This hotel totally got the job done. Place to sleep, shower and get some work done. But the floors were really squeaky, and I worried a little that I'd bother other guests. Not the highest quality place, but the only (and a fine) option in town.

The whole second floor is smoking and the smoke penetrates the other floors. We couldn't handle the smell in the hallways and elevator on any floor (we are nonsmokers). Also, starting at 6 a.m. the hotel service people started cleaning, yelling back and forth through the hallways, not caring if anyone was sleeping. The hotel was very clean and located very close to cabelas which was out main reason for visiting hamburg pa. I would recommend this hotel to other travelers the price wasn't bad either to be the only hotel that close to Cabelas.

The hotel was very nice as was the staff.

Biggest downfall is that the building is wood construcion and so the floors are loud when people walk/ kids run .. very loud. We were on the 3rd floor so no one above us but on our floor it was very loud till after mignight. Also the a/c fan makes almost no noise so that doesnt help muffle anything either. We started our stay with the need to ask for the toilet plunger, out of order signs were very evident on the vending machine; water fountain, video arcade.

The people in the room above ours sounded like they were with us. The floors squeeked enough to keep us awake

The rooms are sooo clean and the staff is very helpful. I was amazed to see how the neighborhood had grown (Lowes, Steak House, Walmart, Red Robin to name a few) since I was there 2 years prior. We generally go every 2 years, we love this motel.

Clean, spacious room with larger than usual bathroom. Accross the street from Cabella's and Cracker Barrell just down the street. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean, well priced hotel just across the street from Cabelas and other shopping. Even though it is just off the highway it is a quiet hotel. The staff is courteous and the rooms are clean.

Everything was fine, room clean, desk attendants pleasant and the surrounding area has really built up since we were there last. Much to see and do, places to eat. Very nice.

Enjoyed our stay. Especially liked the window seat in the room. Only negative was there was no vending machine on the 3rd floor where our room was located. Will be returning to this hotel next month for a nearby event.

Price was a little high for the quality. Nice hotel just not comparable with the price. TV was not working properly when we were there and they mentioned that it was an ongoing problem, but made no offer to compensate for the fact.

This was our first stay in a Microtel. I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the facility, the rate we paid and the overall experience of staying there. I would definitely stay at a Microtel again and would also recommend them to a friend (or stranger for that matter :))

this is a very nice hotel thats this close to cabelas. rooms are clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. there's a restraunt /bar thats attached avoid eating there (even with the 20% discount the hotel gives you on check in) food is poor service is slow and if you have kids there is no seperation between bar and dining . First time staying at Microtel and it was a very nice stay...very clean rooms, friendly staff, nice view of the mountains and a lounge connected to building. will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

And its right next to Cabelas.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms were very clean, and nice sized. The beds were not the best, they kinda sank but not too bad. The breakfast was good and the bar/rest was convenient, good food and great staff. We had a great stay and would come back.

I was staying with my family just for one night to go shopping at C@bella's across the street. Two queen beds and a pullout sofa. Everything was very clean, it was quiet, and a good value for the money. I will stay there again if in town.

Has restaurants and gas station nearby. Less than a mile from Cabela's. Could not beat the convienence.

Room was clean and quiet.

This hotel was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The lobby area was nice, as was the breakfast. The bar was too noisy and not enjoyable at all. The other guests were also noisy in the early morning.

Rate are good. Not too many hotels in the area.
