lower floor hpwever when checked in they gave me a completly different room

Have in mind that it is not a hotel. It's a condo that rents apartments/suites. Location is great, very calm and close to South beach (not walking distance). The building is old, many suites are under repair. Our suite had been repaired but the door was unsafed. Many people and poor breakfast.

If you are looking for a place close to the beach, limited time in the room and little hotel service, this is a good place. But if you are looking for services, support, amenities and a staff to talk to, this is not the place for you. Good luck.

I stayed here for New Years Eve. It was a bit of a drive from South Beach. They don't charge for parking, which was nice. Your stay may go smoother if you realize that extra towels are under the sink and the switch next to the A/c turns it on, haha. Staff was nice. Looks like an older hotel which has been upgraded. Comes with a sink, Tupperware, glasses, […] microwave, fridge, flat screen tv. Lighting could have been a little better. Beds were comfy. Overall it was reasonably priced, and a reasonable hotel. Cleaning ladies came everyday. Renting office closed kinda early so if you needed something, you would have to wait till the next day. It use to be called Deluxe Suites at Castle Beach. Mehr

WHERE is what I want to know???? This was one of the worst Hotels I have stayed in. There were seriously roaches in the rooms. I took clients that wanted to be close to the beach and not be directly on long beach.......that it was but thats it. There is no parking and you have to pay THEM to park your vehicle. As other reviewers have said, a lot depends on the particular room that you stay in since there are multiple owners in the building. We stayed in room 806 (one of the Bayview suites) and everything was well-maintained. Even though it is not a hotel, the amenities such as room cleaning, breakfast, and a slew of stores in the basement make it essentially […] the same as one. This is a verry worse hotel! You don't get what you pay for! The rooms are verry dirty. I'll never recommend this hotel to others!

Our stay in Miami ends up in a bad dream because of this hotel : elevators out of service, works inside the hotel, no hot water during 48 hours in the room, no water pressure in the bathroom, street noises due to no-double glazed windows and supposedly-free breakfast.

The location was pretty good, but even though parking is free, it's actually valet so you have to tip every time you get your car. This place is older, and someone's converted? Condo? To check in you have to go downstairs to an office type thing and sign a short term rental agreement. The view was good

Old and very dirty room. The bathroom was the worst with hairs and rest of soap in the tub.

This was an unusual facility. Apparently owned individual units with agents who rented units out. The unit we had was an upgraded one wi balcony and oceanview. Building was very old and not at all updated and was partially maintained Half painted walls. Trash and old painting/repair tools left on the roof below our balcony that could have easily been […] removed. Elevators not all working, no ice available. Would not have paid full price for this facility. Mehr

Something is wrong, this not a hotel, this is a apart hotel, were the peoples rental a room this is a big diference and this is not appear in this site, when we arrive in the hotel we discovere and too late because if you want to cancel the reserve you have to paid one night, inacreditable.

When I saw pictures online I realized I will pay for and stay at a clean hotel...It was not reviews at that time. I paid for two rooms, but when we arrived at 8.30 P.M.the office was close. We asked the security guard for the reservation. She gave us a key in an envelope just for one room. I asked her for the other key. She was rude and said that she […] does not have more keys for me. I found a representative card in a desk for someone that suppose was the manager. I called him, but he said that they do not make reservations with Hotels.com. I was confused Finally the security guard found the other key and gave us it .Late we understand that it is not a hotel. They are different people managed the rooms. The rooms are old and smelled humidity. The AC does not work. The bathroom old and dirty . Nobody goes to clean the rooms, nobody helped us. We arrived Friday night and leave Monday early. It is an schedule office nobody work in the weekends days Monday thru Friday 9 am to 5 pm The positive things It was right on the beach. Parking is free... FIrst and foremost, this is not really a hotel. It is a condo/ hotel that is very dated. The building is very old and they have done a lot of renovations to make it look more modern, however putting new furniture and a new coat of paint on top of a super old building with cracks in walls and a bathroom that i was uncomfortable using made this place […] a bad choice for me. I wish that i would have sucked it up and spent a couple more dollars and stayed at a decent hotel. I applaud their efforts to renovate but they should have definitely continued the process. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.Everyone was kind and courtious.The Valet is great as well as all other aminities.I would difinitly recomend this hotel to any and every one.

Very happy we stayed here! Room was spacious with 2 double beds & sleeper sofa, kitchenette & balcony. Beautiful view of the ocean! Free parking & no resort fee like many other area hotels. Very friendly, helpful staff. Housekeeper was wonderful!!! Highly recommend!!

El Hotel barbaro, buena ubicacion, los servicios del Hotel buenos pero tuve algunos problemas con la limpieza y mantenimiento del cuarto y la reposicion de toallas, la habitacion comoda pero 1 solo baño para 4 fue too much - por lo demas muy recomendable

La habitacion comoda con una vista al mar increible y el Hotel muy lindo; pero con respecto al servicio de mantenimiento (tema toallas, jabones, papel higienico, etc) y limpieza de la habitacion no fue buena - hicimos reclamo de cosas que faltaban y algunas cosas rotas y nunca fueron repuestas ni arregladas -

Olimme hotellin asiakkaina maaliskuussa 2012 1,5 viikkoa. Hotellissa tehtiin tuolloin pientä pintaremonttia, joka ei kuitenkaan haitannut asumistamme ollenkaan. Lastenallas ja tenniskenttä olivat pois käytöstä, ovia ja ulkoalueita maalattiin, eivät haitanneet menoa. Aamupala sisältyi hotellin hintaan ja aamiaisaika oli 8-11, joskus ovet avattiin myöhemmin […] (eräänä aamuna 9.05), mutta aamupala oli runsas ja syötävää. Huone oli siisti, joka päivä huone oli päiväsaikaan siivottu. Parveketta huoneessamme ei ollut, en tiedä oliko oikeastaan kenelläkään joilla oli merinäköala huoneesta? Yhtenä iltana pikkukeittiömme lattialla oli 3 torakkaa, muuten saimme olla rauhassa ötököiltä. Hissejä oli kolme (hotellissa oli yli 10 kerrosta) ja hissit olivat kovassa käytössä, ja siksipä ehkä melko hitaat. Allasalue oli siisti (paitsi yhtenä päivänä kun pari poikaa kantoi aamupalansa altaalle eivätkä korjanneet roskiaan pois...) Allasalueelta pääsi rannalle, mutta portti oli lukossa ja takaisin hotellialueelle pääsy oli siitä kiinni oliko allasalueella joku ystävällinen joka avasi portin. Allasalueella oli myös baari, josta sai juotavaa ja pientä purtavaakin päivisin. Hotellin alakerrassa oli pari pikkukauppaa, ja hinnat tietysti sen mukaiset. Seuraavaksi lähimpiin kauppoihin oli jonkin verran kävelymatkaa, bussilla tosin pääsi helposti ja halvalla mm. South Beachille ja toiseen suuntaan ostarille (Aventura Mall) ja halvempiin päivittäistavarakauppoihin. Alueella on paljon espanjankielisiä, mutta pärjäsimme myös englannin kielellä. Hotellissa oli ympärivuorokautinen vartijapäivystys. Auton sai vuokrattua hotellilla sijaitsevasta autonvuokraamosta. Ajo Miamissa oli melko vauhdikkaan näköistä, joten me tyydyimme ajelemaan bussilla edestakaisin :) Alakerrasta löytyi tourist-info, joka järjesti asiakkaita erilaisille retkille, halvemmalla kuin varsinaiset tour-paikat. No se lo recomendaría ni al peor de mis enemigos, hay plaga de bichos en las habitaciones en las mesadas de la cocina y en el baño que se ven. Al segundo día decidimos mudarnos a otro hotel porque la situación era insostenible.

Excelente lobby. El hotel es antiguo pero lo estan reciclando. Nuestra habitación estaba totalmente renovada. La parte de la pileta todavia estaba sin terminar,al igual que algunos pasillos. En el subsuelo tien oficinas y algunos negocios. Lo único que nos llamo la atención es que habian varias empresas que administran y recepcionan a los pasajeros. […] Por lo cual el servicio depende de la empresa donde que se contrate. Nuestra empresa ofrecia el desayuno en la barra de la pileta, él cual nos parecio malisimo. Otra observacion no todos comprendian el español y no tenian alternativa de personal. Es un edificio de departamentos, no es hotel; tiene servicio de mucama, wifi, pileta y acceso a la playa, cuenta ademas con servicio de PARKING, muy comodo, pero algo lento cuando uno esta apurado.- El desayuno es en un bar al costado de la pileta, deja mucho que desear, lo aconsejable es llenar la heladera y hacerlo en el cuarto.- Todos los departamentos […] cuentan con una pequena cocina; tostadora, frigobar y vajilla para 4 personas; en los departamentos de 2 ambientes con vajilla para 6 personas.- Algo en contra, no tienen telefono, para hacer uso del telefono hay que dirigirse al subsuelo a un telefono publico.- El departamento es muy recomendable Mehr

Hotellet var rent och fint möblerat, köket var väl utrustad med tallrikar, glas, kastruller etc. (om man har tid för att laga mat är det super, bekväma sängar och jätte stor pool precis som på bilden desutom kan man utnyttja den obeskrivliga bastu-spa område med olika sorters bastu och massage duschar dock mot avgift men det var värt det! Precis bakom […] hotellet ligger en annan strand som sträcker sig från south beach. Desutom ligger en jätte stor natt club (Fontain blue, LIV) som man måste besöka bara några kvarter ifrån. Nackdelen är att det ligger långt från south beach observera att detta hotell ligger i north beach. vill man bo nära "där allting händer" dvs nära shopping, restauranger, natt clubar etc. så är detta inget bra alternativt. Dock finns det bussar som åker till south beach restiden är cirka 20 mins. Ska man ta sig in till souht beach på kvällen måste man nästan ta taxi.Frukosten var inte heller någon höjdare det fanns väldigt lite att välja mellan och kvaliteten var väldigt dålig. För oss är detta godkänt man får verkligen en "Castle känslan" när man kommer in i ingången, Lobbyn är inredd med kristall lampor och det är väldigt stort. Lycka till! Mehr

Bij binnenkomst geeft het hotel een rommelige indruk waarschijnlik ook omdat de appartementen van verschillende eigenaren zijn.Wij moesten ook apart benede inchecken.Ons appartement (design suites at Castle Beach) was geweldig ! Het ontbijt was vreselijk ,of niet klaar om 8 uur en je moest vragen om een boterham of jus orange.
