Weiträumige, klimatisierte Zimmer mit neu renoviertem Bad. Mit Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine, leider ohne Geschirr oder wenigstens Besteck. Flachbildfernseher mit an die 100 Kabelfernsehkanäle. Bushaltestelle an der nächsten Straßenkreuzung. Brampton Terminal mit Bahn- und Busverbindung nach Toronto ist außerdem in einer knappen halben Stunde zu Fuß erreichbar. In direkter Umgebung: Shoppers Drug Mart und Taco Bell.

Guelph selbst ist nicht berühmt für seine Sehenswürdigkeiten, aber so zentral gelegen, dass man schnell in ganz SW Ontario ist. Das Hotel liegt am Stadtrand so dass man schnell in Downtown aber auch schnell aus Guelph selbst heraus und auf der nächsten Autobahn ist. Einkaufs"zentrum" (die typische Ansammlung diverser Geschäfte um einen großen Parkplatz) und Mall sind in 5min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Hotel ist recht neu, sehr sauber der Staff sehr freundlich. Frühstücksbuffet und 3x die Woche Abendessen waren überaschenderweise inklusive. Das Frühstücksbuffet war jeden Tag mit 2 warmen Speisen (jeden Tag andere), Oatmeal, Müsli, 3 versch. Kaffees, Saft, Softdrinks, Toast, Bagles, Obst. Das Abendessen haben wir aus Zeitgründen nur 1x in Anspruch genommen: Chickenburger mit Salat und French Fries. Zimmer überraschend groß mit Kühlschrank und Kochecke. Safe in der Hotellobby. Entertainmentsystem war reguläres Fernsehen mit Roomlinx(.com). Das es gerade im Testbetrieb war, durften wir es kostenlos testen, was bis auf eine kleine Macke auch tadellos lief. Im Hotel gibt es außerdem noch einen Fitnessraum, einen Pool und einige Waschmaschinen für eigene Wäsche. Laut Flyer im Zimmer gibt es auch die Möglichkeit, sich täglich frisches Obst vom Zimmerservice aufs Zimmer bringen zu lassen, was wir aber nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Die Satellitenbilder der gängigen Kartenanbieter sind im übrigen etwas veraltet, die direkte Umgebung des Hotels ist schöner als dort abgebildet.

Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel in der Nähe von Toronto. Allerdings sollte man ein Auto haben. Das Hotel ist Top gepflegt und die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Wir haben es genutzt um uns Toronto anzuschauen. ist etwa 20 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Toronto Downtown.

Lage
Best Western Plus Burlington Inn & Suites liegt in Flughafennähe in Burlington in der Nähe der folgenden Sehenswürdigkeiten: Spencer Smith Park am Ontariosee und Burlington Art Centre. Bronte Creek Provincial Park und Royal Botanical Gardens befinden sich ebenfalls in der Umgebung.

Ein kostenloser Highspeed-Internetzugang (W-LAN und Kabel) steht in den öffentlichen Bereichen zur Verfügung. Ein Highspeed-Internetzugang (W-LAN und Kabel) steht den Gästen kostenlos zur Verfügung. 32-Zoll HD-Fernseher mit Premium-Kabel-TV-Empfang stehen in den Zimmern zur Verfügung. Darüber hinaus bieten alle Zimmer folgende Ausstattung: Schreibtische, ergonomische Stühle und Telefone mit Voicemail; kostenlose Ortsgespräche sind ebenfalls inbegriffen (möglicherweise gelten Einschränkungen). "a fine place to stay"
Very clean, mostly quiet. A few more healthy options (eg fruit other than apples) at breakfast would have been nice but otherwise, just about perfect.
Bed was very comfortable but TV very dated and not very good. Hairdryer broken as was the coffee maker. The shower head was loose and not properly connected to the wall. The toilet seat would not stay up either. Overall appearance was good but attention to details was lacking.

"Very nice experience"
Suprisingly confortable, verry clean rooms, bathrooms were clean also. More plesant was the fact that the swiming pool has not so much chlorin yet clean.Location may be convenient to some travellers I just don't like to hang out near to highways for to long. All over was a good experience, highly recomanded to anyone.

We stayed in Burlington for a Cask Kickboxing Tournament and this hotel was very well located. Close to great shopping, restaurants, nightlife, the 400 and the waterfront. The hot breakfast was good and very convenient in the morning. I would highly recommend this hotel!!!

"Near QEW, nothing else"
This hotel has few amenities. There are restaurants within a mile, but nothing on site. They do have a breakfast but I left early and did not sample it. I found reception helpful, but cool. I called down to say there was no plug in the bathtub. The front desk sounded incredulous and phoned back to say it was a built-in one that I had maybe missed. There […] was nothing there and I guess the maid had not reported it. They did not offer an alternative or a move and since it was late, I would not insist. Neither would I go back. Mehr

We were very pleased with our stay at this location. There was a disturbance from the room next to ours after we had gone to sleep the first night. It was rectified quickly and to our satisfaction. The salt water pool was a good size and well maintained.

"Burlington Queensway Best Western Plus"
First of all when we entered our room it smelled like stale smoke covered by some overpowering cleanser as if it was a converted smoking room. The furniture was stained and torn and the mattress had lumps & bumps as if the springs had let go. The bathroom floor was covered with hair from the previous occupant and the toilet seat would not say up. The […] internet signal was poor and the hotel next door provided a better signal. The breakfast was deplorable with cold scambled eggs sausage that was dried out muffins like sawdust and some of the worst coffee I have had. We could not change rooms as they stated that they were full. Overall a horrible stay that I would not recommend to anyone Mehr

Initial room was listed as non-smoking, however the smell was terrible. Someone must have been smoking. The hotel did switch rooms after we complained.

Good hotel for a night stop. Check in was efficient albeit not overly welcoming! Breakfast was included in the rate and consisted of a self service buffet in a small dining room. It was fine and as a cost cutting measure polystyrene plates and plastic cutlery were used. Great hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Gave directions to where we were going. Large room with comfortable beds, great breakfast with hot off the grill waffles. My next visit to Canada I will stay at this hotel again.

This was a fantastic stay for us. We stayed 3 nights, and had the complimentary breakfast each morning. Don't go too late (finishes at 9:00) because some of the hot food runs out by then, but we could make our own waffles right up to the end of the allotted time. The location is very convenient, being just off the highway. I found that the room was […] so quiet that although we were right across from the elevator, we didn't hear it at all through the night. Also, sounds from the highway were also not noticeable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, would highly recommend, and will definitely plan to return! Mehr

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. It's really nice to start your day off with a full stomach - included with your room price. I'd stay here again if I'm ever in the area again. Must have been the PLUS in the name because the last Best Western, not plus, that I stayed at made me very nervous about staying here. Their rooms […] weren't clean and no breakfast included. But all the other out-of-town guests were also staying here. Glad I gave it another try. Just like Courtyards. Mehr

"Clean rooms, good service, bad food"
Room was very clean, pillows a little hard for my liking. Front desk staff was very friendly. Only complaint would be that the breakfast was horrible. Breakfast buffet is 6 - 9 am, so I went by around 7:30am. The coffee tasted like it was days old, there was no hot food left, and one hotel staff member who just filled the creamers and paid no attention […] to the lack of hot food and horrible coffee. Good value. Right off the highway. Restaurants just a short drive away. Good breakfast. Easy drive in to Toronto. I'd certainly stay here again.

Great location right off the 403 with central access to Oakville, Burlington & Hamilton. Modern, quiet, clean, well-appointed facility & room. All amenities as stated on website. Close to a major mall and variety of restaurants. Attentive staff, free parking and complimentary DIY breakfast.

I arrived at noon. My room was not ready. I was told to return in two hours. At 2, I came back: my room was not ready. Not a good first impression. Breakfast is a quite basic, but when it comes with the room price, you don't expect much.

Nice room, pool very nice. Breakfast was very good with many food choices. Everything clean. A very good choice for us.

this was the sound of music fest in burlington, and the hotel was really full. therefore the little breakfast room was over crowded, but still well supplied. the staff was friendly, parking easy. easy access to QEW.
The facility is fine but the bed was hard as a rock and left us in pain. Breakfast was poor; not up to par compared to other Best Westerns (still not sure what the meat was that is served with the tasteless eggs).

"Great place to stay"
The rooms were big and comfortable. Heater/ac was a bit noisy but got better as the night went on. A little confusing when you get off the elevator but staff were most helpful

The hotel is undergoing the construction of a new addition.the outside area was dusty muddy after a rain but the interior was fine .We have stayed several times and were always satisfied.

The hotel's beds sure can use more comfortable pillows. The existing pillows were low quality and very lumpy.
